Soo I know this place looks sketchy from the outside. An old gas station with a parking lot that is almost always full with some rough looking people inside. But let me tell you, those rough looking people are some of the nicest and funniest people you will ever meet, and thats just the normal customers. The staff are friendly and always happy to help but the main draw is the food. When you walk in you see in their case the biscuits and see how massive they are, they are the same size as hamburger buns and youd probably think well if the biscuits are that big they probably dont put anything on them and youd be big time wrong, they load them down with as much of whatever you want as those things will handle. Dont go in thinking youll just spend $2 cause you wont. That being said the money you spend will definitely be way past worth it. And then there is lunch, grass feed fresh ground beef and they are absolute units of burgers. Probably the best all round place in the tri cities for breakfast or lunch.

The food is amazing but everytime I order delivery they wait until my delivery person gets there to cancel the order. Just remove the store if you’re gonna cancel every order you get.

Deli hours in winter are 5-2 great burgers and fries and fresh. Very friendly staff here. ATM on site no public restrooms here. Seating area inside for deli customers. Clean. Will definitely eat here again they have burgers hotdogs blts grilled cheese bologna sandwiches buffalo fries spicy chicken sandwiches and grilled also. And more!

This place is amazing! If you want scratch made, oversized, made with love biscuits.....you found it! Nothing on this menu will disappoint you! One biscuit is almost enough for two people but down south we don’t share! LOL Go get your next meal here, you won’t be disappointed!

Best food in town, breakfast is amazing prices are great for the food! Then you get to lunch, they have the very best burgers in Kingsport and you get what you pay for too, the service is quick with some awesome ladies preparing and serving that good food, I hope they get the tips they deserve daily for the hard work they do with a smile guaranteed!

Great food but they lose customers every morning because the owners son cant ever get to work on time. By then people have piled up outside and youre in for a wait. If youre crunched for time like me, go somewhere else.

This has to be the most disfuctional place !! workers seem like they have no clue on what they are doing!! Both Cheese burgers were so greasy the buns were soggy and could barely eat it .. the bag was wet from grease !! The French fries was horrid.... the onion rings was the best ...... also the gentleman working the front counter cashier thinks he knows it all and is a smart ass..... but however I will not return ever again....
