My fiance and I purchased my engagement ring & wedding band from this store and the experience was so delightful. Every other store that I had perused before had an atmosphere of trying to push something on me that I didnt want, trying to up sell me, and were simply just after the commission.The staff here listened to what I wanted, made a few suggestions based on my answers, and helped me design exactly what I wanted. The overall experience was so wonderful and professional and I could tell that the staff were focused on getting the ring right instead of just getting something sold.They also have a wonderful selection of other jewelry such as watches, rings, bracelets etc so if you are looking for a great experience dont hesitate to visit their store.

Fantastic jeweler in the area. Great for repairing jewelry, watch batteries and lovely selection of new items to purchase. The customer service is always top notch. I prefer to shop here than any jewelry chain that may be out there.

In town from Baltimore and needed my watch battery changed... the service was quick and easy but the people there are amazing so nice and accommodating I would recommend this place to anyone and they have a beautiful selection for anything you are looking for! Very disappointed my fiance and I went in to look at rings. I never really wear jewelry except rings and they come from Avon or walmart. But anyways my fiance took me in to pick out a ring I liked Im not into the latest fashion or up to date with brands of rings or the cuts/styles. We went in around 5pm and it felt like we were being ignored took a few mins for someone to come over to us. Finally 5 mins later someone came over and asked if they can help us I told the women yes please this is my 1st time looking for an engagement ring. We gave her the price range and still she was showing rings way more than what we agreed on. I told her again do you have anything in the price range she wanted that I dont like the big expensive stuff. She kind of got mad but finally took out 4 rings I found one I really loved but was too big she said it was only in that size no more like that in that range. So I found one I liked we played for it the more my fiance and I talked about it we were very unhappy with the way we were treated there. We were never told about sizing availability for the ring the only thing we were told was about the cleaning in 6 months. We returned the ring a few days later and I found a beautiful ring at another place. A suggestion yo the workers in the store maybe try having prices so people can see them better and try to let the customers know about sizing ibwiuld of gotten the one I loved there if the women would of mentioned you can do the sizing there. Some customers are shy and nervous when the future spouse takes them ring shopping they might forget to ask questions that may lead to a sale.

Today is 11/26/2018... I contacted rainbow jewelers and spoke to Stan. I explained to Stan that I have 275 pounds of silver. It’s the holiday season and I live quite far from this outfit. I also have two small children I send to parochial school !!! He did not want me to bring 275 pounds of silver to his establishment yet wanted me to bring in lower amounts. I do not understand nor comprehend how you claim to buy scrap gold/silver and yet don’t want to purchase 275 pounds of silver bullion. Hopefully other bullion sellers read this review and take their business elsewhere. I am going to.
