Like nightmares? Then this is your place. I waited a year to be fair with a review. So many lies, once they have your money your done. They even ordered the wrong color siding and window shutters. It was messed up from day one and its still messed up. Now they wont come out to fix certain items, even though we purchased and additional warranty. Evidently, its not worth the paper its printed on. My house sat there for months before we could even move in. Day after day we would go by and no one would even be working on it. They even said I owed them an additional $3000.00 after the closing and came to my house to get it! What do you do? They say they arent going to do anything else until I give it to them. It was a nightmare then, one year later, its still a nightmare. So run hard, and run fast my friends. There are other places to buy from. I have a friend that bought one in Greenville and said it was great.I see that some of their employees have left themselves a positive review on here lol.

We searched hard for our land and worked with LUV Homes to buy a place to put on our land. The grading was spot on and perfect. The staff at LUV Homes was expedient in delivery and set up of our home. The care they showed toward us was the winning moments. They did a great job with customer service and are on the top of their game when it comes to helping us get into our home. We could not ask for a better group of people top work with. Thank you to all the staff at Luv Homes!

Really nice friendly staff and the homes are beautiful

We bought a modular home from Luvs a year ago. It started out fine but soon went down hard. Sooo many things that I cant list them all here.After delay after delay we finally got the house delivered. We did a walk through and there were many things that needed to be repaired. Charlie, the manager at Luvs, wanted us to sign off on the home before they would make the repairs. He said then he would charge the factory for the repair work. I told him if I sign off then I accept it and theres no guarantees if or when they ever fix things. He said thats how its done all the time. They finally fixed a few of the problems like the washer drain that wasnt hooked up so that flooded the area under it, the shower without a P trap so sewer gas was coming up the drain. The workers would show up every couple days or so, mid day, work a few hours then it was time to leave. We finally had enough and decided to just do the work myself so it would get done and be right. The quality of workmanship is terrible. Our house is a Schult which used to be a good quality home. We later found out that Clayton bought them out and it shows. The quality went in the dumpster. I would NEVER by a home from Clayton or Luv Homes again and I have told everyone I know that is considering one to go elsewhere. I see on these reviews that the business response is to call them so they can address the issues. That sounds good to people reading these reviews but I seriously doubt they follow up with good results.Update: Charlie you know full well why I decided to take things over myself. Your quality of work and all the delays. Also I would like to point out that 4 of the reviews here were written by Luv Homes staff!

Luvs Homes was helpful and patient through the whole process. Nathan was our man! He had ideas and information that were helpful and greatly appreciated. Anytime we had questions or concerns he was on top of it. The entire Luvs team are on point and at the top of the food chain, when dealing with everything from contractors to lenders. We would HIGHLY recommend them!

They have some very nice homes. They were well worth looking at.

Just purchased our first home from luv homes every step of the process was awesome. these guys are awesome Josh and charlie answered any questions we had and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. If you are looking to buy a new home i highly recommend that you talk to these guys first I can assure you that you wont be disappointed

Love the website and virtual tours are great. They have better prices than most and beautiful homes. Will be going to visit and look at homes in person soon. Website is very nice.

Mava was a dream to work with. I found a picture of what I wanted and Mava made it come to life for us. I would definitely recommend Luv homes! Always willing to answer every question (and I had about a thousand) and she made the process so smooth.

In buying a home there is all sorts of stress. With LUV homes they really go above and beyond to eliminate some of that.
