I have purchased 6 suppressors from these guys now. Jeremy is about the most friendly and understanding guy I have met. They trade and sell firearms. Are a dealer for most major suppressor manufacturers, will allow reassemble FFL transfers, and are always helpful. Jeremy is a good resource for checking form 4s if you are new to NFA stuff.

Best gun store in town!! Can’t wait for them to open back up. Since they have been shut down for Covid I have been going to Knoxville and Kodak to get my guns. Great staff and great prices and they aren’t pushy..

I honestly dont know what all to type. We have never had such a pleasant experience at any of our other gun shops, and we had to stay outside the whole time (understandably)! We were offered cold water. Their trade in offer was better than other shops. The staff continued to check on everyone outside waiting on products, background checks, online orders, etc...Plus, they are Christians which for us was a huge blessing. I see why they are rated so darn high, and for 100% good reason. Just an awesome experience, and we will be back. This is the way to treat customers!

Very friendly and helpful and they usually have a good supply of hard to find ammo. Definitely stop by and check them out. The nicest guys youll meet at a gun shop, they know their products! Ive had several FFL transfers done there as well and they gladly do it for you. Great folks running and working at the store. Not the biggest gun store around, but some of the nicest folks youll meet. Weve bought two guns there in the last few months and Ive gotten great help and advice on both occasions. Beware its a popular place to be, so you may have to wait to be served but its worth it.

Indian Springs is probably the best gun shop in the Tri-Cities area. The guys are great to work with and their prices are the best in the area. The also have the cheapest transfer fees around. I highly recommend them.

Update March 18, 2018. Three weeks ago I was contacted personally by the owner who was extremely apologetic about the experience and committed to making this right. Yesterday, he and his co-owner made good on that commitment and reiterated their apologies for the experience. I applaud their efforts to take the time to get to the bottom of what occurred and respect their professionalism and commitment to stand by their values to make it right. While I will never purchase a Taurus again, I would absolutely purchase another firearm from Indian Springs and not hesitate to refer a friend looking for a great deal on a quality firearm. Purchased a new Taurus PT738 380 from Indian Springs. Out of the box, it wouldnt make it through one magazine before jamming...........repair scenario was extremely frustrating.

Had planned to order a G2C but wanted to check one out in person. Jeremy was so helpful I bought 2 right then and there.

We walked in and was asked how we were doing. Very friendly staff. Great selection of guns, rifles, ammo, and accessories. Its a small place outside of Kingsport, near Blountville, but they go above and beyond on their customer service.

I was very disappointed in this guns store. Theres another guns stores in Kingsport thats 10x better and friendly staff.

Has been my go to gun shop for a bit now and i love the people who work there and the service and information they provide.

Went there with a friend to buy an M&P shield. They have a great selection of everything from Glock, M&P, Ammo, ARs and AR parts Good prices, great selection, friendly staff. If you live near Kingsport or the surrounding area you should at least stop in to see what they have.
