For the past year our home has been completely uprooted as we refinished the entire exterior as well as expanded our kitchen and master bed/bathroom while living there with a family of four! Every step of the way has been a challenge from obtaining materials, contractor availability, limitations in resources, and delayed shipping from the pandemic. I have to say the smoothest and most reliable experience I had through it all was working with Becca at Kohler to purchase the products we ordered for our master bath. She was thorough, professional, patient, and pleasant with the entire process- from decision-making through install, and immediately replacing a piece that had accidentally been broken by one of our workers! I highly recommend them and would gladly go back for any future needs...

It was worth making the trip to the King of Prussia showroom to see the Kohler selections in person. We received excellent customer service from Patrick who was knowledgeable on their products as well as very patient with our many questions both in the showroom and on follow up phone communications. We ordered items for a renovation project which were delivered to our home two days later. Kohler’s delivery team were punctual and professional. Overall, a seamless experience. Wish all of our other renovation purchases went as smoothly.

Becca has been wonderful to work with! She is very professional and courteous and extremely knowledgeable and accommodating with regard to all of my concerns. We had an awesome experience with Darren on Saturday, October 3. We were visiting the Philly area and happened to call the Kohler store in the hopes of seeing their tubs. Our current master bath doesnt have a tub and we were interested in adding one. We walked-in late afternoon and still managed to meet with a consultant. The Kohler store itself is extremely well laid out and offers great examples of their pieces. Darren is extremely knowledgeable about all things Kohler and other products as well. We ended up loving the Kohler tub options and found one that was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed working with Darren so much that we decided to look into things further since a new tub effected other things in our master bath. In the end, we decided to liven things up to compliment the tub and space and are now ordering a new vanity, sinks, mirrors, lights, faucets, etc. Darren was sensitive to the space while also looking to enhance the space based on our needs and taste. As a designer Kohler is my first choice for my clients. They have beautiful streamlined designs as well as traditional to choose from at all price points. I mainly deal with Kristen but all of the designers at the KOP store are knowledgeable and friendly. They always make my clients feel confident in their choices and answer any questions we may have. During these uncertain times they have been prompt with appointments and have strict guidelines they follow to keep us and themselves safe. Kudos to the Staff at KOP Kohler Signature Store!

I had an incredibly positive experience with KOHLER at this site. My positive experience was completely driven by the knowledge and professionalism of Patrick Curry, the Sales and Design consultant there. He guided my choices based on my bathroom remodel plans, emailed me a complete quote within 24-hours, and followed up when some of the materials had to come piece-meal. He was truly outstanding.

I recently completed a major bathroom renovation and sourced all my fixtures and accessories from this store. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the material, and my plumber and contractor commented about this as well. Most notable was the service and professionalism of the Kohler store staff, especially Kristen, my sales person. She was knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Like many of these projects, there were several mid-course corrections that needed to be made, and Kristen always went out of her way to turn around the latest change quickly to avoid delays. I highly recommend their brand and the service one receives from this store.

My experience with this store was fantastic. After calling the store (as they were ready to close) I was told they had the sink I needed in their warehouse in Reading. I was informed I could pick the sink up the next morning at 7 am (my fabricators were coming later that day). When I asked Jack who I call at 7 am if there was a problem, he gave me his cell number. There was no problem and I didn’t need to call. However, as I was driving home, I received a call making sure everything went smoothly. Great customer service!

I had multiple great experiences at the Kohler Store. The associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. I worked with Kristen and she was extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. I highly recommend the product as well. Very well made and great options.

Salesperson placed order wrong with different size sink than vanity which was discovered by my installer . Delivery was delivered a week early and was going to be left on doorstep in city when I was away. Shelf ordered with other items didn’t arrive and salesperson stated they had problems at the factory and would come a month later. I asked 3 times for the manager to call me, yet no return call-always conveniently not there when I stopped in or called. I was able to go on line to order a shelf from faucets direct and had same shelf delivered in 3 days! Beautiful showroom, go there to decide what you want then run to Home Depot to order. You will get better service there than you will get in King of Prussia! I do not like to air complaints on line, but the manager not returning calls forces me to do so.

Patrick Curry was amazing in helping me resolve a minor problem with a recently purchased faucet. His customer service is what makes me come back to that business. Kohler is lucky to have him.

