They do have a large selection. But the instore customer service isnt so good. Ive been in this place 3x and its always the same.im new in the area and unfortunately this is the only place around town.the wigs are overpriced if you asked me, especially the synthetic ones.theh could do a little better on prices though.

They have a very wide selection of weave. There body oils sell so good. They have face mask both wash able and one time use. They have many hair care items. I love there hello kitty and kawaii characters items. I love the really friendly attitude of this store.

You can find pretty much anything hair related in this store. And Mrs. Bok is going to try and get it in her store if she doesnt have it.

Short on supplies and help. Normally they have plenty help and supplies but not that they. Its not the same with Bok not in the store any more.

I don’t like to write bad reviews but I feel this is needed. I called asking if they carried haircoloring foil. The lady on the phone starting laughing at me while proceeding to tell me they do have it in store. So I drive over. The moment I walked in, before anyone could see me they were very welcoming and then started laughing when I turned the corner. Okay cool, maybe they were in the middle of a funny conversation. I asked them where the item I was trying to purchase was located and the same female I spoke on the phone with started laughing at me again. Then she finally told me they don’t have it in the store that it’ll be there tomorrow. STILL LAUGHING in my face. Still have no idea why this female was laughing at me but I guess I’m not welcomed there. I use that love that store a few years back since they have everything I need to braid, twist etc my friends hair, but I’m sure I can find all that stuff somewhere else.

Took my sister-in-law here to find her a wig. I personally would never shop here. The only good thing I can say is they have a large selection to choose from and its the only local beauty supply store in Kingsland. This store is WAY WAY over priced for my taste especially the synthetic wigs.

I w went in looking for a certain aftershave. I was once told that it had been discontinued. I go into Bok and what do you know, they have it in stock and plenty of it. Not to mention, other so called discontinued items. That was impressive enough for me.

The lady behind the counter was extremely friendly and very helpful. She greeted us with a smile and even conversed with us a while. The prices for what I was looking for were great! The product I bought was about 20% cheaper than the local Sallys.

Huge store and has a lot of products. Probably one of the only stores that has a variety of things for black hair.

Miss.bok is always so friendly when we come in, she has a wide variety of hair and makeup products for a great price! All of her locations are very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend over any beauty supply.

I attempted to return some hair I purchased from bok because she did not have the antimicrobial hair I always use. I had my receipt, Bok told me I could bring it back failing to tell me or point out I only had 7 days to return the hair, refused to exchange the hair, and attempted to wait on other customers without helping me at all. I DO NOT reccomend this store, POOR customer care. She loves Black dollars, not Black people.

The weather is so humid and it takes a toll on my natural hair. So I went to Bok Beauty Supply and brought a clip on pony tail. It works for all occasions.

In my area we are limited in choices as the larger beauty supply stores are in Jax or Brunswick. Unless youre looking for something specific, there is a large supply. Employee turnover is rather frequent so you may not have any help in searches for specific products. Walmart and online are better sources unless youre in a hurry.

This place is HORRIBLE... I will never shop there ever again. When I say money hungry thats being nice. BOK done care about anyone but herself. She fired an employee on Christmas Eve because of a $1.00 wig cap. She needs to be shut down for treating people like this. The employee had nothing for her children for Christmas and the churches and peoples from the communities made sure this young mother had a bless Christmas. Shame on you BOK. :(

I travel to Jax,Fl . I agree prices are very high . She may be friendly to others but she wasn’t friendly to me. I notice every time i go in there (for little things of course) she don’t even speak when i get to the counter for checkout. I was just in there yesterday. I NEVER buy my hair from that place.I have a great paying job and im big on customer service. If you cant provide that to me I’ll go elsewhere.
