Ice cream - half the tubs were NOT labeled. We had to ASK what each of them were. Annoying.Ice cream -- we werent sure until we started eating it...it was DEFINITELY NOT FROZEN PROPERLY, it was being kept at too high a temperature.Kid helping us was trying, but maybe he was new?If you order a triple scoop, you get a free waffle cone...he didnt mention this to my son, who requested a triple scoop, not knowing about this offer. We noticed the tiny sign, and bright it up. He got the waffle cone...advertised as FRESH MADE WAFFLE CONE IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE. It tasted like it had been sitting on a back shelf for a few years.Cake cone I received -- I have nothing positive to say. I ate a few bites, tasted like stale cardboard.We traveled over 2 hours to get to this store... because they have my hubbys FAVORITE ice cream. Daiquiri Ice. Was it worth the trip? The jury is OUT.will I get ice cream from here again? Not on my life. Within 30 minutes 4 of us had horrible stomach aches. Very uncomfortable and 2 of us had to DRIVE this way.I give it ONE STAR, because the kid was polite and friendly.Oh, the bathrooms. DISGUSTING. Did not appear to have been cleaned... that day. It was like 5p.

My ice cream from Baskin-Robbins was very good and served quickly. However, at the same drive-thru I ordered from Dunkin Donuts, and it was disgusting! The grilled cheese and the bagel bites had a fuel flavor, which Im assuming is from whatever they used to heat them.

Just love this place. EVERY person is friendly and considerate, but my salesman, Patrick, went above and beyond to assist me while purchasing my vehicle. I think I found a home for me and my vehicles!

The closing time listed here is 10pm, but I went at 9:20 pm and it was closed.

They do not have what i was looking for... and they put to much chocolate on the top of the icecream...

I went here because they are also Dunkin Donuts to get two Bacon Egg and Cheese croissants for $6.

I love this shop! You can have a milkshake as soon as they open! They dont judge 😉 and with it combined with Dunkin donuts, you have an even larger selection to choose from. I think they even can put coffee in a milkshake for you. Their cakes look really cute and Im sure taste delicious! Definitely worth a try if you havent already!

The visit was frustrating. The supervisor told a counter person to clean a dirty counter because clients might see it - not because it could lower the standards of the store, attract pests, wouldnt be fair to leave it that way for the next shift, etc. I waited a long time while an employee placed an order in which she couldnt decide what she wanted and was more focused on social conversation with her coworker. There was no awareness or concern of the customers behind her. The counter person had difficulty figuring out which of my gift cards she didnt scan to charge me correctly / ensure they were all validated. Lack of training, burnout, bad hires, I dont know but it was not a good visit.

Every time I go to dunkin they mess up my sweet tea. Granulated sugar does not mean liquid. The young punks just assume everyone wants liquid sugar even when you ask for granulated.

One if the nicest Dunkin/ Baskin-Robbins there is. Great staff who always get your order right. Wait times are quick, even in the morning when they are super busy. Just please, dont turn into the parking lot when headed north on Rt 11. Use Yates St to come in from behind the place.

Went to Wyoming PA a few days ago had their ice cream and I thought it was absolutely fantastic.

Delicious as always. My Daughter got the new soda mixed with ice cream drink. Vanilla ice cream and coke, she loved it.

The drive-thru was barely moving, and as I finally got closer to the speaker I realized the staff were not saying anything for several minutes, and there were no apologies for the wait or an it will be just a moment. My coffee was made well, but I thought I would try the pretzel bites out, and they turned out to be essentially raw and cold. Im not impressed.

Went to Dunkin this morning, waited in line for 10 minutes, placed our order in the drive thru, got to the drive thru window, and the employee stated they didnt have our order. The employee made a big deal about having to place the order again so we disgustingly left without anything and went to Bagel Art in Dallas. It was disappointing to say the least.
