If you want you car back with missing pieces and paint everywhere then this is the place for you! This place was supposed to work on my bumper and side panel but decided to take apart my hatch lose a piece and then deny the action as well as get paint all over the inside of my car! They also leave you nice presents like razor blades, trash and the hardware to the missing pieces! Then when you bring it up they snatch it up say it’s trash and throw it away

Simply put, I want a refund. I dropped my vehicle off on June 21, 2021, and to be fair, I said to them, I’m in no hurry, take your time and give me a great product, I usually drive my convertible in the summer anyway, today is September 12, 2021. I didn’t get a cheap paint job, I purchased the top package for my car, I even paid for wet sanding and buffing after the full paint job. I have paid a total of 3496.00 when they called me to say it was complete. After further inspection I could see runs, scratches still present, and burn marks from the buffer. I also brought a new rear bumper to get painted and installed, upon inspection I noticed the bumper was not pushed all the way in. I was in disbelief at the discrepancies that were over looked. At this point, I’m thinking about placing a stop payment with my bank on the money I have already paid, until I am completely satisfied. If they had a QA/QC department the issues I’m seeing would not be seen by the customers. Instead of making excuses as to why the things I am noticing are there in the first place.

I would never use a business with deceptive practices. Online they have a coupon with an estimate, but when you get in there its thousands of dollars more than what your were quoted. Im ok with paying more, just not thousands more. And the guy at the front desks basically said that they use trickery to get people in the door. Wont get my money

A softball sized dent repair that was supposed to take 4 days took 2.5 weeks. I understand being busy but there was no communication of any progress or explanation of hiccups. I would suggest removing any exterior aftermarket products before you turn your vehicle over to them. My tailgate and reverse camera were damaged in the repair process but they repaired it which I believe added to the wait time. They ordered a new camera but I think I’ll just take the camera and install it myself rather than give them back my vehicle.Overall, the quality of the repair was top notch though, which is a relief considering the inflated wait time. I wouldn’t have been so annoyed if they communicated more which I would have given them at least 4 stars.

DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE. Dropped my car off on 3/15 for minor scratches and dents. Was quoted a little over $1900. Released the vehicle to the paint shop after being promised a nine day timeframe and communication/status updates, and made payment in full on 3/17. A week goes by, no status updates. I waited a full two weeks to start calling for my own status updates on Monday, 3/29. “Still being worked on, we have a new paint guy and it should be ready tomorrow” Called Tuesday and Wednesday and received the same excuses. Finally called Thursday and asked to speak to a manager. Terrance, the manager, promised I could come Friday 4/2 at 9 am to get the vehicle. I am here now a little after 10 AM. A man named Ruben is pretending to be the franchise owner, although I found the real one on LinkedIn. He conveniently took over the franchise two weeks ago he said. I told him I want all my money back and we will take the car as is. He refused to release the vehicle to me and asked me to wait more, as if I wasn’t promised this vehicle being completed for the millionth time. I had to raise my voice and threaten to leave reviews just to get the car back in the shop and finished, after he refused to refund me or release my vehicle back to me. LONG STORY SHORT, this was a nightmare experience with zero communication and a thousand broken promises. Do not bring your vehicle here.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I will never use or recommend them again. Completely unprofessional. They never called us back for updates and I constantly was given the run around and lied to. They had our car for almost 6 WEEKS. The excuse was they were missing a trim piece on the bumper that was not needed in order to pick up my car. They lied and said they couldnt locate one but WE ended up ordering it ourselves, it was found very easy online. I had to make 2 trips to the actual shop and the Mon of the 5th wk I demanded to see my car it hadnt been touched. When I demanded my car back by that Fri they rushed the night before and painted the car.The paint has dirt all under it and they painted over damage we paid extra to fix along with the hood that needed to be replaced was dented and the bumper was completely crooked so that the headlights were sunk in and sticking out on one side. Now we are finding out they used a random color that will be hard to match in the future. EXTREMELY upset and will never go back. We are looking into contacting whoever is in charge of the Killeen location. Absolutely ridiculous and HORRIBLE work and customer service.

I was rear ended and took my vehicle to them to fix. They didn’t even look at my car. Just put on a “new” bumper! They didn’t even do the work that they were paid to do! I still could not open and get to my spare tire when Car was returned to me. It was on the estimate and paid for for them to replace my emblem on my car and they didn’t even order it! Just took the money for it and told me that my emblem was messed up from wear and tear! But you guys were paid for a new emblem!! I now have more problem in the back of my vehicle then I did before I let them touch it! Not to mention they had my vehicle for two weeks! My light cover is still cracked and water is getting in there. And they didn’t send on second quote to insure that it got fixed. Also something in the back is leaking over my muffler!! And Terence just says “I can only fix what the insurance company tells me to fix”! But you guys are the mechanics. You’re supposed to let the insurance company know what’s wrong! This place is horrible and they screw over females! I would not recommend taking your car to this location at all!! My rating for this location on twin creek is a 0!!!

