Was looking for a particular vehicle one evening and Automax just so happened to have a used model that I wanted. Service department is trash, Is the third time I drop off my truck for service and they didn’t rotate the tires. Last service they left bolts for my cab loosened. I decide to increase psi in my rear tires only to proof they didn’t the service that offer offer under oil change service. They said they completed all points Inspeccion I don’t think. I will not recommend this service department at all..

Very disappointing experience. Have called and left messages, emailed and text, tried to speak with mangers but no one is willing to help. No response and you get pawed off on someone different each time. Purchased a vehicle and they promised they did the 110 point inspection but it was poorly done. Issue after issue and no one is willing to help. Bought vehicle in June and have barely had it for 2 weeks. No one wants to take responsibility and fix the issues, apologize or explain anything. No return calls or no oke can explain why you have kept a car and never given updates. I can’t believe you would treat customers this way and run a successful business. Such a shame you can treat customers this way and you made some many promises. Hope others have had better experiences, won’t be retuning or recommending.

Being a repeat customer to Automax both new and used lots, I expected better service. I purchased a vehicle from the used lot on December 26, 2020. On our first warmer day I tried to use the A/C, it wasnt cooling. It was brought to their attention and I was told well it is a used car. I havent even had the car 60 days at this point. They did tell us to take it to service and they would run a diagnostic on it. They kept my car for two days to tell me the refrigerant is completely empty and its too expensive to refill it to even do the diagnostic. If this vehicle had really gone through their 110 point inspection this would have been discovered. Now the vehicle doesnt just need refrigerant it now needs a whole new A/C compressor. For a dealership to be so what can we do to earn your business doesnt care about keeping that business. I will not buy from here again after buying multiple vehicles over the years. I understand one person doesnt hurt their business but I will be sure not to recommend their dealership again. All I asked was for them to make it right, having just bought the vehicle.

Unpleasant experience with this establishment. Did not value my time. Level of communication was horrible. Whenever you spend $50,000 plus on a vehicle, one would expect to get 2 keys and 2 keys fobs, not just a single key! Only positive take away from this experience was the finance department. Will did a great job explaining my options to me and valued my time while doing so. Other than that, not at all the level of service I expected based on all the positive reviews.

They sold us a truck that had been in an accident previously. They did not disclose this to us. Also, when we took the truck to get repairs, their warranty did not cover a $100 piece. They quoted my husband $800 to fix it. My husband ended up fixing it in 5 minutes. He only had to unscrew one thing.
