I had the best experience with this dealership. Glenn and Mike went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and that the car was right. Let me explain, We traveled about 300 miles each way to buy a 14 year old car, when we got there it had some road noise, maybe a tire or some front end work. After awhile I decided to take the car as is and get it sorted out myself. It being a long drive and we really liked the car! I was getting ready to do the deal the owner Mike, heard I was concerned. He stopped the deal grabbed the keys and took a test ride with me to hear what I was hearing. Mike was muttering words like unacceptable and your not taking this car. Long story short, they fixed it at their expense and help me with some travel expense!!! Unreal, best ever car buying experience. Thank you Mike and your team.

Problem I have is that when I received my car there were 3 dents on the drivers side door. I bought the car just by photos on website alone and had it shipped to Maryland. I never haggled the price I paid what they wanted but I am sure they knew those dents were there. I would never have bought a car with dents on the door. I paid top dollar for the vehicle. I let them know but never received a response. Typical. They already have my money. I should of paid to have a pre-inspection of the vehicle. Never again. Always try to look your vehicle over in person or have a pre-inspection it’s worth it. I also wanted to add that I was told the hydraulic latch cylinders were addressed for leaks. Well obviously they didn’t address that either because over the weekend I have hydraulic fluid dripping on my passenger seat.

I had the pleasure meeting with Glenn who was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions up front (straight to the point), he also made sure that my process of buying the vehicle goes as smooth as possible. On the day of pickup- He made sure the car was ready with all the required paper work. I left out that dealership with a Happy face and was fully satisfied by his service. The mechanic I normally use will only due minor maintenance on our Audi, anything in depth he wont touch. Last week when we were having major issues with our A4 we nearly took it to the Audi Dealership. Thankfully I remembered Rayco Eurospec has a service department. Jesse the service manager was amazing. He had a technician come to the house to see if they could get the car started so it didnt have to be towed(still had to be towed, but appreciated them trying). While the vehicle was at Rayco Jesse kept me informed every step of the way. He and his team were great. They got our car running better than before. They even washed it for us. Will always use them moving forward, and recommend them to everyone I know.

He always took my calls and was so patient with explaining all the details to me..I just cant say enough nice things about Marinas and Mikes staff. World w Glenn, who I swear is only honest car salesman in world....folksy and no bull sh*t “have to talk to my manager” stuff...I hate hate hate a car salesman who is a “slick Willie” ...Glenn was no-nonsense...kind and quick. Experience was easier than buying a crib off craig’s List...just the way we like it! We got phenomenal deal on the perfect car...they were super accommodating and gracious. I would have bought a lot more cars over the years if I realize I wouldn’t have had to dread it so much! Fantastic experience!

YOU REALLY SHOULD READ THIS ONE BECAUSE ITS ENTIRELY TRUE!I contacted Mike the owner on 11/9 to advise of my interest in a 2000 Porsche 911. I made arrangements to drive 2.5 hours today from NJ to Pa to see the vehicle, test drive it and have a pre-purchase inspection by an independent mechanic. My inspector found the vehicle to be sound mechanically but noted some minor repairs and issues including: a broken turn signal stalk, the center console and the hood wouldnt close properly, the advertised Kenwood subwoofer was not hooked up and the amp was missing a fuse, a faulty code possibly indicative of a weak battery and a missing rivet on a panel underneath the car.Upon meeting with Mike later in the day I realized that he had no intention of moving off of the sale price of the car. Having bought at least 15 cars in my lifetime I never encountered an auto sales person that steadfastly refused to negotiate. Nonetheless, I eventually agreed to purchase the vehicle for his price (he will say I never said that but that isnt true).Mike indicated that he had previously had the vehicle inspected by his own service department and, other than the broken turn signal stalk, did not find any of the issues my inspector noted. Its worth mentioning that Mike never told me about the broken turn signal. I had to bring it to someone elses attention who told me they had ordered that part. While discussing the potential sale I told Mike that I was willing to pay his price if he would just inspect and repair all of the above issues. He insisted he had to check in to that and wouldnt know for sure until later in the day. He even refused a deposit from me, stating that he couldnt take one without knowing for sure what was involved with the repairs.Essentially, I drove out there, spent 4.5 hours at the dealer, paid an inspector $287 and offered to pay Mike the full listed price (subject to the aforementioned repairs), only to be sent home with no deal. Interestingly, the vehicle listing on CarGurus and Raycos website describes a professionally and tastefully installed Kenwood stereo system w/navigation and custom sub-woofer. Yet the amp and subwoofer werent connected, Mike did not know if they would work even if a fuse were put in (it was missing) and he would not agree with certainty to make good on it. At one point, I even offered to have him pull out the amp if it didnt work and he could give me a credit for it. He wouldnt agree to that either, saying only that he had to look in to all of it and get back to me.Mike called me later this evening to inform me that someone else came in and bought the vehicle this afternoon for full price, no questions asked. Isnt that convenient?! It seems Mike saw that he had one prospective buyer who had some concerns he wanted addressed (which by the way, totaled maybe $400) vs. another buyer who would pay top dollar, no questions. Guess who he chose? In my opinion, this is a man severely lacking in integrity!I think the way this entire situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and deceptive. Had Mike told me he had another buyer at the store today who was seriously interested, perhaps I would have changed my position about some of the issues. I think he chose the easy way out by selling to the customer who came to him with the highest dollar first. Some see that as normal and in most cases, thats true. These circumstances were very different because he knew long before we met in the afternoon that I was committed to buying this car. If I wasnt, the inspection would have ended 30 minutes in and I would have walked. Most of the reviews on here look good but I can tell you, dont shop here if you are an informed and educated buyer. Mike will not negotiate with you nor will he provide you with any assurance that he will fix any issues you see on the car youre buying. At least as long as someone else is waiting in the wings to give Mike a better deal.Go ahead Mike, make me look bad like you told me earlier. I dont care anymore!

