I don’t know who the manager of the store is but I am so grateful to him. I live in Houston and I have an aunt that lives in Harker Heights that is really sick with Covid, from where I live it’s like about a 4 Hour Drive or a little longer. So I decided I would give it a try I called the store and I asked to speak to the manager and because they are not able to take payment over the phone I plead with him that I was willing to send him the money but only if he could take some things that my aunt needs. About two hours later my aunt sent me a text and said that a man went to go drop off some things. So I am grateful to the manager that did this huge thing for us. And I forgot to mention that this manager hasn’t even called me so I can pay him directly. My family and I are so grateful he is an angel.

Always love it here. Especially my go to when I dont wanna cut up and marinate meat. They have several things you cant find at your regular stores... but I primarily buy meats here.

Went there today to shop for meat and vegetables. Lime was on sale . 10 for $1.89. I picked 20 limes . There was one cashier with a long queue. The cashier (female) was excessively rude. She tear my lime plastic to count and didnt put it in a new bag . I had to ask her nicely to replace the plastic bag since she is the one that tear it . She gave me a cold look and throw them in a big shopping bag. I didnt not appreciate her manners and tone. Thats rude and unprofessional. If you dont want to do your job, dont show up .

This meat market is a Hispanic style grocery store, with the meat market in the rear of the store, and Mexican food restaurant inside the store. The food taste like Grandma is in there, cooking with love and compassion for her loved ones.

Im so happy to have this place in our city. Their taqueria is delicious and they carry majority of stuff I need for my cooking needs. The produce is always fresh. The older gentleman that works in this area is very friendly and takes so much pride in taking care of the fruits and vegetables. They carry delicious Mexican dessert, pan dulces, and fresh bollios. Also, fresh meats, cheeses, and molé. In addition, to kitchenware and classic Mexican pottery. Best of all freshly made tortillas!

If youre looking for homemade food, this is the place. Well served plates starting at $8.99 and they have a variety of meats. Plates are served with rice and beans and they also give you either flour or corn tortillas. I had so much left over to bring home for later.

The cashier Cristal, didn’t speak English while I am asking her about the price of water which is overpriced, 24 bottles of water for almost 5 dollars? Lesson learned, not coming here again and I am not recommending this place. In my idea, management need to do personal training w/ their employees.

Most items are more expensive than other local grocery stores. The restaurant/deli serves great authentic mexican dishes that are VERY GOOD!!

Delicias is a good Mexican food mart with a large butchery and even a little restaurant area that has home style dishes. They also sell sugar, flour, milk, coffee, dish soap, the usual stuff you buy at a grocery.The produce is usually very fresh and has Mexican specialty food like nopal and fresca cheese. They also have Mexican baked goods, homemade tortillas and sometimes fresh tamales. Prices are reasonable for a neighborhood grocery.The employees are generally genuine, nice and helpful.English is a second language for many so it can be difficult for the Spanish challenged. A little respect goes a long way. An odd little fact, theres no butter, only margarine.

This place is really bad, old products, not a clean place, when people get bread they touch it and put it back,The customer service is terrible, they think that the customer has an obligation with them, they treat people really bad,they think that they are doing a customer a favor or that they are in Mexico.Authorities need to inspect this place, they color the meat with a red colorant to make believe its fresh.Please report this fraudulent people.

This place is the best of your looking for good meat or a good taco and the produce they sell is always fresh.

Just shopped there to grab some meat real quick. The guy at the meat market was nice, and fast, but the girl at the register was attending a customer when I got in line..a military guy and she didnt even tell him thank you, or bye have a good day..she just grabbed his food bags and gave it to him. So when she started scanning my stuff she never said hello either, the only thing she said was my total $ the whole time. Then I quickly analyzed her, see at first I thought she was listening to music, but she was actually tlkng on the phone through her white headphones. I noticed because she turned around and talked she has the cord through her shirt. That is so rude of her not to acknowledge her customers, with is she even working there. I read the receipt, and it said her name was Marlene. I am a GM for the company I work at, and I hate to see bad customer service. Her phone call didnt seem important either. They need to hire people who are actually friendly and welcoming.

I love the fresh pan (fresh bread) Ive been to all Mexican stores and this one has the best its soft n delicious super fresh no other like it beside Mexico. The store is clean they have good deals on meat. And they have where u can add money to Mexican cell phones which comes in handy.

This place has a large variety of different Hispanic foods. They also have a great selection of meats if you’re planning to have a carne asada. The marinated fajita and short ribs are great for grilling. Overall, such a good place !

Best tacos and taco meat in Killeen. However, pay attention at the butchers counter because sometimes they will try to give you poor cuts of meat from the bottom. This happened to us multiple times with the pork belly.

Its a nice little Hispanic store. Every Wednesday they have a sale on chicken, 25% off on some as well as other meats.

This is the worse please to do business with. You cant trust them. I place an order for an activity we had 1 month in advance when when I went to pick it up they did not ordered. When I talked with the manager all they can say was sorry. They do t give a dam about the customers. What Im going to to do now when people start coming to our activity and we dont have food. I will never will do business with them again

This place used to be great when it was La Michoacana but now, aside from their carnitas and pre cooked meat selection on the back being flavorless they have the most immature group of cashiers in my 5 years going there. One customer dropped a few quarters and didnt notice so the boy(cant even call him a guy) runs over to pick up the coins puts them in his pocket and tell our cashier in Spanish haha free money so what then they blabber back and forth about each others gossip while many customers are standing there waiting to be checked out. I dont know if they thought myself or other customers didnt speak Spanish or they just didnt care but either way I wish they had self checkout to avoid the inconvenience of their cashiers. Dont get it twisted either, there are some good people and good products but there is no consistency. This store needs a major overhaul starting with how to act in front of customers maybe?

Terrible customer service. Their meat wasnt that good. Took it home to my dogs and gave it to them. Also, I was overcharged and paid 20 for 3 tacos and was told I couldnt get any sides. I dont think this place is white people friendly.
