I brought my brother from the Midwest to Memories so he could experience a New England ice cream stand again. We all loved it. The classic farmhouse with porch, picnic tables, and a petting pen make this a perfect place to enjoy a scoop with loads of flavors to choose from.I love that they generate solar power too.

Staff is always friendly and the ice cream is absolutely out of this world. Seasonal backyard peach is a favorite but pumpkin oreo is a great fall treat. Great farm feel with goats and loads of seating. I make the far drive multiple times a year and have yet to leave disappointed.

My wife and I love stopping by here for ice cream, it is so fresh and tasty! They make all their own ice cream and they have a vast variety to choose from. I also love the farm setting,you can sit and eat your ice cream at tables they have on the property and check out some of the farm animals, love those crazy goats 🐐!! We camp up in New Hampshire for the summer and always make an effort to stop by here,as should you to give it a try,you will not be disappointed.

The quintessential New England ice cream shop - with great prices, giant portions, great flavors - all on an old dairy farm. Its a bit out of the way from the seacoast, but worth every mile! The only downside is the swarm of beetles that seem to sometimes frequent the shop on summer evenings. They dont bite or anything, but are just a nuisance.

The ultimate ice cream farm stand! The portions are oversized, prices very reasonable, and the service is rapid and courteous!!Just a lovely place to gather and enjoy one of life’s simple pleasures.

I love this place! The ice cream is so yummy, lots of choices. Sizes are decent. I love the little seating area outside by the goats. If you go at night, bring bug spray!

I cant rave about this place more! I heard about it from a coworker who use to live in the area and now we go about once a month or more in the summer. The ice cream is very fresh and not fake tasting. The portions are also more than enough with welcoming cashiers to take your orders.

A fun family atmosphere that will delight everyone in your party. The selection of flavors is large, and they offer sizes to accommodate every size sweet tooth. The place was crowded but the line moved fast, and it would have been worth the wait even if it didnt. The kids will also enjoy the few animals to be seen behind the barn. The name truly fits as it is a place you can make pleasant memories.

Randomly passed by. Asked for a malted shake. They asked how many scoops of malt I wanted!!! I wont say my answer, but it was a lot. Im just thrilled they asked. Other places are disappointing as to malt flavor. This one was great!

I went to pick up a pre-packed, 1/2 gallon of ice cream for my sons B-Day. They didnt his first choice of flavors in stock in the 1/2 gallon size, but, I was told, they had plenty of it in the quart size. So I said, fine, Ill take the two quarts. They then proceeded to charge me $15 (the price of two, individual quarts). I asked, whats this all about? A 1/2 gallon is $8.75. The girl told me that I was being charged for 2 quarts. I asked, you do know that 2 quarts = 1/2 gallon, right? Why are you charging me an extra $6+ for the same amount of ice cream? She repeated that it was because there were 2 quarts, not a 1/2 gallon. Not wanting to create a scene, nor hassle the polite, high school student who was only doing her job, I asked if there was a supervisor available. The supe came over and repeated the crazy logic. We dont have the 1/2 gallon in stock, just the quarts. If you want a 1/2 gallon of the ice cream then you need to buy it in 2 quart packages and pay the extra $6.25. I started to ask why Im being penalized (its not like the price difference was just a buck or two, $6.25 was a significant difference, especially for the same amount of ice cream), for the fact that they didnt have the 1/2 gallon in stock. I even offered to pay an extra $.50 to cover the cost of the paper container (which probably only cost them $.15), but then, I just stopped, graciously took my money back, and left. Note to Owners: Your policy in this regard comes off as nothing more than sheer greed and REALLY poor PR. You now have a frustrated customer who went public with their experience. Was it worth it?

Ice cream is great, but…Called right before 9 tonight, 7/9, to order a birthday cake for my little girl.As I’m working on a house with no internet and I have no service there, none of my previous calls to order the cake had gone thru.On the drive home, my phone died as I’d given my oldest daughter my charging cable.I got a charge right before 9 and called.The girl on the phone was nice. However, at least 3 people in the background very loudly complained about the call and that I should’ve called before 9.I did. That’s why you answered the phone.After listening to the poor girl on the phone try and help while her coworkers all loudly exclaimed to just have me call back later, they’ve already closed, they’ve been open all day, etc…I just told the girl I’d heard, and I’ll call back.I won’t be calling back.I no longer require your services for the cake.Sorry to have bothered (with) you. I’ve had a long day too. That’s never been an excuse and it still isn’t today.1 star for the ice cream, 1 for the young lady on the phone, and none for the rest.

Great location. Have a big parking area. Good place to stop by and enjoy some shakes and ice cream...they also have shaded seats so you can relax while having ice cream. We ordered strawberry and maple bourbon shake. Its delicious!!! Perfect for summer 😉

Tasty ice cream

Weve been looking to try ice cream at new, different and places that we remember as kids. For my friend this is a place he went to most of his life. The icecream was excellent. Prices were average for a farm stand type of icecream place, they had a variety of hard and soft flavors including sherbert in flavors that us old folk (lemon, orange, etc.) enjoy. Another thing I liked was they showed you a variety of cup sizes in bright colors you couldnt miss. We enjoyed our time at Memories, sitting in the many lawn chairs scattered around the property enjoying the day and the icecream.

Terrible customer service. Ice cream did not taste good. I brought it to their attention and the untrained kids at the counter said i would have to “buy another one” if I wasn’t happy. I don’t expect free things but I do expect better trained employees in customer service. I will not be back.

We all love Memories Ice Cream and never fail to stop there when were in the neighborhood. But at times, the lines are so long and slow that we skip altogether. Their servings are very generous, so much so I end up ordering the kiddie size. They have a variety of unique flavors, and I was never disappointed. But my favorite is still the soft serve. They have different seating options that add to the experience. A refreshing stop on a hot summer afternoon.

Took 4 of my grandchildren here for ice-cream. First time we have gone. We were not disappointed the service was so friendly and the ice-creams were huge for the price. Would highly recommend them.

Too my 95 year old mother to Memories this morning. The kiddie cup was just the right size and amount for her. She had black raspberry and loved it! The young lady who waited on me was so nice. She created me with a big smile and thanked me for coming. Will be back soon!

Best place to get ice cream! We make sure to make a stop here at least once every summer. There are picnic tables to sit at and enjoy your treat. It is a farm, they make the ice cream right there. If there is a line dont worry they are quick and it is worth the wait. There usually are some farm animals outback if your little ones would like to see them up close.

Their employees are local kids eager to scooped your pleasure and obviously love working there.The goats behind the restaurant are fun to visit if you have little children.