Could not be happier with my experience at the Kohler signature store, everyone there was polite and helpful. I initially visited to just get some ideas, but I was soon approached by Michael C. who politely introduced himself and offed his assistance. I had only planned to stop in and look around for about 15 mins or so, but I ended up spending over 2 hours with Michael discussing the different styles and finishes Kohler offers and reviewing different potential layouts for my shower.I ended up coming back the next day, and again after the weekend. Every visit I was greeted warmly by one of the associates and no point did I feel that I was unwelcome or that I was a bother. On my last visit, Michael, once again, spent over two hours with me finalizing my design, removing one aspect, adding another valve, etc. reviewing everything thoroughly before we submitted my order.Michael and the other associates were all polite and knowledgeable. I will defiantly be back, and look forward to working with Michael again for when I renovate the master bathroom, and our Cape May home.

The pretentious staff couldn’t be bothered to help me with a damaged Kohler part (for a brand new tub drain). For a corporate store, I’m disappointed.I would, however, recommend Kohler products. But they’re available elsewhere. And likely at a better price.

Once we told the salesman we were not going to be buying that day he got annoyed and walked away. Then when we were touching a shower button where there was no sign that said do not touch the same man came over and in a snotty tone said that was for employees only. We then talked to him about the shower and he was talking down to us like we were stupid. I felt extremely disrespected and uncomfortable. We were going to spend at least 10 thousand dollars at this establishment but will not now. From John

Jack arranged to have replacement shower parts shipped to me overnight in time for my plumber to install them. He was extremely accommodating and helpful!

Had the misfortune of visiting your store on Sat. 2/23 @1:00 PM When we entered the showroom, we walked around for 15 minutes. We had passed several people discussing your products, but NOT one person said hello. We then attempted to locate the items our designer had suggested. Again, several people saw us but no one said hello. We felt very uncomfortable and like we were invading their space. I finally approached a man, but he said they are busy and he suggests making an Appt. What a terrible experience and I cannot imagine going back.

The showroom is gorgeous and associates were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like my time was valued by the employees which made for an entirely pleasant experience.

The showroom was gorgeous and full of ideas. I enjoyed working with Johanna, and the Kohler toilets that we purchased are saving us a lot of water and money.

We used this showroom to renovate our master bath a few months ago. First, the showroom and selection of products is excellent. I really like Kohler products, however some of the prices are a bit much. Not sure who would pay $1000 for one single bathroom faucet but hey I suppose there are plenty of people with lots of money out there. As for the sales people, well this is where the experience really takes a major hit. Our sales person was fairly nice and very knowledgeable about the products. The other sales reps I encountered over the course of 2-3 visits before we placed an order were not very welcoming. If you are not prepared to spend a bunch of money, I doubt you will get a warm welcome – this is the vibe I got. Our total order was around $2700, which to me seemed like a pretty substantial sale, but my feeling was the sales people were not impressed. This was for faucets and shower fixtures only, plus one toilet - we used Floors USA for our tile and HD for our vanity. Responses to follow-up questions once our order was placed was adequate, but not without snags. Finally, what really ruined the overall experience was a return we had. Of the $2700 of items we purchased, we mistakenly order one extra towel rack (this is bound to happened when you are gutting a bathroom and designing from scratch). When I went to make the return (the part was about $120) I got attitude from the sale person. I had the original box, receipt and the item was 100% new and unused. She insisted I come back and deal with the lady who closed our sale, but why? After haggling, she went to get the manager who gave me the refund, but again with attitude. Having worked in retail myself for half of my career, I would certainly not ever treat a customer like this, it is just bad business.

Good luck trying to get something delivered. Horrible told me they where going to leave it in my drive way. $1500 spent there and they are just going to leave it in the drive way. Go shop somewhere else

Really nice products & show room but the sales people are totally rude and unfriendly to young couples with kids. New flash it’s young families who are building new houses and need tubs & fixtures.

Simply had a wonderful experience dealing with Kohler Signature store in King Of Prussia. The sales person Ken was very knowledgeable. He walked us through the process with ease. We had two bathrooms and one powder room renovated and all has Kohler products now. I had two minor issues one was the free standing soaker tub was damaged in transit and the one of the shower head was not functioning properly.I stopped by the show room and they were very apologetic and replaced the damaged goods immediately.I have no hesitation in recommending Kohler Products.

They should never make another sale. Arrived 2:15 Friday. In the store, but not taking appointments until Monday to catch up on paperwork. Please go out of business soon.
