My Best friend sent for my Birthday. The arrangement was beautiful. Fruit looked amazing. Wasnt home and the delivery driver called before just leaving it.

I always tell my partner that while real flowers are pretty, I hate that they eventually die. This time he got me an edible arrangement and it was great! It was so big we both ended up sharing it and I got to enjoy my favorite fruits, strawberries and Pineapple. I was impressed with how well put together it was and how fresh the fruit was. I also didnt know about all of the other offerings until now. Well be ordering again as its a nice change of pace to put a smile on someones face.

Nice and friendly environment and staff. Great items and fresh fruit. Delivered same day as promised and made a yummy birthday gift for my mom. Definitely will use them in the future again.

Received a lovely gift box of cheesecakes and chocolate-dipped fruit. Cute, compact red box that fit in fridge and was easy to open and re-close. Delivery was friendly, socially distanced, and very professional. One complaint- the strawberries were not that red and ripe at all- one I just threw out. I have had E.A. before from other locations and the fruit was as ripe as should be expected for these very pricey little morsels. The apple slices, bananas, cakes and chocolate coating were excellent. Very sugary- good for a special treat or a very sweet tooth.

Im absolutely impressed with the finished presentation of my mothers birthday gift!! Not only that but the manager of the Kingston NY store Magda Sanchez was so polite and very accommodating!! I had previously had an issue with an online order and Magda went above and beyond to help make me happy with my experience. I HIGHLY recommend the Kingston NY store!! If i could give them 10 stars I would. I will be ordering again!

Just received an assortments of cookies, chocolates, and fruit from a generous and thoughtful client. The mini cheesecakes were amazing and only got to sample a few others as they were gone in minutes. Driver was pleasant and the sweets were delicious!

Started going here on my lunch break from work and fell inlove with the place. The staff member was very nice and generous. I plan to continue trying everything on their edible arrangement menu. Thank you for your service!

I go to edibles arrangements In the Kingston plaza often on my lunch break. The employees there are more then generous and professional. I am fully satisfied with the staff and the appearance of the store.

I absolutely love this place! The food/snacks are delicious and the staff is so sweet and helpful. I come here every saturday and always get some sort of smoothie with a cup chocolate covered apples,,, I highly recommended trying them!

I went to the store to request an arrangement with choc covered fruit and a mug. The store was very busy- her phone never stopped ringing and delivery men were running in and out ( Friday before Mothers Day) The woman who helped me was extremely efficient, polite and kind. I received the arrangement which was even nicer than I expected and because I waited ( what I thought was a veryreasonable amount of time) she threw 2 extra chocolate covered strawberries into the arrangement! I couldnt have been more pleased.

Very disappointed in this service. The first girl I called in the morning told me I could come in and pay for my mothers day gifts no problem (she was excellent and the only reason I give this a 1 star review, besides the fact that I cant give it a 0). I go to the store after driving 40 minutes, just to be turned away very rudely by someone else and completely disregarded. I was told my order would not be completed. She told me I waited too long even though I ordered the day before Mothers Day and then looked over her shoulder at the person behind me because she wouldve rather waited on her. In what world is customer service like this okay? The nicest thing she did was offer me a refund for an order I shouldve received.Not ever going back to this location. This service was pathetic and this woman does not deserve to be in customer service if shes going to treat paying customers like that

Extremely disappointed. I ordered an edible arrangement and it never was delivered to me even when my order was confirmed. I even called to speak with someone to ask about my order and they never answered or called me back :(.

We paid for a reasonable size arrangement (in excess of $100) and received an extremely small one completely unlike the image. When we called to complain (and show him a picture of what was delivered) the associate admitted what we received was insufficient and offered us a free second arrangement whenever we wanted. When we called 2 weeks later he acted as if he had forgotten, then begrudgingly agreed to send one, and it failed to arrive. We have contacted corporate.

I ordered a box of chocolate covered strawberries for a birthday gift, they were delivered early in the day. The recipient stated they were delicious!

Didn’t call me when they got to my girlfriends house or even knock when my girlfriend family was there! They messed up a special day for my and my girlfriend and she still has not received them and I have not received a call since they failed to deliver the goods to my girlfriend on our special day thanks for nothing and get ready to hear from me tomorrow 😡

Great service nice people work there great job

I placed an order through the website a week ago for my daughters birthday and had confirmed delivery for today, Sunday. Now it appears the store is actually closed on Sundays and she wont get a present today. I called the store and waited on hold for 20 minutes, then I hung up and called the corporate Customer Service and waited another 15 minutes. Finally someone answered, told me the store was closed, she wouldnt get her gift, and the store manager would have to contact me. They wouldnt even issue a refund. I will NEVER use Edible Arrangements again!

I love how I can cheer someone up in an instant, no matter where they are, or how far away.

Its greats but expensive. Keep in mind you can everything they can do and better.
