From the moment I walked into this store, I felt comfortable picking out a mattress and was provided with great information. I was given time to make my decision and the sales person was excellent. She answered all my questions and was so easy to work with. Wonderful!

This is my 2nd review due to a problem we had with my bed during delivery. Gilbert was the sale manager, John the district store manager. Both of these guys were compassionate, and simply amazing when it came to expeditiously resolving the problem.I wont go into all the lengthy details, but I will say this. My granddaughter purchased a temperpedic (dont judge me for spelling that wrong...lol, you get it) and also the adjustable bed frame. She raved about Mattress Firm being a legitimate and quality place to get a good mattress. I am so glad I heeded her advice. I will be receiving my mattress this Wednesday pending no unforeseen concerns, and cant wait to enjoy the long term comfort this bed will bring. And despite that minor set back, I had no reservations about giving them 5-stars for their customer service and professionalism.😊

I was very impressed. It has been quite a while since I have gone shipping for a bed. My sales lady was very knowledgeable, thorough and wanted to make sure I understood the differences in mattresses and what they could do specifically to help any back problems I have. She definitely knows her product and explained clearly. I definitely would recomnend.

Bought a mattress, in stock at another store. Was able to try the pillow top type mattress and make selection, pay for the mattress and select pickup point. The sales associate was extremely helpful and attentive. On arrival at the mattress firm location with the mattress in stock, both sales associates had printed out the paperwork necessary to get me on my way, and were also very helpful. Mattress was loaded into the pickup by an associate, and I was free to go home and enjoy my new mattress. Great service, and extremely happy with the purchase.

I thought it wad an awesome experience. Employee was very knowledgeable on each mattress and its functionalities and final purchase procedures were quick and easy but thorough.

My husband and I went in today to see what kinds of mattresses and deals they were having at Mattress Firm. John helped us out tremendously! As soon as we walked in, he came over to help us, walked us through a few different mattresses and price points. When it came time to decide, he could tell we were still unsure, and with no pressure talked us through the price points again, and got us some great discounts in the end! Also made sure we would get the mattress within a few days since we need it before next weekend! Overall great experience!

EXCELLENT service! When I entered the store I was greeted by the salesman immediately. When I informed him of what I was looking for he took me directly to an item that exactly met my specifications. There was of course the usual exchange of pleasantries and the obligatory sales recommendations and suggestions. When the salesman investigated and discovered that his store had only the display item left he immediately located another location that had inventory of the item, called them and obtained visual verification and processed my sale. After the sale I traveled to the other location and the friendly, professional sales staff there retrieved my item and even loaded it on my truck.A very positive experience with MattressFirm.

We bought a new mattress at the beginning of June, and decided to exchange it as it was hurting my back. Jonathan told us that it was probably the adjustable, not the mattress. So he helped us pick out a base with lumbar support and other goodies. We couldnt afford the asking price, but he was able to get us some really good deals and were expecting the base on monday! He was so helpful the first time we went in and just as helpful this time. He didnt pressure us into buying anything either time, listened to what we needed and explained everything to us before we even signed any paperwork. Their products are a little on the pricey side, but well worth the money!

So I ordered a mattress on September 12, 2017. I cancelled my order, the very next day. I have still not received my refund. I would give zero stars if it was possible. Because trying to get an answer as to why my refund hasn’t been mailed yet, has been a nightmare. The people in the store told me I would have to call corporate, and corporate has given me the biggest run around. On top of people from corporate telling me to talk to the people at the store. I mean I paid cash, so I was expecting to get my money the next day from the store. But apparently they don’t keep cash. Like what sense does that even make? This has been the worst experience ever with customer service. I can’t even imagine if I would have gotten a mattress with them, and had any trouble with it. I’ve called every day for the past two weeks. I’m highly disgusted and still haven’t recieved an answer as to why I haven’t gotten my refund. If you need a mattress and want real genuine help, go see Mr. Lewis at Mattress One!

If you would like to spend way more money than necessary and have very limited options then this place is for you. Went in just to look and the place is tiny and filled with over priced mattresses. No thanks.

Good selection of mattress but the prices are a bit higher compared to other mattress places. Then again you also get what you pay for nowadays so its a but of a catch 22 with this place.

Terrible service. Spent over $4200 and they didnt bother to tell me when my stuff was gonna be delivered. I got a phone call on a Thursday from the delivery guys saying we are a few hrs ahead of schedule can we come now? Warehouse never even called us with a delivery.... never got an email either. Then we wound up not liking the bed and wanted to return it all and they threw a fit and refuse to take back the adjustable base. We havent even had it a week. The adjustable base was missing pieces upon delivery and no one can even freakin tell us how we can get the missing pieces. One guy said he would give us one off the floor model and the lady said no it wouldnt fit ours. Dont do business here. Very unprofessional.
