The store is clean employees are very knowledgeable friendly and super great with assisting you if you need it product is start a little bit on the pricey side but worth it.

Used curbside for the first time today and omg thank you HEB it was so easy and convenient I literally was in and out in less than 5 mins didnt have to do anything but text they were so were nice and friendly I will definitely be using again !!!!

H-E-B plus is one of my favorite shopping place. Very clean and good selection for groceries.

My shopping experience was great as usual. Wait time to check out was minimal even though it was rush hour.(5:15pm) I opted to go through a cashier assist check out as the self-checkout line appeared slightly longer and I only had 6 items. I found EVERY single item I was looking for to include a red pepper garlic sauce for a Vietnamese meal Im preparing tomorrow. I was thrilled that the hunt would end at HEB!

Being new to Texas I find H E B to be a fantastic store. The variety and items in stock are great. Ill be back there again.

Its ok. You do not have much of a choice other than to shop at HEB but this location could desperately use better management. Every time I come here its like there are plenty of employees running around but then you go to check out and all the cash registers are unmanned leaving a huge line on 2 lanes.It does nothing for the customer to have enough employees if you do not have them preform the most basic function that is in the highest demand.

Some huge Spanish lady and her employee minions were starring me down the whole time I was loading my things to pay for them in the line. I guess its because Im black they felt they had to watch me till the last minute of payment. I mean I get it, you guys have a lot of thieves that comes in the store. NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE STEAL! I wish I would have gotten her name. The next time im in there I sure will. Ridiculous. Other than that I was able to do get all my items I needed 😊

I just love HEB. I love the sushi options, the produce is leaps and bounds better than Walmarts selection. The meats are less expensive as well and they have an actual butcher on site. Gives you that neighborhood feel.

They need to build another one for cove. Maybe on the other end of town. A lot of people from Killeen and fort hood come to this one.

I love HEB. What a great store. The people are friendly, helpful and had even helped my family in need. Im so thankful for a wonderful store that care about their customers and friends we have made along the way.

Leads and management except for the older lady is very friendly. Shelves are well stocked. The older female security acts like she is the local police department and rude. Will question people if waiting in vehicle while a family member shops as if your doing something wrong. There REALLY needs to be guidelines of the motorized handicapped shopping carts. So many young and abled people using the carts out of laziness while an obvious person needing to use the carts is unable to! That includes the lazy obese people that NEED to walk and let the disabled old lady or veteran that can barely walk use the motorized carts.

I just cant justify using this location with all the other grocery options in the area. Their stock isnt any different, its always very crowded, and the layout has a flow that causes lots of clogged foot traffic (that bottleneck to and from the meat section is brutal). It can also be a hassle to get in and out of the parking lot, which is currently full of pot holes. I think it stays busy just because its the most popular location, locally, but I would just as soon drive a little further for a more comfortable experience.

This is my favorite grocery store. Great selection, great prices, friendly employees. I definitely suggest downloading their app and taking advantage of all the coupons they offer. You can also use the app to make your shopping list and it tells you exactly in which aisle you find each item.

They are always stocked, good fresh food, clean and friendly environment.

I asked for the cake to be ready at 10am only to arrive at 320pm and the cake to be missing 7th in the happy birthday message then they say they’ll fix it and I knew it would come back messy which it did and instead of correcting their mistake I was met with a bunch of attitude from managers . Very angry and disappointed with this store’s professionalism I will never shop there again thanks for ruining my sons birthday 😡😡😡

It was one of those days...I started the day running late and so my day went.I needed to get change for my job and as expected, the bank at HEB was closed. I asked one of the front-end managers if there was a customer service desk which she politely answered, No., then she proceeded to ask what was I needing. I explained the need for change for my job, the hour of the day, and the bank is closed.All I will say is that front- end manager made my afternoon and evening and, I do believe got me back on schedule.Whew!!!

This H‑E‑B is pretty busy and a great location. Very well stocked with a great variety of produce and groceries in general. Just one suggestion, remember we still during the pandemic times, it was too packed and people wasn’t respecting the social distancing, maybe a little more of control on the amount of people in the store. :)

Just wondering when Im going to start receiving paychecks or atleast discounts on the groceries considering everytime I come there I am bagging my own groceries while managers just stand around ?

Crowded, good selection of meats and produce. The better cuts of steak are marked up and labeled HEB Prime. Example of a ribeye priced normal is not well cut, but the Prime is cut correctly and consequently marked up. Deli is good, needs better selection of cheese.

Parking lot super crowded. Unable to find a parking spot closer to the store due to the fact that my husband is unable to walk long distance. After driving in circles few times we decided to leave to another store.

Im very displeased with your cashier we asked her twiced to keep certain items separate instead she flew through and disregard what we needed her to do plus not looking at the tag of the pillow that was on sale for 2.45 and charged the full 4.98 she was more concerned about how fast she could go rather then respect the costumer. There was no need to ack in this manor. The bagger tried his best to do as we asked but she was throwing stuff and mixing everything I felt sorry for him. Today was NOT a good day!

These people wanted to sweat me at the self checkout over a 1.50 loaf of bread they acted like I didnt scan, I just kept pointing at screen saying, ok please tell what this item here is that says bakeshop 100% WW if i was a betting man Id say that stands for whole wheatThen again at the doggone door with the receipt and looking all through my groceries while dozens of people streamed by. Absolutely embarrassingIm like its $2. Ill give you another $2 yall must need it more than me. Who spends $100 but tries to steal a loaf of bread anyway??

Its ok as a grocery store. Not very well organized. And fresh products dont last as long compared to other stores. Its in a smaller market so maybe they dont feel like they have to try very hard.

Was at the HEB on Trimmier this morning. Went to the dellie toget some cheeses and was told by the Employee behind the counter that I would have to wait till 8an because that is when they opened. If they are going to be working behind the counter then put a sign up giving the hours.

I went inside Heb with my service dog & a Heb representative named Josh told me I had to leave the premises cuz they have a no pet policy. I told Josh its a service animal & he said it didnt matter & that the corporate bosses told him to come let me know. I pulled out my cell phone to document the encounter but Josh walked away to remove his name tag. They called the police & they come & ask me what kind of service animal is it & what specifically has it been trained for. Which I explained to the officers Im not required to show or prove it. Heb has no signs posted for no pets or service animals allowed. To shorten this up I will never spend any money with a facility dont or wont support service animals. Heb on trimmer is trash

Surprisingly good store for an older location. Displays are well kept and aisles are wide enough to be comfortable. Selections are good in each department. Customer service is obviously important here as help is readily available and checkout is swift and courteous. It would be nice to see this popular store get a renovation and refresh.
