We hired Dan Parks F+L to do a huge hardscaping job at our house. Chris Parks was overseeing the project. Their quote was competitive. He was very responsive and friendly in all communications. He started right when he promised. The crew worked really hard and got the huge job finished in two weeks. They had a couple of accidents but promptly fixed everything. Our yard looks amazing and we are really happy with the results. We have already received many compliments from our neighbors.

I called for some fence repair work. I left two messages and was never called back. I guess Dan Parks only wants the big jobs and could care less about the little ones. It would be nice to at least get a return call from a supposed respected business.

The quality is excellent and the craftsmanship is beautiful. Chris and his crew are professional, responsive and accommodating. The job was completed in two days and the finished product is terrific. We have already received several compliments on the new look and have provided a few referrals as well. A great outfit to work with!

5-24-2020Chris installed a new set of granite stairs for our front entrance. He addressed my concerns about a proper foundations for the granite steps.The stair install required part of the walkway to be removed as well as the retaining wall on both sides of the stairs because the foot print of the new stairs increased over the original stairs.Chris and his crew repaired my walkway leading to the stairs as well as the retaining wall on either side of the stairs and he also repaired the small ruts in the grass with loam and put down grass seed.Chris listened to each of my concerns about the project and addressed each of them without having to be reminded.I was very pleased with the finished work.

Our new fence looks amazing ..... Dan came over to our house to sign the paperwork and give us the estimate very nice guy .... his son Chris and his crew was the one who installed the fence was great also. Very very nice and would recommend them to my family and friends and if we need anymore work we will call them 1st ....... thank you bc now I can look out my kitchen window and see a great backyard

Hired Dan to put in some simple steps in the front of my house and he used split faced stone. What this means is they look terrible. Large gaps between the individual steps. He poured the concrete base that the steps are set on, and that was not level. When i questioned him, he put a level on the screen door and said the door was not level as well???He agreed with a hand shake to come back and fix it, but never returned.His guys did pretty good with a fence around the pool. He ordered the wrong amount of material and blamed us for it. Dan did a poor job with my house and I would not recommend him.

Dan was a great guy to work with, but honestly so were all the other guys I had quote the 300+ft privacy fence I eventually had Dan install. He had it done quickly, and stuck extremely close to the quote; how could he know my yard sat on a giant block of granite. He was polite to my wife, and even tolerated my two dogs that barked at him through the window the entire time he was working.The best part is, this installation was nearly two years ago, and the fence still looks excellent. Exactly as if it were installed yesterday. Worth every penny, and Im glad I had someone as competent as Dan to get the job done right.

Dan and his crew rebuilt our deck and added an addition to it. They did a great job and they were very friendly. Having them install a new fence next.
