I went into this store with a family member. The staff here are very friendly & helpful. I didnt rent anything but did have questions. They answered all of my questions. If your needing to rent something. This would be the place.

Good 4 out of 5. Reason for this is because the people that work here are extremely helpful and kind an will work with you payment wise, I picked up a nice gaming laptop from them an it gave me an issue An I went back the next day an was walking out with a new laptop! Remove 1 star from 5 for the pricing... they are a little high but its the price you pay for rent to own!

It was pretty much a wasted trip. I was looking for living room furniture and they didnt have much. The salesman was very nice and explained they hadnt had a truck because of covid. Unfortunately I cant wait a month to order because we are moving and needed it in the next few days. They didnt have very much in the way of anything in the store. I wont have a choice but to go somewhere else.

Good people at Kingsport TN store these guys go extra mile to show you step by step details of your rental agreement.plus anything goes wrong with item they get it serviced promptly.and they care about customer thank you guys

They are very rude here and the manager acted like he didnt want to help at all. Would not recommend this place at all!!

They need to have a better selection on desktop computers. They did not have a single desktop in stock!

Changing my review definetly time will show u true colors of a company and its staff .almost a yr ago I started using rac on stone drive they seemed great at time boy was I fooled. as time has went onmy experience has become awful with them, its got to were I dont even like to communicate with them there rude and by no means do they work with you at all if it wasnt for fact Ive invested so much money already in my merchandise and close to getting it paid off I would give it back I wouldnt recommend them to anyone very disappointed in how they treat customers and will not ever use them again

Its not a tire store at all its a place to rent to own different types of furniture and appliances. They will most likely get u what ur looking for but u dont want to get behind a payment cause they will call ur number or numbers on ur application over and over and be at ur door wanting the furniture or whatever it is back or the one payment that u have gotten behind on because of maybe an unexpected financial situation that you may have in life but it doesnt matter to them they want the payment or they will want to take what you had rented from them and they dont want to give you a chance to catch it up later or maybe a little extra at a time until you get it caught back up. No matter what your unexpected situation was that caused u to not be able to make that one payment that u got behind on. I guess they want to take it from you and sell it to someone else for probably close to the same price that u gave for it so they can get twice the money on it

I visited for an oil change. The tech was friendly, and they added a discount coupon for the service before I could even ask, which was nice. The service was done in the timeframe quoted and they didnt sell hard on the suggested maintenance items.Coming from a dealership (who forgot to put the oil cap back on the car and then blamed us when we returned) my expectations were low, and met easily.

I went here for an oil change. The price was great. I made an appointment a week in advance and still had to wait an hour for the oil change. If you are in a hurry, I would go somewhere else.

I had a slow leak in a tire on a Sunday. They found the leak and repaired it with no attempt to upsell me. The shop was busy, but they found time to help me out. When my husband had tire issue, they also were able to address it on a weekend without an appointment. Very friendly and professional service.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option, what happened to this place!! They damaged my rims on my truck trying to unmount the first tire they were supposed to change. Then they ordered the wrong tires altogether and then tried to minimize the damages they did to my rim...just wrong, customer is always right. Unfortunately I have a lifetime alignment warranty on one of my vehicles that I had already paid a couple of years ago, otherwise Id never go back. They have tried to sell work that is unnecessary numerous times...Im a retired automotive technician who doesnt own a tire mounting machine or balancing machine so I have to depend on morons like this for the installation unfortunately. There service advisor is incompetent, clueless and rude to customers on the phone. Just steer clear of this and maybe try an Indy or the Dealership...will probably be better priced to boot.

Ran over some glass at 6pm and my tire was going flat and there was no possible way I was going to make it home on the tire. Stopped into the location and they got me in no questions asked even though they closed in less then 30 minutes. Chris was a huge help and provided me 5 star service and helped get me home safely! Thanks again to Chris and the Riverhead Firestone staff !

I have been doing business with Rent A Center for 22 years in Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, and now Tennessee. So far the Kingsport location has provided some of the worst customer service by far! I was suppose to have a delivery yesterday by 6PM no one shows up I call at 6:30 and Im told ive been trying to call you the stand you ordered is misding pieces. We will go to Johnson City tomorrow and get it put together by 11AM and we will be out with your stuff by 2Pm. Well it is 3:33 and again I called them twice once im told they are on there way at 12:30 again at 2:50 Pm and was told we had a unexpected pick up we are on our wzy I said be there by 4PM or else I will take my business else where well its 3:35 PM and still they are not here. I think I will go see what Rent All can do!

The people there are polite professionals who really do a nice job, comunicate well, and I feel confident to recommend them to anyone for tires and service.

Changing my review. I have been a customer for over 6 years and was always satisfied with their service. And “Fair” prices. Peace of mind. Excellent customer service!However just went for an inspection and needed to change break pads. Then they said the caliper. Their mark up for parts it’s ridiculous! I found the brand new part 3 times less in auto zone and much cheaper in the dealer. The part comes already with a lifetime warranty. But they have to triple the price to add their warranty?! So upset!Even labor was cheaper in dealer. Had to negotiate labor with manager bc they where over pricing and adding double time comparing to the other quotes I got. I had no other option than take their price bc I couldn’t move the car since it was taken apart.I always recommended them, after this experience I no longer recommend them. The overpricing for parts it’s way to much.

What a terrible terrible place. I highly recommend going elsewhere for anything you need done to your vehicle. They dont do what you ask them to, and if you cant get there when they are open because you work and cant get off, they will leave your car outside but keep your keys. What kind of sense does that make? This place operates backwards and should not be gone to for any reason. Lets hope my tire alignment holds up because my tires were chewed up pretty bad and they didnt even say anything about that!

Great service. Busy shop so if you dont book an appointment days in advance just know you may be waiting a little while. Theu do go out of their way totake care of everyone though.

After we put in our application for a new couch, we were told we would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for one to be delivered from the warehouse. We called them to check in and no one had answers. Finally someone called us back after a month, we went down to pay and had to fill out a new application since ours was lost. We were told on that Saturday we would have the couch delivered on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, no phone calls to let us know they were not coming, I called them at 3pm to ask what time, they said between 4 and 6pm. I asked them to call me before heading out to my house, since i had been waiting all day and needed to run some errands. Its Thursday morning, been trying to call since they opened and no one will answer the phone. Im really disappointed with their service!

Wouldnt trust anyone else with my car. These guys are definitely.
