The service representatives that worked on our HVAC unit were very professional and knowledgeable. I had a technically challenging issue that others had looked at and declined to address. I only wish that I had come across this company sooner!

I am a new resident and AAA is my fuel company. Since I bought the house all my oil deliveries have been on time and the price is very good. More importantly, they recently replaced my boiler and hot water tank. The job was quick and professionally done. I highly recommend this company. Thanks AAA!

Furnace has been working inconsistently for awhile, we had AAA come out and service it, after first service was done it work fine. The following day we ended up with same issue.I called them again and they sent out another tech. And he rechecked everything, it all was good with it seemed to be working fine.Both techs. were very knowledable and professional. A great company to work with. I am so happy that I switched to AAA Fuel. I ran out of fuel, my fault, and they came that same day and delivered. They even started my furnace back up! I feel they have great customer service and I realize this isn’t always easy when people let themselves run out of fuel and expect them to drop everything and service them. But they did fit me in and I am grateful!

Had to have AAA emergency service today when the furnace wasnt firing, and they got the job done. They showed up quickly, their tech was able to troubleshoot the problem and had the part required for the repair on his truck. All in all very pleased.

I have used companies in the past and wow these guys are top notch ran out of fuel on more than one occasion ether call or email guess what 1st thing the very next morning boom truck in driveway filling me up. they also installed a new furnace and hot water heater perfect no problems at all. Im so thrilled that I chose AAA for my furnace installation. I unexpectedly went into the hospital to deliver my baby on the day they were slated to install and it was a relief when I got home and everything had been installed perfectly and within the estimated time frame I was quoted. Not only did I get the best quote with AAA, they job was done perfectly, professionally, and without any residual equipment left or mess to clean up.

I have used AAA many times and they have always responded quickly efficiently and honestly. Recently they put in a ac/heat pump and I went with their recommendation. I am now saving money on my electric bills partially bec of the new unit but also because they installed a new thermometer dial. They are the best!!!

I agree with other reviewers. The customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. We called a technician to repair our furnace in the middle of the night and paid close to $400 - however when the technician left, we still had no heat. The next day another technician came out and we were told that because it was related to the previous service that no charge would result, however a month later we were billed another $200.When I called to discuss - the owner was extremely rude and started swearing and threating to bad mouth my reputation. I couldnt believe the language and aggressive treatment. I was hung up on an when I called back a female answer the phone and also swore and hung up on me.Disputes are a part of business and instead of handling it professionally these folks decided to get mean.

Though a long time customer, I was just treated very rudely and unprofessionally. Am canceling my service.

THE WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!Mike, the owner is extremely RUDE and disrespectful!They shouldnt be in bisness. Mike yelled at me over the phone and told me to find another company when it is 10 degrees out side and my furnace isnt working properly. BAD CARMA!

I have never had such an unpleasant experience speaking with a professional over the phone. The woman who answers the phone was unbelievably rude and nasty and I am working on having my service terminated with this company.

They are the most rude people I have ever met in business. If I ever talked to a client like the owner talks to his Id be fired from my job. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
