Best supermarket in Kingston. Large inventory, clean, bright, fresh produce, fresh seafood, delicious prepared foods. One of the butchers is rude, otherwise it would be 5 stars.

A larger store and fresher foods than the Hudson store. Greater variety.

ShopRite has recently did a nice refresh of their prepared foods and frozen sections. The store is clean and has most everything you’ll need for your food shopping needs. Great produce selections. If you are in the area ShopRite would be a good place to shop. Added bonus they have fully staffed checkouts.

Theres nothing there that is better than other stores in the area. Sometimes they have items at good sale prices.

One of the largest grocery stores in the area, this ShopRite has an extensive selection of products in nearly every category. I came here specifically because its the only grocery store in the area that offers Beyond Meat sausages at this time. Unfortunately, they only have one variety, brats. I hope they soon extend their options to include the Italian sausage.

They always have great meats and awesome sale prices.

Everything under the sun... and then some! Clean and well-organized, with competitive prices. Wide selection of seasonal items and ethnic produce. Nutritionist on-site, as well as florist and pharmacy. Public bathroom in good shape, and ample parking in the mall’s lot in front. Free wi-fi!

I have not been into a shoprite in ages, but this particular one looks so much fancier, for lack of a better word, than the ones I have seen in past years! I was impressed! This is a very nice store with plenty of good deals!!!

It is very clean. The prices are good... The people who work there are always nice. The have the best social distancing guidelines... They still follow up one isle down the other...

Great place to work and shop! We have a fantastic deli selection. I have been going there shopping since I was 5 years old. They have always had very personable employees.

I love going to ShopRite prices are pretty hi compared to other stores in the area but you get what you pay for good service always have a smile and a hello welcome to ShopRite they also carry a lot of items that I cant get in other stores I dont shop there often but when I do I usually get what I want there.

The girl working the curbside pick-up gave me a plastic bag when I accidently mistook the paper dispenser as a bag dispenser. The produce guy was so nice, he offered to check the back for some produce I was looking for. Then the girl at self checkout was quick to stop what she was doing to get past the wait for an employee to remove item pop-up that was the wrong plu. Overall it was very nice trip.

Good sales nice clean store

Sure was a busy Saturday shopping trip, people super ball shopping, but the wrap around check out line from the side of milk, juice, eggs and etc, did move pretty quickly. At first it looked kinda scary !

Way too crowded, the aisles are too narrow for the foot traffic, the bins of piled high piles of cans looks trashy, employees are of no help finding stuff, they dont open enough registers for the volume of shoppers, expecting everyone to use self checkout. Ridiculous

This ShopRite is huge my first time there and I am so happy with how well the store is kept. Clean and stocked the workers and management are doing a wonderful job here!

I found them clean well stocked large selection and check out experience was very good someone directing the line and keeping the people moving.

1/2 sushi Wednesdays. That is all.

My favorite supermarket in the area. Olive tapenade, bialys, excellent fish selection and a roomy spacious store. Very upscale.

For the Christmas season this is the place to go for an excellent prime rib roast at an incredible price. The butchers are very good

The line to check out was all the way back to milk on a Wednesday at 11 AM. Took me twice as long to stand on line then it did to shop. Only shop here maybe a few times a month for sale items.

There is a very good selection of foods both all natural and general. The store is clean and all stocking staff were wearing nails. The only complaint is sometimes the checkout can take quite a while. I like that they are covid aware in the store and I feel comfortable shopping there.

I always thought that Shop Rite was expensive, but I was wrong. It might be cheaper than Walmart on a few things. One of the first things I noticed about the store was how clean and shiney everything was. The meat choices were fantastic, and packaged professionally. Ive been there twice now to do my shopping, and was surprised by the total bill. It was much cheaper than I thought it would be. Walmart, Ill only use you for things other than food.

This was the first time this reviewer had been to ShopRite in years. I ordered a food platter for a friends New Years Eve party. The seafood Deli had it prepared in no time. When I went to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised by the store. Within the last few years they had a major expansion and they really took that location to a whole new level. It may be my new go-to grocery store. I will definitely be coming back.

This is by far the BEST Shop Rite around our area! The deli staff is always friendly, courteous and expedient. The store is clean, well organized, well lit, and updated. The design and organization is beautiful! Great selection, good prices, great deals! I always get my moneys worth when I shop at Shop Rite!

This store was remodeled last year, they did a great job. Plenty of parking available, self checkout, great departments. Any customer will love this store.

Was in search of a semi new product & found it as well as other necessities. Cashier was friendly & even showed us how 2 save money on a product that was purchased.

Shop Rite has a nice variety of groceries. I wish they had a dedicated international aisle the way Hannaford in Kingston plaza does. The prices at Shop Rite on certain things are surprisingly low. Restroom could stand to be cleaned better.

A great place to shop! Salad bar. Hot food bar. Hot Chinese food bar. Well designed layout. Attractive produce section. Large deli counter. Items on the isles are well-stocked and neatly arranged. Lots of meat choices. Clean with a helpful, friendly staff.

There are a few things you cant find here, but if you watch for sales, you really can get some great deals on things. The vegetables are good. Very fresh. The store is laid out in an intuitive manner. All in all its a good grocery store.

A very clean, well organized ShopRite. It is always busy there but the parking lot is massive with more than enough spots. Its hard to find employees if you a hand with something but most everything is clearly laid out so I usually dont have a problem with that. Theyre steam table food is pretty decent, though Ill admit I dislike having to grab three separate containers if I want salad, American food, and Chinese food. I know its to track what sells, but honestly it just discourages me from buying more. Overall its a good ShopRite.

I really dont like ShopRite except for the prices on sale items. The cashiers are sometimes mean. Theres always a few nice people, interspersed.

When this store has sales, they have great ones. If you have a deep freezer and cupboard space, its a great place to stock up during these events. A bit pricey in some areas otherwise. Produce is top notch. Customer service is a hit or miss though. Over all, its clean, open late and reasonable.

I saved $60 today. Corned beef and ice cream were on sale. It explains why everyone is there. The self checkout runs smoothly with the help of the cashier. In and out in no time

If you live there just stay away !!! They jack the prices. Stores are small and have little selection and are very high mark up. Plus they pay their employees a low wage and make them join a bogus union that shouldn’t be one. Small company that’s been sold over and over and trying to retain their assets. Not worth it at all. My sister works for these crooks.

My husband and I have been regular customers for a couple of years. Today we tried to buy a 6-pack of beer along with our groceries. My husband was paying, showed his drivers license, and was refused the sale because I didnt have my license on me. I could not really get a straight answer as far as whether this was new store policy, or what her manager had told her to do (and yes the manager was standing right there). When asked if our son was with us (Im 38, so theoretically he could be 21, but he isnt), if he would be asked for ID from now on, the response was its at the managers discretion. Not sure what to think about this, but neither one of us has ever been asked for ID at any store (or this store up until now) if we werent the one paying for the alcohol, and were not about to take the risk of shopping here and not being able to buy what we want because our kid is with us, or because one of us forgot our wallet. I went to another store later on to buy beer, I was paying and wasnt even asked for my ID, which just made the whole experience seem that much more ridiculous. If this is new store policy, it needs to be changed. If its all left up to individual managers, they really should ensure their special policies dont drive customers away.

Love the renovation of the produce/deli. Much better offering of traditional ethnic foods. I wish they would offer even more organic, non GMO & local food sources.
