I love this store. I really love the cashier heather p shes usually the only one who is up front she is efficient and she brightens your day. She needs to get a better job where she is appreciated. The manager is mean. But the store is neat and tidy.Great prices

Always a variety of good priced items. The lady running the checkout was very nice and fast scanning everyones purchases. If you have a few minutes to spare look around. Things change so check them out, especially teachers, as I saw many things you could use for craft instruction or to make your office more personalized.

Out Kingsport, Johnson city, and Bristol this is my favorite five below. Everything is so neat and tidy. Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL. AS long as the cashier Heather P is working. She is Such A hard worker and she does everything in her power to help you. She cares about every person. She made my kids & mamaw happy and trust me that is hard to do. While working the front by herself while the other cashiers are walking around complaining about their jobs or talking about her. If you ask me she needs a raise she is the only one up front working Everytime I am in there which is at least once or twice maybe more a week.

Good prices. Found items similar to other places for way less here. Therapeutic massage and bag of tools for less than $30 that sells elsewhere for over a $100! Very happy!

Lots of cool stuff, reasonable prices! Definitely geared towards the younger crowd, but I found some great canvases and a great deep tissue massager that normally sells everywhere else for a $100+ for a mere $15. Also had a case of attachments for $10. And did I mention? Its rechargable! My back is feeling better already, and so is my pocketbook!

Love this store. The cashier that was working the morning of mothers day wasnt too friendly but she may have been having a bad day.

Today was my first time in this store, thats the one in Kingsport on Eastman road and they really have alot of cool stuff as well as decent freindly customer service. If I could rate my experience higher I would give this store a ten start rating.

Cool stuff here that Ive not seen elsewhere. Five dollars will satisfy an eight year old for an hour, easy. There are good deals for adults here too. Novelty t-shirts, electronics, school stuff, fitness accessories.

The people here are nice and helpful! The prices are really awesome on a multitude of things. I first came here about 5 months ago, but I recently went back... I found a shirt I would have paid $20 for at the mall for only $5. The store itself is VERY clean and organized. Every time I go it is always stocked. I would say this place is a good store to go to for easy gift shopping and great deals.

It is more of a place for teens to shop. It does have great prices! It sells candy that you choose individually to fill a bag. It sells novelty Ts. Has alot of bath & cosmetics, skin care more for teens. Room decoŕ for college dorms. Some toys.

Awesome experience with Management.

This was the first time Ive visited this store and I couldnt believe all the merchandise they have for under $5. Very nice accessories for your phones, hair accessories, basically anything you could think of that you would need or want. They have a good selection of what I call movie candy, you know the kind you but and sneak in to the movies so you dont have to spend $5 on a candy bar there. I would definitely recommend to others and I will be back for sure. They also offer gift cards which make great gifts for your grandkids or kids, they can get some really awesome stuff that they will love.

This store is great! A lot of choices from what you would expect to thought you might not think of. I found the selection of preteen and teen deco items. They also have bath bombs!! This store is great for quick and inexpensive gifts.

Im actually really impressed with this place. Everything is $5 or less so I mostly expected junk but theres some really nice stuff here and its organized and well maintained. Could definitely see some Christmas filler gifts coming from here this year.

I just dont get the concept. Great for kids I reckon but sone items are actually cheaper at targets. The candy is definitely cheaper at Priceless.

Only the 2nd time that Ive even been inside this place, but need to go more often when running here or there.. I purchased a type-c charger (so I thought) which ended up not working out. went to swap the item out for the correct one, which I was able to do without a single issue. friendly staff too

I absolutely love this place so much product the best part is nothing is over 5 dollars. They have clothes, shoes, jewelry, make-up, toys, games, party supplies,and so much more. I only have one regret and thats I didnt find out about it till almost all my Christmas shopping was done.

For a dollar store there is a very good selection of odds and ends you can find at many stores, and what i like most is the selection of items that you actually cant find at other stores. They have a good selection of decorative pieces, electronics, fitness, and candy!

All the old fashioned candies! A kids dream! Furry PJ pants for teens & small size ladies & fellas. Plus other select apparel such as trendy hats, shoes, gloves, scarves etc. Trendy toiletry, spa and make-up products aplenty as well. POOR SIZING in Apparel items wherein largest size is XL. One would expect that any store selling apparel today would know to also stock plus sizes as well. Why refuse more profit.

Always clean, things in place and always have decent stuff for how much you pay for it. Its a good place to go for college/dorm or storage related stuff on a budget.

I love the store so much when I lived in Tennessee. It was great for finding games, doing Christmas shopping, getting other gifts, or just finding random things for the house. They have such a variety of stuff, and I love the low prices.

The store is overwhelming. Its packed wall to wall, top to bottom with cheap tacky merchandise. It looks like a teenagers room on steroids. I can see the appeal to kids ages 13 and younger. Or a good place to buy party favors.

First time visiting this store and I really like it. There is such a variety of items that are $5 or less. This store would be a great place to shop for birthday or Christmas gifts on a budget. My only complaint was the fact that there was only one cashier and the line backed up quickly.
