When you bring a service tech into your house you never know who to expect. Over the course of the last two days 2 different techs came in and both were AWESOME people. I’d like to call out Tyler for really going the extra mile, when he told us he’d be replacing the motor on the indoor unit I excepted 100% of the job to be done. He did 500% of the job! Cleaned the fan unit, cleaned the wiring, cleaned the filter in there. Truly a 100/100 job and we couldn’t be happier with the work!

Our Central air quit working on us, so we had to find someone to come and look at it. Kelly was able to come out that next morning (we werent going to be home the evening we called). They sent us a text ahead of time with his name and a picture reminding us of the appointment. Kelly called before he got here to confirm the address and let me know he was on his way. He was here on time and was very friendly and professional. He was there for a estimate on a unit, but thankfully we didnt need a new unit. Kelly was very honest with us and quickly found the fix that we needed. He then called and had a service tech come out at 3pm the same day and they got it all fixed and ready to go for a very reasonable price and in under an hour! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing quick, honest, affordable, quality work on your HVAC unit!

I would certainly recommend AAA-1 Heating and Cooling. They installed a split AC/Heating unit for me. They were on time and completed the work in a very professional way. No problems with estimate, scheduling or the install. Professional from start to finish.

Everyone from AAA that I dealt with was great. I was told upfront of the cost of service and they worked around my work schedule to get my AC serviced quickly. Only a few hours after I called, they showed up (a few minutes earlier than scheduled), and were able to fix the issue within about 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with AAA-1. Our unit is old and they attempted the usual things to repair it. Seemed great at first but unfortunately it was not quite fixed. When we called AAA-1 back they sent a technician out that day and he worked very hard on the unit, cleaned it thoroughly and replaced a part and we are now cool and comfortable! Thanks to both Richard and AAA-1. We would very highly recommend you both!

No one called me as asked and they showed up so they say.. Got a bill on 7/21/21 for 69.99 for service i did not get... So be aware if u are not home you will get a bill for services you did not get...

I had then come out five times without any success of completing or fixing the problem. Then charge for a complete maintenance call without checking the out door unit.

AAA1 installed my new HVAC uniting August at the lowest price I could find. They were always on time and kept in touch. Install took maybe 5 hours. Friday my heat wouldnt come on due to a loose fuse. Pam had Richard out here by 10am and it was fixed asap free of charge due to the warranty they offer! Great service and great people!

I have never had to call for AC service and was worried about being scammed like a bad car mechanic.I am so glad I chose to call AAA-1 Heating and Air.It was one of the hottest days of the year so far and I just knew I wasnt going to get service for a day or two.They had a service tech here in a hour.My AC was fixed in 30 min.AAA-1 will be the only one I will call for my heating and air needs in the future.

They came out on time to clean out the fan unit could in the basement. Solved the problem of the unit running constantly. Glad it was just that and not more serious. However, I specifically mentioned needing an air duct reattached to the floor and done in a way that would allow the existing vent cover or a new one to fit properly. I resheduled so that an installer could come and fix this problem. I was under the impression that once it was finished that the vent would sit flush in the floor but he was not equipped to sand the flooring the quarter inch that it needed to be sanded to make the hole square so that the vent would fit properly. That was kind of 25% of the reason that I scheduled for a time for an installer to come and not just a service tech. So slightly disappointed that that didnt get done. The vent did get reattached to the floor he nailed it in but I had done that myself and realized that the vent wouldnt fit so he essentially did what I had already done and left it saying hey the hole on the flooring was not cut square you need to fix that. I was under the impression that that was what I was paying to have someone do but he seemed to view it as a secondary part of the job and didnt take too much interest in working on that and left that partially finished. So its good that the AC works that was the main point of the call but I would have really like to have that air vent taken care of and I thought they were going to be the ones for the job and apparently thats not something that HVAC installers do which is weird because it would seem like they would... Making a vent fit in the floor. Am I right? As a note though he did not charge for attaching that air duct back to the floor so there was no official line item for that work. But I was really hoping there would be and I could have paid him to do that work.

Very responsive. They were quick to diagnose and fix issue. Parts cover under warranty. Labor was a bit pricey for the amount of time it took. I would use them again and definitely recommend them.

We have used AAA-1 Heating & Cooling since moving to Fall Branch. They installed two new heat pumps for us, and were very clear and up front about price, installation, and warranties. We had a problem with one of our new units and they came out promptly and fixed the blower. They also take care of our maintenance twice yearly. My experience with AAA-1 is lengthy. I have used them many times. I have an older split unit. They have saved me thousands of dollars. They are prompt in getting the problem fixed, usually within 24 hours. I’m grateful for their expertise and have found the technicians to be prompt, respectful and happy! These guys are the best. First, Kelly came out and quickly provided a quote for installing a new heat pump. Then, they quickly were able to fit me in their schedule since we were without air and facing some brutal temperatures. Finally, the guys who installed did an amazing job. I particularly want to acknowledge Ben. He did amazing work for us. He went above and beyond when the existing wiring proved to be a problem. I cant say enough great things about him or AAA-1 in general. They are great people.

THIEVES! Absolutely only persons who had any type of access -valuable items that I didnt miss for a while disappeared. NOT WRONG COMPANY!! Owner wouldnt even talk to me about it. They either hung up on me or wouldnt answer. Basically called me a liar. As I said - absolutely the only ones who could have taken items. I also have never received any warranty information.

