Very friendly staff! Damien Gray is who we worked with on our purchase. I would recommend working with him. Alex from parts department was very helpful and explained a lot to us and didnt try and pressure you into buying things but did explain the benefits. This is my second DRV my wife and I have purchased from Country Camping Corner in the last two years. Working with Damien has always been a pleasure. The first unit a Manhattan was our beginning moving away from a Motor Coach into a fifth wheel. Didnt understand the flexibility available in the built of the unit. The new 39DBRS3 we converted and change a lot of things from the half bath into a pantry, cabinet configurations, night stands to accommodate CPAP machines and the closet set up with additional shelving. Several time working with a factory representative to ensure there were not any communication errors. The unit was delivered as we expected. The clean up crew was all out with the virus and CCC allowed us to bring the unit home and have it cleaned up here after approving the cost. The check out procedure was thorough and Damien listed the things they could not do because of supply shortages, WE OWE list they will complete in the early spring once every thing comes into the store. This saved our long needed vacation to the Keys and up through the mountains we have planned and booked. I cannot said enough about the Service Manager and his staff of professionals or the Parts Manager. I would give out their names, however I have not ask their permission. I will say this will not be our last DRV. The first time a camp ground put us next to a highway I was concerned about the road noise. The unit was so tight we never heard any noise the entire stay while inside. We are retired and as be age we will probably continue to down size because age and safety. I recommend if you are interest in first class, DRV and Country Camping Corner is the choice to make. Happy Trails and Happy Memories!

Great place walked in for a used trailer and found it immediately

So I was deceived by a dealship in Utah after putting a deposit down for a Geo Pro 19FBS on March 10th of this year and was told I should receive it end of April no later than 2nd week of May. Then I get a call saying there was a delay because of the world shutting down. Then I started seeing through YouTube that other dealerships were still honoring purchases done in March and prices but could not and would not guarantee the price or delivery date but I didnt hear anything from mine except that I was 4th on the list. Then 3 weeks ago I get a letter with my deposit back stating they are not honoring my purchase because it was for a 2021 model and the manufacturer is making 2022 models. They didnt even call me.I was effectively going to be homeless because I am being bought out of my triplex by new landlords and the money they were buying me out with was going to purchase this trailer as temporary housing until a workmans comp case is finished with litigation.Anyhow, using the Google pricing tool I was given an alert to Country Camping having a Geo Pro 19fbs for a little over $31k. The one I put a down payment on was a cash deal at $24,400. I know prices were going up a demand was driving them up, the same trailer sells here in Los Angeles County at $40k before tax and license. With all that and the fee from dealership for walk through item(i.e.batteries and fill up propane tanks) the trailer comes out to around $50k.My sales person, Allen, super cool and understanding. Very good communication and answers all questions like a human computer. I will be picking up the trailer in about a week in a half, driving cross country . You may be asking yourself, is it cheaper traveling there. What about wear and tear on vehicle? Fuel cost? I didnt by a Grand Cherokee diesel to not drive long distances and calculated cost for fuel will be about $900. Buying new tires and upgrading the turbo charger in Cherokee to get even more gas mileage and extra hp to tow with, $1100 installed. Still havent hit $40k.Anyhow highly recommend Country Camping no matter where in the States you are(except Hawaii and Alaska) for purchasing a travel trail or RV.Update once I get my trailer.

I Merely poured Concrete there today, but I certainly took along look around while I was there. For your information they carry every camper that I can think of, everything from the huge RV to the pop.up and everything in between. Very impressed with their on hand stock and selection. Id say with almost one hundred percent clarity, if you have any camping or traveling needs or maybe you already own one and need services or repairs, theyve got you covered. I think definitely its worth a visit. Huge place, as big as a fair ground .

Needed a couple of items for my new camper.Was able to get what I needed from the parts department and was quickly on my way.I would stop in again.

Went to look at their Mobile Suites. Just returned from the RV show in Tampa. Decided this is the camper for me. But this is not the dealer for me. Im not spending $100k with zero contact. If youre going to use a bug as a reason not to be open for business, I guess we have an idea why you have two brand new units that are already 2 years old. Cant imagine what it would be like to need to get in for service after you sold me something. Knoxville has almost 4 times the number of DRVs and no new units that are already two years old.

