We were camping up in the Salisbury area during a recent heat wave of 90+ and our A/C went out in our travel trailer, I was able to diagnose the issue and needed 2 parts, I called around to 5 other dealers who wouldnt even take the time to help me, when I called Reynolds RV and spoke with Mike he took the time to listen to what I needed, spent the time to do all the research and called me back to let me know he had 1 of the 2 parts, and possibly the second one, when I arrived he took the time to match up the second part and didnt charge me for it (was used and didnt know the history) Both the new part and old part worked Perfectly! we were able to enjoy our vacation! I remember most the upbeat personality of the gentleman who greeted and helped us.Full of life, friendly and welcoming.In and out and he about everything you needed for the trip!! If you needed a fix or just something extra, they had it!!Tucked away kind of place, but well worth the drive.

I just had a great experience with Mike. I put $ down on a camper, and it turned out that my wife didnt like a few aspects of it. After bringing the camper up front, testing all the systems, and spending a lot of time getting it prepped for us to inspect it, I had to call him and tell him no deal.He was gracious and understanding. I was going to offer to have him keep some of the deposit for all of his trouble, and then he said Hey-I owe you some money, dont I? On the spot, he cancelled my deposit (on a Saturday), and offered to keep an eye out for another RV that might fit my wifes wants. He is a stand-up guy.I HIGHLY recommend Reynolds and I will come back here for anything I need in the future, fixtures, parts or an RV.I have never left any reviews before, but I believe Reynolds deserves a great review.

What a fantastic place - We bought our travel trailer there, Mike and Dan were more than generous with their time dealing with newbies like us...Even still to this day. Customers for life.

Recently had my camper serviced at The RV Store. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I couldn’t be more happier. I now have my camper stored for the winter, however when I get it out in the spring I plan on having additional services done by them. They have a customer for life.

Dont waste time with the big name camper places. Reynolds answer the phone when you call, they can give good advice and can help you with in one phone call.I called 2 of the big name places and had to leave a voice mail, and of this review its been a half a day later and they still havent called me back. One call to Reynolds and I got what I needed so Im on the road instead of waiting.

You all should know they often use used parts to fix used RVs. They take parts off old defunct campers and use them to cut corners when they prep a camper, I know this because I worked there.
