They did a fine, fast and though job. Their estimator made an honest mistake and forgot to include the damage to the front of my car. So, I’ll have to do some headache stuff with my insurance now. They did a great job though.They do charge a fee for using a card so bring a check or cash to pay deductibles. It’s a noticeable increase to the price. They do a good fast job, but go elsewhere if you don’t want that hassle I guess.Friendly staff.

Excellent work friendly staff;however they are way behind as they promised 2 weeks and it was 5 weeks and counting, but for the quality work Id not use them. I didnt say 2 weeks to fix vehicle they did and continued to tell me several times they worked on them in order they came in, but coincidently a family member too brought their car in weeks after mine and it was in and out. I dont appreciate being lied to just tell someone the actual reason for THEIR DELAY Dont TELL US WHAT YOU THINK WORKS BEST tell the FACTUAL information needed and there may not be more dissatisfied customers.TRY IT!!!

I have used The Body Shop on numerous occasions. Sadly deer and other cars find my car like a magnet. The staff are always friendly and attentive. My car is always repaired perfectly and returned to me detailed and looking great. I tell anyone needing work about them. Thank you once again.

I just want to take a minute and give a big shout out to The Body shop in Kingsport. They where super thorough and quick. I had accident wear someone smashed my front passenger side up. They got me in quick and I didn’t expect to get my car back for a few weeks they got it done in like 4 days. They where Convenient With enterprise as well they where there to give me a car and the body shop was able to be the drop off site for the rental. I mean I have never had such a smooth experience with an accident before. They also detailed my car before I picked it up. Thank you guys!!!

Rear bumper on my BMW is plastic so it was scratched and pitted extremely bad. Went in and spoke with Mark Hunt and he was extremely helpful on trying to save me money on the repair so I decided to let them repair the one on the car, the job that they did sure surpassed my expectations, got the vehicle home and the wife said “ why did they put a new bumper on” so that’s just how good of a job that the body shop did. Thanks Mark for the excellent job!!!!

Great body shop, no hassle, excellent work and customer service. Prices are high for the area but you definitely get what you pay for. Car was brought in after hitting a deer and now youd never know there was any damage done. They used all OEM parts and blended the new paint perfectly. Highly recommend them for any body work

Little over $1000 worth of repairs. When i picked up my car it had been cleaned inside and outside. Waxed, smelled great, tires blacked. Looked like a new car. Got hit on 81 North just before exit 56. We were the middle of a 3 car sandwich. Our vehicle was towed here by AAA. It was totalled out. Hubby forgot to get my license plate, when we went a couple days later to get the remainder of our belongings out of the car. We were still in a daze from the accident, plus his mothers death, so I am amazed more wasnt left. I called a couple days later, when he remembered forgetting the plate. The lady who answered the phone wad so pleasant, I promised her I would reimburse their company for the cost of postage. The other folks there were very nice, too.
