They have the best doughnuts around. The employees are also very friendly & helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Staff is friendly, courteous, and not afraid to conversate. variety wasnt key as maybe being a few hours of closing was the reason for lack of variety. however, my two favorites were there. tasted great. now the downside. it was extremely noticeable that the size of the donuts has decreased as price increased. the glazed had the same great taste but were not too far off in size from their mini glazed. the other donuts looked almost half the size compared to purchased donuts a while back, even as late as last year. it may seem like a frivolous thing to mention but i enjoy the donuts just like many. least the person behind the counter who was of great help without stating the obvious could agree. as far as filled donuts it was almost nil. im not sure if the person filling them is in a rush, or was told they have to cut back. i might as well bought regular glazed as all there was, was just dough, hardly no filling with a small bite into it. for the price charged one would hope there would be the jelly filling in the center. im only writing this as this is the fifth time in two months i have purchased a this location leaving with disappointment when returning home. with the pictures you can see lack thereof for filling. also, no, nobody ate the filling then took a picture. this is what was there from one bite. normal donut making would have filling oozing out of its center after bitten. id try to contact the store through the companies own website but even their own website doesnt provide info to contact the franchise itself. update, still no contact info on the contact page. returned early this week, got donuts again, same issue. wont return.

I wouldn’t necessarily say the doughnuts were good but they would satisfy a sweet tooth.The lack in variety is Astonishing to basically only sell 6 different varieties that includes original… so that’s essentially 5 types. Yet display that they’re available… one could assume a bait and switch type tactic to increase sales forcing customer to purchase a different type of unwanted variety to make the singular trip there worth it..

Went to get my daughter and myself a treat this morning. Ordered chocolate covered with sprinkles and a chocolate covered cream filled. Well she didn’t get her sprinkles and she will survive but really no sprinkles and then not even a bite of chocolate on my donut. They had to have looked at the donuts before they went into the box.

Love the donuts, best donuts in the world, they have so many flavors and feature specialty donuts as well. My only concern is the time-limit donuts, like the key lime and lemonade donuts. They are so good I wish they would put them fulltime on their menu. Please add these flavors to your regular menu, the lemonade flavors are the best donuts you have ever created. I would buy these donuts every week. 😍😍😍

Amazing hot donuts. If you havent ever had fresh hot donuts from them you really need to take a trip and try it. These are nothing like the store bought donuts you can get at grocery stores. They are so soft and literally melt in your mouth. This is a must try and pair it with a vanilla iced coffee and your morning will be completeKeep up the great work guys and as always appreciate you during these times.

Coffe was average, donuts were above average. I should have waited until the Hot sign was lit. Then they are the best donuts in the US. I can eat an entire dozen when theyre hot! One reason to wait until they are not hot!😀

Recently went to buy some donuts for teachers and was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the staff was as well as they gave me a wonderful deal as well!!! I will NEVER buy so many donuts from anywhere else!! They made what could have been a dreadful process so easy and joyful! They had me and my son laughing while we were waiting for the donuts, offered to help carry them out and were just amazing! Thanks so much!

Im here now and the past 4 or 5 times I bought doughnuts they are on a diet, the skinny version. What the heck. The doughnuts in the display case dont look like this but when you order they wont get them from the case the get the pre boxed one.??????

Rudest workers ever! I would recommend somewhere else if you want professional service! We just came through the drive-thru 3/11/21 at 7 pm and both workers were extremely rude. Won’t be going back here because the last 3 times, the workers act like they are horribly bothered. Not a good way to run a business when you have unprofessional employees.

First and last time trying Krispy creme. Dunkin’ Donuts tastes much better ! Nothing against the workers they were very nice 👍

Product quality was fantastic! However, our experience was sub-par. 2 of the donuts we requested were SOLD OUT(lemon filled and the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake filled)....unfortunate, but no big deal we filled in the dozen with original glazed...so I only ordered 3 filled donuts, get home and 1 of 3 were the WRONG kind. First visit to this location, other than good quality of what we did get, I’m not sure the service warrants a second visit. 2 stars only because the high quality freshness/good taste

I saw the light on and went through the drive through. I ordered 2 dozen glazed. After we got back on the road, my wife got us one out and they were ice cold. I think they had gotten them out of the refrigerator. It really sucked!!!

I love this place

This place is decent. Customer service could be wayyyyyyy better than what I received today. The people kinda stood around like they didnt want to do their jobs. Their selection on donuts has now become very limited. The bathrooms are open to the public and usually stay clean. I have never seen them dirty. They have the standard 6ft distancing stickers on the floor. Handicap parking is also available.

Service was fast, this location also has a drive-thru. The Krispy Kreme light was on so hot fresh doughnuts.. would recommend although if you have a coupon the price is more affordable.

I would have given them 5 stars as their doughnuts are the best, but they messed up my order and all I got was plain glazed. Now dont get me wrong plain glaze is good too but I wanted my order! Their chocolate glaze with cream filled is my favorite.

