Be aware that this business does not honor any warranty on their products. I’ve been calling for 2 years to get service on a shower door they installed. They have never returned any of my calls. All I am able to do is leave a message with whomever answers the phone. I would never recommend them nor use them again. If u buy something from this merchant you are stuck with it even if it is broken or would need a repair or replacement. Horrible company. Stay away!

I use these guys for all my glass needs. Sometimes we get hung up on communicating specifics of the design, and they use an outdated paper filing system for orders, but I’m always happy with the end result. Happy to support this local business. Highly recommend them. Just be sure to ask all the questions you need and double check that they understand your custom designs.

We had a small door window that needed to be fixed right away. The road guy was busy. The very nice staff sold me some inexpensive DIY materials and gave me an impromptu lesson on how to replace the window myself. When I realized that it was beyond me, they had me bring the door in and they fixed it beautifully, right away. I’m embarrassed to tell you how little they charged. Incredibly nice, helpful folks. I wouldn’t go so far as to say I’m glad I broke the window but I’m very glad I took the problem to the folks at Catskill Mountain Glass.

Louis and his gang have, over the past 20 years, built a 300 square foot tempered glass ceiling overhang above my front entrance (using glass instead of plexiglas has kept it transparent and new looking since 1998), replaced half my homes cheap double hungs, and installed a giant tempered glass picture unit in my bedroom. Good prices, excellent work. I recommend them unreservedly.

Very professional and helpful. Came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate, and installed new insulated glass panel on our front door.

One of the worst experience I have in shop the owner started yelling at us because we asking to know why the the frame is broken using a lot of bad words will give you a very bad attitude if you have any complaints for the poor job that he done

Nice people who do a good job, quickly, not too expensively, and seem to know what they are doing. We had ascreen door repaired after our cats destroyed it.
