Lots of good smells to please each and everyone! Excellent customer service. All of them are super nice and help with everything. Take something home and decide you dont like it u can take it back and exchange it to something that goes with your body scent.

Employees very helpful n has great products

I went in a 8pm, everything was closed in the mall. Surprise B&BW was open and smelled brand new. I work long hours and never could make it to the Covid hrs. So glad open for regular hrs. I was the only one there, with full staff. I felt as though they were open just for me. Everyone was helpful and singing from store radio. And informative and just pleasant. It was a wonderful experience. Those ladies were just talkative and welcoming. Felt normal again! Shoot I might go back weekly just to keep that positive, upbeat energy of vibes! Thanks ladies, you made my day!

Love this store, as long as im out of it in about 10 minutes, if not its Tylenol on Tylenol for me! The employees are always super friendly & the selection is endless. One of the only stores i know of thats ALWAYS on point with everything. They have some really good sales going on right now as well.

This particular location doesn’t seem to have a good inventory. They seem to not have the regular scents in stock. There was only holiday scents when I went the other day. There was no clearance or anything.

Just shopped at Bath and Body. Had excellent service and Lisa suggested Love. I got the bath oil and cream for less than I expected and it stays on. This morning my sheets smelled so clean. I’ll go back and maybe get another fragrance of body oil and cream for a change up. Fragrance stays on longer than the cream I purchased for $56. Love this place. Make great holiday gifts

Everyone was helpful and pleasant even with all the candle day chaos. Bath and Body Works however needs to have more of the promotional candles in stock. I was there at nine this morning and Blueberry donut well anything blueberry scented was gone as well as Strawberry pound cake.

I have to leave them at least two stars because I love their scents. However, they were terrible in regard to my latest online order. Customer service = zero. I ordered several candles and a bottle of lotion and fragrance spray. Every single item - other then the plastic spray bottle, was broken. I contacted the company via email and was given no help. I have now filed with my credit card company because I am so frustrated. Now I am getting phone calls about it. The items are unusable. A bunch of broken glass and candle wax. They are being unhelpful and incredibly resistant in regard to offering me a refund. I have spent a great deal of money on this companies products and I will in the future. I just want them to be courteous.

Always love walking around the store- smells so nice! After holiday sales are pretty good, but regular prices are a tad high and I cant use most of their stuff as the scents are too strong.

I love their lotion, my favorite is Noel Vanilla Bean, or Brown Sugar and Fig. I have tried so many different ones. I also love the hand soaps, body sprays and hand sanitizers. They also have so many other great products. Friendly, helpful people. Clean and very well stocked store.

The Kingsport location would highly recommend they are so awesome there all their employees take care of you. When we walk in they always speak to us by name and asked us how were doing.so yes I would definitely recommend the Kingsport location in the mall however I would recommend any of their products

Bath and body works is one of my all time favorite stores. I just love the foaming hand wash. The seasonal changes. Lotions. Hand sanitizer and cool ideas they come up with to help you carry them with you all day and OH-MY-GOSH.....THE CANDLES....ALL DIFF KINDS, SCENTS, SIZES, COLORS. You can even buy sets. I do all the time for Christmas.

Bought some presents there. Nice selection of scented body care products and run by really nice people. The pricing is very high but they do run sales that bring the price down to a normal level.Key to shopping at this store only buy whats on sale.

I love the smells and the atmosphere. Its quite the main shopping attraction at the mall now. Nice workers who greet you upon entry and assist if needed. Its a good place to get perfumes, lotions, candles, and soaps. You should vist Bath and Body Works, in Kingsport TN.