I was here with my partner in 2017 and we were looking to possible trade our SUV in for another vehicle they had on the lot. Never in my life have I personally been treated so horribly! We wanted to see the inside of the car and then we asked if we could take a test drive, while they had someone take a look at our vehicle to give an offer on it. The lady who got the keys for the car was nice at first and then when we asked to take it for a test drive, she got defensive and basically said no, because we would have to do a credit check first. She then wouldnt allow us to see any more of the vehicle. So we went to the manager to find out the trade in value they were offering. Now, we had a Escape Titanium with like low milage, and it was only a few years old and well taken care of. They were only offering $13,000 for a car we couldve taken elsewhere and gotten close to $19,000-20K. We said forget it, and left. Maybe the lady knew that since they always offer low amounts on trade ins, we would have ended up leaving anyway. I am assuming we didnt look wealthy enough to purchase a vehicle there. They really didnt treat us well and I have always loved the inventory Rayco gets. But after that experience, never will I go there, nor will I refer anyone to this place.

Purchased my second car from Rayco, a 2008 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster (first was a Ferrari 348ts back in 2006 which Mike gladly took back in trade for a very fair price)! The sales staff was outstanding. They let me test drive as long as necessary to allow me to be comfortable that the Aston was what I really wanted. There was no pressure at all from anyone. The staff took their time to answer all the questions I had. The sales process was quite simple after I made up my mind. Martina handled all my financing needs as well as the paperwork. The car was FLAWLESS when I picked it up. I would recommend Rayco to anyone looking for a car.

Well my wife and I purchased a high end car from there in the end of April 2018. I was given a car fax report saying everything was and gas been brought up to date with service inspections etc. Well we drove the car for about a month then I noticed that the car didn’t even have the state inspection stickers on the windshield. Ok no big deal right well we called and they said bring it down. That was the beginning of June 2018. Well i just got a flat tire and I as I took the tire off the whole inside of the tire was past the belt. Now mind you I bought the car with almost 13k miles on it and it now has a little over 16k but this was the only issue I had with the car since I’ve had it but its the most important one because these are steer tires. If I could add all the lil things up I gotta believe that they never serviced the vehicle or even put it on the lift!!! I will never take the vehicle back for service or buy another vehicle from this dealer again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!!After this review was posted Rayco did reach out to me about the issues we have had with our car. And I gladly change my RATING TO 4 STARS because of the service manager Jessie has gone above and beyond to make sure everything has been corrected within 24 hrs of my review. He takes care of the customers with such respect and gives a 110% along with the other technicians in the service department they stopped what they were doing to make sure everything was pristine with my car so that we are happy customers. The only reason I will not change to 5 star is because it should have not gotten to the point of me writing a review like this. So in my view the service department would be the reason I would come back either for service or to purchase a car because they went the extra mile and checked over the car so we would be happy!! Thanks again Jessie.

Their service department needs work. I brought my BMW X5 in to to get a strut replaced. I drove my car for awhile (2 months) and the issue I brought it in for was still there. They gave me the bogus lie that my car was the issue. I took it to another shop and they explained to me that the strut was not installed properly and that I was missing parts on the strut. Rayco basically stole $500 from me, and I had to pay another $500 to get the work done properly. I have not had an issue with my car yet, and it has been 2 months since I had it fixed properly.

I was very leery about buying a used vehicle from a non-name dealership. I did some research and realized you cant stay in business for as long as Rayco without doing something right. I purchased a Corvette Grand Sport and could not be happier. I have had it for many months and have absolutely loved the car. Dave Allen was my salesman, talk about low pressure...how about no pressure! He was wonderful to deal with. The car was exactly as represented by pictures, low mileage and well taken care of. Was the car a steal? Well no, but a reasonable transaction for what they were offering. The vehicle still smells new when I get in and its a 2010. Drives like a car with 6k (actual mileage) on it, tight and responsive. I had some very minor issues that were taken care of immediately, and one small detail which they were happy to remedy without me bringing the car back to them. Martina handled the paperwork, and it went smoothly. When you see some of the costumer cars being serviced in the garage that cost more than my house its clear there is some trust with there service team. So what is the end result? I hit the site frequently to see what other luscious vehicles they have to offer. I did many reviews about Rayco, probably OCD, are there some poor reviews?...well yes there are. There were way more positive results which got me in my car for the almost 2 hour drive. My experience was fantastic, the car is a head turner. The whole experience was very positive and I would return. It is an interesting way to make a living, surround yourself with the cars of the world you love everyday and marvel at engineering from around the world. I did see some reviews about the cars being reconditioned, sure they are. It is all right there for you to see, there is no area 51 that is off limits, that impressed me! There is a passion with car people, and its evident on this lot!