We go here all the time we have for years we got a couple dozen donuts assorted and the made fresh sign was on and we asked the worker just in case to make sure they were fresh because we love them fresh as does most people I assume. anyways we get our donuts and they were cold and they messed up and gave us what we did not order they were lined up or we would have went back we was so disappointed 😭

I ordered half a dozen that is 6 I paid for 12 couldnt have done that if I didnt have my card because I couldnt order unless I had exact change then get home its not what I ordered

Co-workers and myself ordered donuts from a fundraiser and were given digital coupons due to the Covid I guess. Anyway I’m in Bristol and coupons state if going to redeem more than 3 call ahead so I called the Kingsport store at 5:30pm and clearly stated I have 9 to redeem and was told that would not be a problem. Drove all the way to Kingsport and managers denied speaking to me and even though I showed I had called at 5:30 she would only redeem 3 of the 9. They are already paid for but can’t get them without making multiple trips. This is outrageous. Will not be redeeming the others at this rude store.

We went when the light was on! Fresh hot and delicious. Definitely a wide selection of pastries. I love the creme filled and lemon filled. I definitely recommend this for all your sweet tooth needs. We will be returning for sure. They also e-mail you with great sales like buy 1 get 1 if you join their mailing list.

Its one of the best places to go for your favorite dessert. I have always gotten the best donuts ever made and the best service when you cant make up your mind about which ones you want. They will wait until you are ready and then they will have the best donuts for you. They are always fresh from the oven and very delicious. I just wish that the place I live in had a Krispy Kreme restaurant in it. Its sad that you have to travel such a distance to get to one of the most amazing places in order to get what you want and enjoy. Why do the best places have to be in a different city or state where you have to travel a distance to get there. We need more places like that right here in my town.

First, I would like to say I never write reviews, but after getting lied to repeatedly I think one would be necessary... The line was somewhat long today at 12:00 but currently you have to expect that due to corona guidelines, so I wasn’t surprised. I ordered donuts and a medium iced coffee. When I got to the window they quickly handed me my donuts after I had paid and said bye. I reminded the cashier that I had also ordered a medium coffee. They had clearly forgotten about it and would’ve sent me on my way if I wouldn’t have said anything. After waiting on them to make one, the cashier opened the window to give me the coffee and I immediately knew it wasn’t the right size. I asked her if it was a medium because it looked like a small. She stated that she didn’t know what size it was and went to ask another worker. That lady then told me I was wrong and it was definitely a medium because smalls are 12oz and mediums are 16oz. I still told them I didn’t think it was a medium but after they kept insisting I was wrong, I left. I didn’t want to hold the line up any longer because it was clear they were not going to fix the issue. Later I measured how many ounces the cup held and it was only 12oz - a small!!! I understand people make mistakes especially under pressure with a long line, but what was so irritating was the fact that they were lying to me to keep the line moving instead of fixing the mistake. After reading other reviews, this is not the first time it has happened. When I buy a drink, I would like to actually get what I paid for and not be lied to. I will not be going back to this Krispy Kreme for awhile after how poorly I was treated and plan on notifying the manager tomorrow.

Donuts were fine. My wife went inside to order. Slow service. She ordered black decaf for her, regular with cream for me. They had to make a fresh pot of regular. She got in the car and we started out. my coffee was cold hers was fresh and hot. The only explanation is they got the coffee order backwards. She cant handle late caffeine and is lactose intolerant, so we.couldnt switch.

Our donuts were super fresh. This place seems understaffed, its always packed. Four stars as I think 21.00 is kinda ridiculous for 2 dozen of donuts, but at least they were fresh.

Easy to see from traffic, it is near a traffic light so safe to pull out onto heavily traveled highway. Lots of air conditioning and sweet smells. A glazed donut was $1.19 and a large coffee was $2.19. Coffee wasnt bad. Very clean. Recommended.

Normally love it. Speaker was messed up so it was hard to hear her. Told her speaker must be broken cause I couldnt hear her she said yeah I couldnt really hear you either. Ordered 2 dozen Halloween doughnuts this morning--Had a pick up time for 7:30pm. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I was told they were sold out and my prepaid order was canceled. Then why did I pre order? Horrible customer service. No coupon offered or anything.

Placed an online order at 11:00am at the east stone dr store. At 11:04am I received confirmation of order. Order was to be ready by 2pm. We arrive at the store at 1:55, were told they had just received my order so it will be another hour before it was ready. The supervisor said it would take 2 days to receive a refund!!! If the workers spent more time working than outside smoking and talking maybe they would get the orders out on time!!I DO NOT recommend this store, I will go to the johnson city one!!UPDATE, they just brought order to car, gave an extra dozen....BUT IT WAS NOT THE DONUTS I HAD ORDERED!!!

Complaining bc on Google it says their free donut day was on the 9th so I went by that but then saw on their fb page it was on the 5th. Which was very disappointing bc my son was so excited and I had to give him the bad news. Bc this was a big deal for us bc we dont have much money and cant go buy them.

Not a super fan of doughnuts, but I LOVE Krispy Kreme! Hot, light, fluffy, sweet, (without a gallon of sugar on top) they are the best. Hands down. If you are going by and the hot and fresh sign is on, you are doing yourself an injustice by not swinging in and grabbing a dozen. Their assorted drink options are also pretty good, but their plain coffee is more an acquired taste in my opinion. Krispy Kreme as a whole deserves 5 stars, but this location after many visits the last few months is only receiving 3 stars. The crew is young and fun, which is refreshing; However, it lacks professionalism and decent customer service. No smiles, no suggestions on what they like and what is good, some of the crew in the back are wearing worn out company shirts and hats, shirts thrown over their shoulder with a tank top on and hat on backwards, inappropriate speech for having younger children around.. you get the idea. Again,the food is fantastic, but dont expect much at this location for customer service and professionalism.
