All I wanted to do was see if they had wheelchairs available for me to sit in so I knew if I liked it or didnt (I mean, Im going tI be in it quite a lot). Explained MULTIPLE times that my doctor is mailing ME the prescription so that I can figure out the provider I want to get the chair from. It took me 20 minutes for the woman on the phone to say oh well we can see if you like the standard wheelchair!. No. That is not what I want. I dont want a hospital wheelchair because Im not using this in a hospital, Im using it every day. Horrible customer service.

I needed dme for a surgery I had. When I called the 1-800 #, I get sent to a call center where people have a hard time understanding the English language. I spoke with them there 3x, and they ordered the wrong item. They never called me to tell me that. They only discovered that it was the wrong thing when I called to check on it after my surgery and I needed it. I was angry by this point because they made my recovery more difficult. When I asked them how long it would take to fix, they couldnt give a time frame. I hung up and had this feeling that I should call back. When I explained the situation again, the woman didnt understand. I repeated it 3x, and I asked her to repeat it back to me, of what she thinks I need. She couldnt. I asked to speak with someone that could understand what I was saying. She asked, do you want an American agent? I told her, I just need someone to speak with that knows what I need and understands what I am saying. She transferred me to the Kingston, NY location. From here, this is why I gave 5 stars. The woman was so kind and understood exactly what I needed after a brief explanation. She called the insurance, checked if I needed pre-approval, ordered my item, and had it delivered to me by noon the next day. She was a god send in a very tough time. I cannot thank her enough. Despite my difficulty at the 1-800 #, the Kingston location took care of my needs in a flash and they deserve 5 stars. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My machine broke down called during business hours left a message. 3 hours later still no one has returned my call. Also was asked if I wanted supplies 3+ weeks ago and still havent reacieved anything.I am going to mention this to my doctor.

Do not do business with them! After no less than 10 voicemails, I finally spoke with someone about their billing practices. I informed them to stop billing my credit card and send me a statement. They continue to bill my card and now I have to put a stop on the card. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.

Kingston office staff are nice but u never get to talk to them when u call. The costumer service line is terrible! Most of the time your on hold forever or the computer system are down. When your able to talk to someone they talk out there butt about whatever you call about or just transfer you to the next person who cant help you either. Will never recommend them to anyone for anything. Stay away unless you love a stressful life.

Very, very POOR Customer Service. The first review was absolutely right when you call the so called local branch which happens to be right across the river from us (21 miles) and the call is redirected​ over seas to the Philippines. Really!My husband came home from hospital, 5 days ago and we are still waiting for a Respiratory Therapist to come and evaluate him. What the heck kind of Customer Service is that?

What a joke this company is. The worst customer service ever. How on earth do they continue to do business. Not only they are horrible, I had a heart issue and they do not respond. I will not mention names yet, but seriously THE WORST SCUM ON EARTH

Dont be fooled when you call what you think is the local branch because it isnt! And to speak to someone from the local branch you have to talk to someone else who gives you an appointment/time frame for someone at the local branch to call you back - simple right? Ridiculous is more like it. I am a new customer and I need to ask someone a few questions about my new CPAP machine. You would think it would be fairly simple to do so but it hasnt been. So aggravating. And each time I do call, I get asked about paying my bill. Well when I receive some support so I can actually use my new CPAP machine I will pay my damn bill - hows that?!

Terrible customer service. You call and you get redirected to a call center abroad, given misinformation, scheduled and then nothing is ready after you drive an hour each way. Staff complains that the corporate people dont check local offices schedules, but thats not the customers fault.Call to complain to the corporate folks and its back to an overseas call center with no effort at resolution. Now Ill be out two half days of work for what should have been a quick trip.

Horrible service problem with equipment after sitting on hold forever only answer you get is well have someone call you. And these people distribute medical equipment. Do yourself a favor deal with someone else these people will kill you.

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with keeps finding new issues why somethings wrong with paperwork I get one issue resolved and they come up with something else our doctors office tells us its them not us we are not the only having problems would rate lower but not option