After months of shopping around I found the ideal car on the Rayco Eurospec Motorcars web site. Based on the detailed description, conversations with the salesman (Dave Allen) and previous reviews I was all set to buy sight unseen. I couldnt bring myself to do that however and decided to visit the dealership (Im 3+ hours away). Im very glad I did. I finally met Dave in person, drove and bought the car. Working out financing and shipment details was almost a pleasure; I received a nice tour of the place and their inventory. Its obvious everyone there is passionate about cars first and sales second. They actually had people dropping in to look with no intention of buying; the salesmen welcomed them and seemed as excited as the visitors about the cars. I highly recommend Rayco to anyone; you will be treated fairly and professionally.

First, this is the most solid, trustworthy and mechanically sound vehicle I have ever purchased (better than advertised). I am a car nut and I know cars, both in a mechanical and value perspective manner. Having owned dozens of automobiles and motorcycles over many years, this is by far the best vehicle and the best purchase experience I have EVER had. I cant stress how much that statement means coming from a guy who has owned sports cars, muscle cars, classic American cars, Harleys and driven, ridden and otherwise operated every piece of machinery out there. Ive even restored several vehicles. This 2009 Mazda RX-8 is beyond showroom condition and drives like it just came off the showroom floor. These guys dont play games, they stand behind the vehicles they sell and only sell to what meets their extremely high quality standards. With all that said, HERE IS THE REAL STORY OF MY PURCHASE EXPERIENCE: I had the privilege of dealing with Mr. Mike Lynch. I walked into the dealership thinking, here we go again after having so many bad experiences from randomly bad, poorly operated and unethical joints that just wanted to make a deal and throw any vehicle at me. I had gone through some tough times but I knew what I wanted and I knew what I could do. When I met Mike, he had the vehicle ready (better than I ever expected) and within seconds I knew I could trust him (This is said from a guy who has been in the sales industry for more than 25 years, I automatically know if someone is real and genuine). He did not pressure me or push me. He made me laugh numerous times and I immediately found camaraderie with him. He listened to me and spoke with me, not at me. He is just a great guy and I chose to buy from him not just because he had the finest model of car I was seeking but because he bent over backwards for me to make it happen and he was genuinely honest and decent with me. SIMPLE FACT: I will never buy a vehicle from another dealership or person again, for me; it is Mike Lynch and Rayco Eurospec Motorcars ONLY. They created a customer for life. Lastly, Martina is unbelievable!! She did so much for us and she was so helpful and kind! I can’t say enough positive things about Rayco, just “Thank You”. Seems to me people who buy here, stay here! I can see why! These guys are real, rest at ease folks, you cant find better. Thanks Mike!!!

I cant speak for the sales department, but the service department is highly inept and they will rob you blind if they can. I own a BMW 3 series convertible and had the power top get stuck while it was lowering. It took forever for Rayco to get the parts which were needed, which I was cool with because I knew this was not a routine job and this was not a BMW dealership. After getting price gouged on labor I finally got the car back and had the same thing happen the following spring. Took it to Rayco, thinking being that this was only the second time I had the top down since the incident, they would fix it for nothing or at discount. Got price gouged again on labor. I believe its finally fixed (knock on wood). However, since Rayco had my car and repaired the top, it now leaks like a sieve when we get heavy rain. Im still using a wet/dry van to get the water out from Wednesdays heavy rains.

Rayco Eurospec Motorcars is a first class operation. Everyone involved, from the owners Mike and Martina Budjnoski to Michael Lynch in sales, George Haslin, the wholesale buyer, and Jesse in Service are knowledgeable, courteous, and expert at customer care. The selection of high-end used cars is superb. You almost feel like youre in an automobile museum. Aston Martins, Ferraris, Mercedes, Jaguars, Porsches, and more, all prepared for sale looking like new models. Prices are reasonable, and great attention is paid to detail. The shop area is particularly impressive. I bought a gorgeous 2004 Cadillac XLR. Looked brand new. Unfortunately, had an unforeseen problem with it just six days after purchase, couldnt get the car back to Rayco because of drivability and distance (130 miles) issues, yet Mike Budjnoski graciously reimbursed me for the cost he would have incurred had the issue surfaced under his warranty, even though he was under no contractual obligation to do so. An honorable man. If youre looking for high-value special cars in great condition, this is the place to go. Tom Duncan, Garrison, NY.
