Gary and his amazing team knocked it out of the park! I came to him with a pretty good graphic (see picture) to begin with but had concerns about the black text standing out of the gray canvas. He took it upon himself to add the white outline as you can see in the photo. This is exactly what I was looking for in a graphic designer and print specialist: someone whos been doing this long enough and has a good eye to know where the most tasteful and beneficial modifications can be made. I 1000% believe whole-heartedly that this work jacket simply could not have come out better. They even used reenforced vinyl and changed the heat press process a little bit to make sure that the graphic held up through long hours of work. All of this for $30 out the door. Theres nothing he is willing to. Do. Do not go here to have any shirts made. That take your money and screw up on theprinting

I had an idea in mind that didn’t work and they were very honest with me and came up with a solution that probably made them less money up front but they earned a customer for life. Incredible talent and creativity!

So I’m giving two stars because my first experience wasn’t that bad. I got a shirt from here and the font color I asked for was white but got black instead. I just went with it because it still looked okay. The most recent experience was an order that was placed September 10th or 11th by a close friend of mine. He went to the shop and ordered hoodies (some of them were custom). There was a girl working at the time and took his order, no problem. Later, we came to find out that two of the hoodies had been printed wrong. The font was large across the middle when it was supposed to be small in the top left corner and a period was supposed to be added to the end but it wasn’t. When he told the owner about the mistake that had been made, the owner said he would fix the hoodies and that my friend never should have told the girl working for him the order in the first place. Like it was my friend’s fault for telling her and not him. Keep in mind the owner was not there at the time the order was placed... After everything was straightened out we got the hoodies on September 29th and they were wrong... again. The font was still big in the middle but he had added a period to it. My friend told the owner once again it was supposed to be small in the top left corner so he said he would redo the two hoodies and give my friend the ones that were done incorrectly for the misunderstanding. It is now October 19th and the most recent update is that they should be done sometime next week... It’s been over a month since the order was placed so I’m pretty frustrated.In response to the owner: With my very first experience, I was there in your store. I asked for the print to be white and ended up with black lettering. So I do in fact know exactly who I’m reviewing. It was no surprise that my friend had an issue as well when ordering through you. Coming at your customers when responding to a bad review is not a smart way to perform good customer service, especially when you messed up both mine and his order. Be more professional instead of writing an order down on a sticky note and still getting it wrong because that’s exactly what happened when I placed my own order in person. Also, if the order my friend placed was done correctly the first time, there wouldn’t have been an issue with him returning the hoodies anyway. Waited over a month to finally get the correct order. Would not recommend this place!! Removed a star because of the owners response saying I had never been into the store when I have and using me being young to justify his inability to perform his job correctly.

Had an appointment to meet between 12pm-1pm during my lunch hour to discuss custom t-shirt design. This was my only option as owner stated he had to leave at 4pm and would not return until after 6pm. I confirmed same day that he would be in the store between 12pm-1pm. I walked almost a mile from work (as opposed to getting my car out of parking garage) during lunch break only to find the store closed?! That is very unprofessional and very much a waste of my time. Too bad I will never get to experience what may have been a quality product and the business has lost a potential long time customer.

Vehicle wrap was done with so many gaps that air got underneath it and ripped to shreds within 12 months. Cannot even pay the guy to remove it.
