Dropped my E series riding mower off for oil change and new PTO belt. Price they quoted was exact and it was completed the same day. By far best service I have seen and highly recommend. For example with my cub cadet I took to local dealer. They asked me if I purchased there I said no was bought when I lived in another state. Rep said well it’s atleast a 3 month wait for repairs. This is why I own JD now and recommend Meade for all service and repairs. Thank you.

Unimpressive. I drove over an hour from NC to purchase an expensive debris collection system (over $500) for my John Deer mower and was assured by everyone that assisted me that the kit had everything I needed to connect it and operate it. Not so! The kit was missing a necessary chute component (another $100+). I was annoyed, but tried to be somewhat pleasant when I called to inquire... even though I was disconnected twice before speaking with someone that informed me I had been misinformed by the parts department as they are unfamiliar with yard maintenance tools. I explained I had to drive quite a way to get it and never once was I offered an apology. Nor did they have the part in stock. Nor could they ship it directly to me and try to save me another drive. I was told I would have to wait a week to pick it up. I asked him to check nearby stores and he found one... maybe... he couldnt confirm. Again, no apology, no thanks. I own a JD tractor as well as the mower. I am sure of two things: 1. I will probably buy more JD parts. 2. They WILL NOT be purchased at Meade.

Good luck dealing with these employees. They will sell you any product they can, even if they have no clue what they are talking about. If you have to call, you will be treated like a nuisance and bother. Im appalled at the disregard this store shows its customers; they make it very clear they do not need or want your business, and forget about getting any version of an apology even if they LIED straight to your face!Oh and dont think it might be store by store! After dealing with almost equally as offensive and rude behavior at their Johnson City location, I can see this is a company wide issue.

This is the only place to buy equipment and mowers. The staff will go out of their way to make you happy.

Started out doing with the Johnson City location with a Salesman didnt know the difference between someone buying a lawnmower and someone looking for a lawn mower. Once I contacted the Kingsport location after finding out from another salesman at The Junction City location that they did have one in the Tri-Cities and not in Kentucky. Ended up talking to Rick in Kingsport and I had my Mower on the trailer by the end of the day.

I purchased a used Case articulating truck from them 4 months ago. It has not ran right since the day they delivered it. They have been out 3 times to work on it. The last trip out over a month ago they diagnosed the issue, but they have not fixed it. Their mechanics went thru it and everything is good the salesman said. Needless to say it isnt. Its a real POS that I guess I am now stuck with. Ive spent 1/4 million on equipment the last month...not a cent was spent here...