Do not waste your money we purchased a brand née 2020 heartland prowler and this past 8 months it’s been I. Repair for the same 20 items over and over and over again now we are at the beach sitting here with a broken a/c this is complete junk and these guys at country camping corner could care less since they have their money now !

We had a flex armor roof installed here, in addition we opted to replace our HDTV antenna, new skylight and an exterior emergency exit window (busted in route to drop off our RV). They replaced all the plastic roof fixtures including the down spouts. We also received two new automatic fantastic fans with remote control.We are very pleased with the workmanship and communication we received from Country Camping Corner and staff. Would highly recommend. BJ was gracious enough to let us use a full hook up RV site on the lot to overnight in. They had the RV hooked up and waiting for us.Thanks Guys!

Stopped in a few weeks ago to look at campers, came prepared to purchase, we were ignored by sales staff even after walking in. We left and said never again, went to tom johnson and purchased a 2021 camper. Their gain and their loss. Rude salesman get nowhere with me.

Stopped to use the dump station and top off the LP tanks. Got some good info from the parts guy, and bought a few components so I could do maintenance on the camper at home. They had everything I needed.

Great selection of RVs. My wife and I went there today with intent to buy but after looking at almost every unit on their lot more than 30 minutes not one sales associate came out to talk to us or even greet us. That automatically doesnt give me a good feeling about an organization if their like before you buy I cant imagine what the service would be like after purchase.

I am satisfied with the camper I bought awesome price. Wanted to negotiate a little more, but there was no room for it. However, still cost me less than anywhere else so I was happy.

My wife and I bought our first camper from here recently. Damien was our salesman. Everything went smooth and he was very knowledgeable and very helpful in the selection process of our camper. Not pushy at all. John did our demo for us. John is a great guy and did an awesome job explaining everything the camper had on it and how to operate all the features etc.. Casey and John both ended up moving up our propane tank holder so they could attach my sway bars where they needed to be on the tongue of the trailer. Casey was also very helpful. After hearing about the owner and how good of a person they are and hearing about the staff and getting to know a few of them I will definitely be keeping my camper business with them. Thank y’all.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Total rip off. Tried to charge me 1000.00 dollars for a job that I got done with better product for 475.00. If you are planning on shopping here I would definitely recommend you at the least check prices elsewhere.

Came in with pre-approval of $25,000 was totally disregarded by sales. Would not even walk with me or provide me with prices. Sales rep says oh go out that side door to alab of concrete to my surprise no prices listed on any unit. So Im supposed to walk back in remembering which units i would like a price on? I had brought a camper to have some work done ended up buying another one due to the one did need lots of expensive work . So me & husband decided to buy a newer camper . The salesman wasn’t pushy at all I really enjoyed that . We took it out on our first trip for a weekend and had some issues the fridge didn’t work, a couple other issues, so I called soon we got back they got me in quick and they fixed it all and no charge .(I did buy it with no warranty cash out the door ) So highly recommend this place they are all great and not pushy the service department is super friendly also . My momma looking to buy another one also so we will be coming back to purchase from them .

I am very pleased with Country Camping Corner. I had the roof of my Rv sprayed with Flex Armor and couldn’t be more satisfied. Also payed for the multi point inspection they offer and they took care of the small things that I overlooked. They found a bad propane regulator that could have been a serious safety issue! Among other items they replaced or either repaired at no extra charge. Do the inspection and you will get your moneys worth. Also being family owned you get hospitality unheard of these days. Do yourself a favor and deal with these nice folks on your next camper purchase or repair. I wish I would have gone there first!

Cant say enough good things about these people. Warm and friendly as well as knowledgeable and fair priced. We took our motorhome for installation of a new water heater and pump. Tommy of the service/maintenance department is TOP NOTCH. Not only does he REALLY know what hes doing, he also really cares about the quality of his work. He gave us great tips, too, to make sure we knew about our new water heater and how to care for it. We wish we had him on hand for every maintenance need! They dont come any better than him!

