Much less expensive than the company my insurance sent me through when I had to replace my back window. The tech was professional and quick and the glass was installed in under an hour. It did result in a few scratches around where the window was, however, the tech came back out and fixed the problem. Overall, great company, great price, great work. I absolutely recommend them if you have glass repair needs.

I needed a glass panel from a window to be replaced. I called Lee & Cates Glass in St Marys, GA and the sweetest customer representative answered (Joy). I explained my problem and sure enough they could do my job. The gentlemen that came to the house were very professional and knowledgeable. Recently, I brought our 2005 Honda Accord in due to leaks around the two interior windshield posts; wed made other attempts at two other places of business; however, each failed to resolve the issue.Joy and staff were polite, friendly and listened attentively to my concerns before assigning the task to a technician by the name of Tony. Again, he listened to my concerns and took me out to my vehicle where he showed me two hair-line cracks in the body molding; I still dont know how he even found them!With enthusiasm and confidence, he assured me he would do everything within his knowledge and experience to resolve the problem and to ease our concerns; he was made aware the vehicle was my wifes favorite.We picked our vehicle up later that afternoon; however, Tony had left for the day and (unfortunately) we were unable to thank him personally for and outstanding job.Wed like to do so here by saying thank you, Tony, for your outstanding efforts, understanding and professionalism in resolving our issues!
