I recently bought a speed Queen washer from here. So far it is living up to my expectations. Logan was very helpful and very knowledgeable.

Bought a through the wall A/C here when up visiting the family in the are since we were having trouble finding one near where we live and due to the fact that the original one was put in our house almost 2 decades ago so we had trouble finding one since the new universal ones are bigger by about 4 inches. Took us a little over a week to get to putting it in simply due to schedules and finding somewhat to assist because this old one is basically at the top of an 10.ft ceiling. Finally accomplish all this, get it out of the box, and it’s the wrong one. Salesman charged us for the correct one (as noted on the invoice) and gave us the wrong one. One that is for a window. Unbelievable.

So bummed by my experience here. Our sales lady was great when she sold us the appliances (washer, dryer, and an upright, 21cubic ft freezer). She was super knowledgeable. We bought them months in advance of our house being built due to the long timeframe to get anything in because of covid. I was told that they would be able to hold my appliances in the warehouse should they come in before we were ready for them. I paid in-full for a washer, dryer, and freezer that day.Fast forward a month or so...a delivery driver calls and says that hes bringing our appliances to our home. I said that our home wasnt ready and was told they were ok in the warehouse. He said that wasnt a problem and he took them back.When I was finally ready for my appliances, I called to set up delivery. I was told that they sold my washer and freezer but they had my dryer and could offer me a different washer and freezer (both smaller than what I had previously purchased). Essentially, I wanted what I had already bought and paid for.They ended up finding me a washer. I had my washer and dryer delivered. Dryer hasnt worked since I received it. They said theyd set up an appointment for their repair company, Fast Appliance, to come fix it in about 2 weeks. 2 weeks goes by and Fast Appliance has never heard of me when I call to ask about someone coming to fix it.Im also still waiting on my freezer. They keep trying to give me a smaller one.I wanted so bad to love this place because I do not like big box stores and I love to support local family businesses. Unfortunately, I wont be shopping at Voitek again and will not be recommending them to anyone else. Super disappointed.

Always have what I need or they can order it sometimes you can work a deal for more than one item best lowest prices in our area has two locations on Wyoming ave ..never pushy always willing to tell you everything you need to know about what you r buying

I ordered a stove in 1/16. I completely understand the back order of appliances. What I do not understand is the lack of communication from a local store! We had 4 estimated delivery dates. We would call on or after the date we were given and were told a new date. The last time we called we were told they have 400 people waiting for appliances and that it was unrealistic for them to make contact with each person. We canceled our stove order on 5/4 and have a stove delivery of the same back orders stove on 5/12 from Home Depot! I will not support this local business again since the big box store has a website that clearly tells me about the delivery of my appliance instead did telling me I’m bothering them when I call!! Poor customer service Jeffery!

Went here in search of a dishwasher. Very nice place. Guy who we dealt with was great. Attentive and polite. Very focused on our needs and getting us the best deal possible. I would go here again in the future for sure.

Horrible! I walked into the store with $2000 in my pocket to look to buy a large screen TV. The salesman brisked right by me as I walked down between the washers and went to the lady who walked in after me. He did not even say good day or I will be with you...not even enough basic social grace to say hello to a customer. I walked back and forth looking at the TVs for about 10 minutes, and walked back in a circle...he bumped by me a second time, not even giving me the courtesy of a greeting for a second time. I paused as if I was waiting for something, note the lady he was then working with was looking un and out of washers and he or the other person could see me standing right there. I dont mean to cut line, but even some acknowledgement that I am alive and a potential customer would have been great. I was off work today unexpectedly, I am a speech pathologist, and the only thing I.can think is that my errand-suited lounge wear did not seem up to snuff with even eye contact. I am in the parking lot writing this as I cannot eveb believe this treatment...back to the big box stores for me...and also, biggest TV was 65 inches and they were all super grainy anyway...

Stopped in on Saturday after speaking with Voiteks on the phone, and doing some research on line. Within a half hour had papers signed and refrigerator paid for with a delivery date of Wednesday. The two gentleman that delivered were very professional,friendly and efficient..Very happy with the service and would recommend Voiteks to everyone.

Bought a new overthe range Microwave oven because the heating element went on my Kenmore I had since 2007. They dont sell those anymore that vent out through the front. I lived that Microwave. Anyway the young gentleman was very attentive.

I started off calling the Kingston store on a Sunday and working with Logan. I had a ton of questions and he was extremely helpful. After doing some additional reading on the Speed Queen website I called back and decided I would come down to following day to pickup a new washer. Logan told me he would be in the Exeter location that day but someone would be glad help me when I arrived. Logan did all the leg work so I wanted to seal the deal with him even if it meant driving 10 miles out of my way. The next day I went to Exeter and finished it all up. He was very helpful, the staff in the store was very friendly and they helped me load the new washer in to my SUV. I would highly recommend these folks. Great experience!