Our family drove 4 hours one way to purchase our new FR Rockwood Roo camper from CCC in December 2019. Our salesperson, Damien, was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and absolutely no pressure. John did our walk through and we were thorough impressed by his knowledge, politeness and professionalism. He took his time in the process and quickly addressed minor concerns we had. The bunk end latches on our unit had faded from the sun so the service manager, BJ, quickly offered to order replacement ones from the manufacturer. During our first camping trip over a cold and rainy January weekend, the furnace quit working and we noticed a small leak in the closet slide-out. We talked with BJ and arranged to bring the camper in to fix these issues plus a couple of other minor items. We only had 2 weeks to have the fixes complete and ready to pick back up as we had another camping trip already scheduled. BJ, Cass, Alex and our tech understood our urgency and they did a fantastic job working to diagnose and address all our issues inside the two weeks. Our family had a wonderful Spring Break camping trip, thanks to Country Camping Corner. We have been more than pleased with the friendly and professional service and support from CCC that make the 8 hour round trip drive worth it. They have won us over and we will be lifelong customers!

I wont be back. Besides their prices being higher than anywhere else they quit washing campers. They did an excellent job with washing campers. Now I have to drive more than an hour to have my camper washed . They lost my business, have no reason to go there now. When I purchase a new camper it will not be from there.

The staff is wonderfully helpful and kind. Theyll continue to help answer questions after youve had the camper for quite some time. We will only buy our campers from Country Camping Corner.

Great campers

First I went to the other place in Kings Mountain. Was not impressed at all. Came to CCC and got a great deal on a camper. However, ran into some issues with the camper after the purchase and have not had a good experience since. Lack of communication led to them installing things I DID NOT approve of, and now Im expected to live with it.UPDATE: had the camper 2 months, had it in the shop 3 times already. Ill be dropping it off again tomorrow, the dinette table was rusted out. Starting to think they sold me a lemon.

I just picked up my Camper today after some required service. I am very pleased with Country Camping Corner. It was my first time using them, but it want be my last if I need anything else. I have been very disappointed with other RV Dealerships until now. They were prompt ( it was ready ahead of time), and I am pleased with the service performed. A+ in my opinion.

Great play Thursday were closer so I buy stuff from them and still be going across the street or internet.

Ive always had great service there. Over the last 20 years Ive bought 2 campers there and had all my service done by them. And they gave me good value for my trade-in when I bought a new camper. Im trading in one now for a new one.

We bought a 5th Wheel in March 2018. The buying experience was great (Thanks, Tim!) and weve been using it a lot since then. Weve even had a few things that needed to be fixed, and the service has been second-to-none (Thanks, BJ!). I highly recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a camper.

Bought a 30 ft camper from V, she is awesome. V went above and beyond my expectations. She worked with me w financing, if it werent for her i wouldnt have been able to buy a r.v of this caliber. She hooked me up with everything i needed to start life on 4 wheels. Caroline in the parts department was willing to spend as much time as i needed to edjucate me on accessories. B.j in service was knowledgeable and on point and john in service was the same way. I could tell they love what they do. Took camper in to have all trim recalked and longer screws and reseal the side that came loose from side of camper.. Took on 6/17/16 and today 7/22/16 still not fixed and we have made 6 trips here with them saying it was fixed. Again today we drove off the lot and the side is still pulling off when driving down highway☹️ Why cant people do what they say they are going to do... Very frustrating when it its an 1 1/2 drive there. Three hour round trip! I will search for a more trustworthy place for repairs if we ever get it back!

I have been there 3 TIMES now and have not once been able to find an employee to help me! I saw several walking around or sitting, but none offered assistance and/or ignored me. They have a large selection of campers, but I have no clue about price or service, as I couldnt get anyone to help.

Had the spray on roof installed on my camper. I also upgraded my antenna to a low profile one.Called and told BJ I would like to have my old one because a friend of mine broke his. BJ said no problem he would put it in the camper. Got there to pick it up and no antenna. I asked BJ where it was, he said he would go get it. Waited for about twenty minutes and BJ came back with no antenna. He told me he would mail it to me. It has been at least 4 months, no antenna. I have also called several times and BJ would say let me look into it and I will call you back. Now BJ wont answer my calls or return my messages. I guess a mans word is no good anymore. At least not BJ.