My air conditioner went out on Monday night. I called on a Tuesday and they were able to come out on Wednesday. Ken was my technician. He was here on time. He was super awesome. He quickly was able to diagnose the problem and within an hour he had the air flowing again. He didn’t try to haggle me into buy anything new. I will definitely be using AAA-1 again for maintenance tune ups and other HVAC issues that ever come up.

I’m only giving two stars because the tech that came out was honest. The rest of the crew here lied to me twice. I asked before I ever had the tech come out to diagnose if I would be able to get an itemized bill for services so I can get reimbursed through my warranty company. They said absolutely to me twice then the week after the service was complete I get a text asking if there was anything I needed to let them know. So I replied that I still need the itemized bill. About an hour later Mike calls and says they don’t do that and that’s why they don’t deal with warranty companies. In his words, they’ll pester you to death for stuff. I don’t think it should be a big deal to provide your customer with a damn piece of paper that says what you replaced, cost of what you replaced, hours worked etc. I already know you got your $2,000 for a bad coil and gas refill on my unit. I will never call this company again.Also, my tenant at the house that had the work done said they sent a bill to her address. I’ve told them repeatedly I have a separate billing address and gave it to them. Not to mention she said the due date was for 3 days ago and the bill just came. I’m a firm believer in what goes around comes around so I know they’ll get screwed over royally sometime soon.

We called AAA-1 heating & cooling to replace our heat pump. They gave us a very good deal with a good warranty. The gentlemen who came to our home were very respectful. They called before they came out. They were very respectful of our home covering their feet so not to track dirt in and out. They covered the floors where they would be working and the system was put in one day. When we had some questions the next day they were right out to our home to answer our questions and take care of the issue. I would refer them to anyone looking for Heating and Cooling services. 100% Professional.

Always show up when they say they are and if something comes up they will call and reschedule. Efficient and do whats necessary on the spot if they can. Been doing business with AAA-1 for a few years and they have not ever given us a reason to go elsewhere. The office ladies are friendly and love the way they call to remind us its time for a tune up for the season. Im sure they appreciate our business as much as we appreciate theirs.

At first, the service was great. 2 years later, I called to have my maintenance and see why my thermostat had no power. I went to work and the representative came by while my mother in law was watching my young child. It turns out that the power was just a breaker that was flipped but he then charged the 65 dollars and left without doing the maintenance! I called when I got home and requested that the maintenance is finished....they tried to tell me that I would have to pay an additional 65 dollar service fee. Beware of this company trying to charge again when they didnt finish the job in the first place!Response - My mother in law told me that he was only here 5 to 10 mins tops and then sat in his vehicle. You would think that he would have had the time to complete the requested service.

Kelly came out the same day I called to give me a estimate for a new inside and outside units. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. We scheduled a the installation of my new system, and the technicians showed up early to get the job started and that was great. Darren, Rocky, and Billy done an awesome job installing my new system. I couldn’t be happier. They are very professional and hard working guys, they don’t stand around they get after it. Darren when over setting up my new thermostat and made some the unit was working correctly on heat, cooling, and emergency heat. When Darren, Rocky and Billy left everything was cleaned up and nice and neat. My new Amana system is so much quieter it’s awesome. I couldnt be happier. Cost was fair, and equipment is top notch. I highly recommend these guys!!

AAA-I has been very professional every time we have had conversations on the phone with Pam and service calls with any of their technicians. We had both our old heat pumps replaced since buying our home in 2015 and are very pleased with our Amana products. AAA-1 has been prompt in coming to our home when needed, they have given us excellent service, and even called after the installation of our last heat pump to make sure everything was OK. We will continue to use them for our heating & cooling needs.

Then, my basement flooded and ruined my furnace, and they made sure I knew all my options all while keeping my best interest in mind. Nice same day repair

I was referred to AAA-1 Heating & Cooling by a friend of mine. She spoke highly of them and I now see why. I had my heat pump replaced a few days ago. A whole team of guys showed up and worked diligently to get it all done THAT DAY! Well that particular day was freezing and snowed all day. This did not stop them from doing the install. They were so nice and not once showed any hesitation to do what needed to be done to complete the job even in the extreme weather conditions they were dealing with. Being that it was a snowy wet nasty day and LOTS OF MUD around, they were extra careful not to bring the mud in the house. They had to come in and out quite a bit but always took the time to put their little booties on to keep my floors clean. People often have a need for a company that works on heat pumps and now I can happily say that I know of a company that I can highly recommend. Good Job!!! p.s. The guy that came out knew what was wrong with the unit, and quickly fixed the issue. He was able to do so while talking through how to keep the issue from happening again. He was very down to earth and easy to talk with.

This heating and cooling company have serviced our Heat Pump for years and we only trust AAA-1 Heating and Cooling to service and inspect our equipment.

They called and made the appointment before showing up. The Serviceman was polite and friendly. The rate was locked in which was less than was quoted on the phone. It was reasonable and that is savings. They said they would call before they sent someone out to schedule an appointment each time. Thats good because you wont have someone show up on your doorstep that you werent expecting. I would recommend them.

The technician arrived on time, worked quickly, was professionally dressed, and was outfitted with a work tablet. He confidently troubleshooted the problems. It took two service appointments to get all the problems corrected because several parts had to be ordered, but I was not charged for two service calls. My Carrier Infinity 3 fan speed HVAC unit works great now!