Browsed for over 30 minutes and no one approached us to see if we needed any help. There were 2 customers ahead of us. We will stop back and perhaps make the purchase of a dishwasher that we are in the market for.

Looking for a washer and dishwasher during quarantine. Went to Voiteks where I was waited on and shown options of what was in stock on a Thursday afternoon. By Monday both units were delivered and installed. Couldn’t have been any happier with the great service and product! Highly recommend!

Came here looking for a washer/dryer combo. I came to Voitek after checking out the big blue(delivery in 3 weeks) and big orange( sales rep. Seemed to be working against her will) big box stores in WB. I was pleasentlty surprised that the out the door price was exactly the same and the sales rep was helpful, friendly and delivery was available the same week. Big thumbs up to Voitek!

I brought a washer & dryer set used, the washer was LOUDDDDDD (still is) I’ve called about a 1000 times. Over & over again the man name Ken promise to come out with his brother.... well it’s almost a year later. Don’t know if it was due to skin color or what but they SUCK!!!

Verry irresponsible, I buyva dryer since May 2020 an at this time I still used a really old temporaly dryer when I pay $300.00 for another one and came broken. The never call you back and is really disappointed.

You looking to get appliances this is your place. I got a nice selection of many different brands and types. If you have something specific in mind theyre helpful sales staff will look outside of their inventory to see if they can supply you with the appliances youre interested in.Sales staff really knows what theyre talking about they dont only read you the description thats on the little ticket but they know about the features where the items are sourced from so you know if youre supporting Imports or American made items. My circumstance it dealt around stand alone dishwashers or built in. The sales staff printing me out a multi-page document of all the tech specs and mentions needed so I knew exactly what size my cabinet would need to be. Then After figuring out if the built-in was going to be the direction I wanted to go then they helped choose the right brand and look and style of appliance. Then I gave them my list of specs that I wanted in the appliances they did their research and they came back to the few different options in a few different price ranges. After making a decision the sales team even assisted me in filling out the energy companies mail-in rebates due to the Energy Efficiency of the appliances. I didnt have my energy bill with me or they said they would have completed the whole entire process at the store before we even left the store for the rebate.Once my product arrived at their location they called and we set up delivery times. With free delivery and free removal of the old products and factoring in the price we were offered I dont think theres really another choice if youre going to get appliances. We went to all the big box stores looking for appliances but the service was unmatched at voitek. Will definitely be going back if we need anything else that they can supply us and definitely recommending it to everybody.

Shop around before you buy here. Especially for speed queen washer and dryer. They told me speed queen price is set, even though on there website they will match price. Waist of time going there call grand central station or dunmore appliance Much better prices. Voitek was the highest in valley. Not to mention once I asked for a better price they told me to go somewhere else, if I wanted better, and walked away from me.

I chose to purchase from voitek because the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful compared to Lowes and best buy. I wanted to buy a better quality dryer. A dryer that lasted longer than 5 years. The salesman really took his time, reviewed all the machines with me and allowed me to chose which one was more suitable for my needs. I liked him so much, I went back and purchased a stove from them.

Please shop local. When you buy from this store, you get high quality merchandise, good personal service, great selection, AND you can order from the manufacturers catalogue. The difference between here and Lowes & Home Depot is that: 1) the manufacturer will honor ALL warranty claims to its fullest ability and 2) the appliances are made of TOP QUALITY materials (I know this for a fact bcse I have a family member who supplies Lowes & Home Depot).

I was in a huge pickle. My washer burned up & Im on a tight budget. I told the salesman what I needed, he didnt try to sell me some $900 washing machine. He showed me 2 machines, let me put a down payment on it & it will be delivered tomorrow. Theyll also take the old one. I cant even explain how grateful I am with their understanding.

I was told over the phone that a deposit of $20 would be needed to drop off a tv for repair and the deposit was needed because people drop tvs off for repair and never return to pick them up and that they get stuck with them. So I dropped it off. The repair technician said he would get back to me in about 3 days. Eight days later I called to check the progress on the tv. He told me he was currently working on it and would call me in a few hours. Two days later they called and said it would be $115 to fix it. Being that I paid only $150 for it said it wasnt worth it and I would come to pick it up. When I returned to pick it up I was told that the deposit was for the technician to see what was wrong with the tv. I told the lady at the counter what I was told and she said that she was told it is for seeing what was wrong with the tv. I made it clear to her that I would never return to the business and she replied OK.

Got a refrigerator and stove from Voitek. No complaints with the service.