Called to ask a few questions about getting some things done to my camper that I bought there in cash and the person (female) in the service dept seemed distracted and didnt want to help me. After getting my questions answered finally, I thanked her and instead of saying your welcome or anything she proceeded to just slam the phone down! Customer service is lacking at this place! I even called the Mgr Ms. Keller and she was rude as well not allowing me to talk for being interrupted and seemed to not want to take the time to listen. Busy or not if a customer needs help that SHOULD be priority but its not at this place!!

This place is terrible. Absolutely the worst place to take a camper for repairs even though this is where we BOUGHT the camper! We dropped our camper off in February, the weekend of Valentines Day and it is now mid May and still nothing! The service department took a month to even get back to us on what kind of damage the camper sustained! And they only got back to us because I had to call EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR TWO WEEKS to make it clear that we needed our camper! BJ who is the head of the service department did not call me ONCE in the FOUR MONTHS that it has been gone! I have had to call and pester him to get ANY information! And the damage done to the camper is rotting floors because the LAST TIME we dropped it off they failed to do a final check and notice that shower drain was NEVER CONNECTED!! This is pure negligence and they are trying to absolve any blame on their part saying that its because they had to ship the camper back to the factory in INDIANA! Why is there not a single place closer to fix it?! Why has it taken FOUR MONTHS and its not even fixed yet when BJ said it would take only TWO MAX!?! And why on earth did the factory not receive the camper until MARCH 26th when he said it only takes A WEEK FOR IT TO GET TO THE FACTORY?!? We are planning on pursuing legal action. Avoid at all costs!

We went here looking for accessories for our first RV, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful! Well worth going out of our way to visit (were in eastern Gaston County).

Good place to look for a used camper

Very awful place. Talked to a salesman on phone about a used camper. Went by there and he wasnt very knowledgeable about anything. Used campers were absolutely disgusting and we waited for ever for help. After looking the deal we talked about wasnt a reality and would not go back or recommend anyone else to go.

No pressure sales and personable employees. Very knowledgeable staff.

Terrible parts dept....put u on hold forever!..dont have most common parts!Put a person running the dept. That has no idea what u are even asking for...never go there!..buy online instead...this place has the same mindset as the previous owners that went outta business...cant imagine why??

Wsst of time. Looked online found a pop up I liked called and then drove 45 mins there to look at it. There was a few things that needed to be fix and was told to come back in a week to get it. Week later went back and it was ready to do walk through. And Not a single thing was fixed that salesman said would be fixed. I told salesman to just drop price a little and he said no and and they wasnt going to fix the few little things that where wrong and got mad couse I walked out and left.

Frank and Evelin loved the way they handle our buying of of our new rv. The salesman was very informative and a plesant person to work with. He showed us the best way to use the rv and hookup. Then they called us to make sure that everything was doing fine. Thank you very much for everything

I normally do not give reviews but Country Camping Corner deserves this review. I bought two campers from them over the last several years and have had nothing but the best customer service. My salesman Damien was not pushy, took the time to answer all my questions (and still does), and never seemed to be bothered by them. The first camper took several months for me to decide on purchasing as it was a small unique teardrop. I went up to Country Camping Corner several weekends to look over the camper and ask question after question. It was not a high dollar fifth wheel but Damien took the time to make sure I had all my questions answered every time I came up to the store. When Damien was not around Tim also helped me and to this day always says hello to me when I am in the store. I recently got married and my new wife came with two kids, not enough room in the teardrop for four people. My first choice was to go see Damien and see what we could get. He went through all the lines of campers that were in my price range and that my truck would be able to pull. We settled on a Wildwood Xlite with the bunk house. It has been a perfect camper for us. Damien has always been honest and upfront with both purchases. The service department led by BJ has also been terrific. Any time I had an issue he assured me he would take care of it and he has not failed me in the last 6 years. My camper is always ready when promised and any questions that I have are answered. The parts department led by Cas is good as well. He always answers all questions and takes the time to explain if you dont understand. I highly recommend Country Camping Corner as I have referred many family and friends who have purchased RVs from them and had similar experiences.