For the sake of anyone who may be looking into bringing your car here unless you want to be without your car for 3 months, lose hundreds of dollars in rental cars, be lied to repeatedly then get your car back with scratches in newly replaced parts Id look into bringing your car elsewhere. They also charged us $50 more than what we were promised they brought it down to. I am waiting on corporate to get back with me and will be taking legal action. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

I brought in my excursion for a total paint color change. They said it would take a week but it took longer. I was ok with that because that meant they took the time to do it right. I had a few issues with it afterwards but when brought to their attention they quickly fixed my concerns. I would definitely recommend them for anyone that wanted their car painted. They were very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them in the future.

I wouldnt never take my car r have any of my friends take their car to Maaco to have any body work r a paint job done . i took my car to maaco to get repaired n painted . the paint job they did dont match plus i have spot on my care where i got air pockets n i even have spot where the paint ran plus they was rude so Ive made complaints n i was told there was nothing they can do but they say they stand behind their work i even told them to send someone out from the corporate office to look at so yes if i dont get some help with this problem im having im contacting the BBB n report how Ive been treated . one star it not good a good rating anywhere machines break down n they lie n say the have to order a part for ur car n the people high sticks by them

The two star is only for the initial customer service and the updates during the first week of the 3 weeks they had my truck. If the big bosses are reading this, I would love to hear from you or even better, show you the work that one of your businesses have done for hardworking paying customers like myself. I am sure that you would agree that the work done on my truck was not done by professionals or people who care about their work and the satisfaction of their customers. I am very unhappy and totally dissatisfied customer who feels like he has been messed over by a business that at one time I entrusted to take care of my vehicles based on past experience with them but at a different location. I could have chosen any other paint and body shop, on which is three minutes from my house, this business needs new management and better quality employees whom take pride in their work and is exemplified with the outcome of their work and continued customer service not only from the start of the job, but also throughout to the end.

I should have never had my vehicle painted here knowing what people an what the Google review say about this place.I was told my van would be taking care of in about 2 week an they took a whole month an they did not give no notices an i have to keep calling just for them to tell different stories. I pick my van up an i was not rude this whole entire time an i take a look at the side of the van and the side quarter panel the paint was badly cracking an the original did not look like that at all an went and told them about it an they told me very rudely they had nothing to do with that and basically blamed me tell me that there was old body work done to it . The van has never had bodywork done to it an is all stock original very low mileage van .I tried to talk to them about it but they got very rude with me and loud and unprofessional THE LADY AND BOLD GUY IN THE FRONT DESK DONT TRUST THEY ARE LIERS AND WILL TELL YOU DIFFERENT STORY AND ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT BACK UP THERE WORK !!!

Kept the jeep for over a month. Poor quality paint job. All the letters and decals missing. Side strips not glued down sufficiently on the ends. Will be filing a complaint with the Killeen Better Business Bureau and possibly taking them to small claims court for a refund to the outrageous price charged for such non professional work.

The job took one week longer than it was supposed to always had to call to check they never called once to give an update ...paint job had run lines in it..painter told us about it .. said office people would talk to me about it ..they did not...Never offered to redo it. ..terrible job... it was just the top of pickup painted..

First I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday only to return 8 days later to find it had never been touched yet.. 2 whole weeks before any work was done.. My dash which was replaced was returned cracked on top even if previously broken (supposedly) why and how do you complete a dash replacement without replacing it to its proper look or positioning when thats the purpose.. Dash was also missing a console when returned.. Which I got back and installed.. Not satisfied with the paint job overall really felt like it was rushed and a great example of saving paint, time, and material instead of completing the job properly with any dignity at all.. More upset with myself for choosing Maaco expecting satisfaction, I am highly upset and disappointed with their service and would not recommend them personally.. Which I did make the decision to go there on my own, I would never choose to go to Macco again! Ive seen better work in such smaller shops... Total disappointment!

The guys did a great job, they were very courteous and kind and gave me timely updates. The paint on my car makes it look almost unrecognizable compared to the old paint . Id highly recommend maaco and will be bringing my next project to them soon.

I went to have an estimate on a vehicle that was shedding its clear coat, and the manager was doing the estimate. I was totally committed to MAACO until the interaction with the manager. She stated that she was going to do the estimate and asked what would I like to have done. I asked if she painted cars, and she said she did not. I asked to speak to someone that did paint to get an opinion of whether the best option would be to reapply the clear coat to the whole vehicle, or just the portion that was shedding. Her comment was I dont allow anyone to speak to my techs. I hope the owner of this shop realizes that while they may have a great manager, that she is not equipped to make sales. I was an easy sale, and I just handed the clipboard back to her and asked for the owners number. She of course declined.

Great paint job for a pretty good low rate. Had a special going on for $399 for basic service, but I needed a little body work, extra gloss coats, and some dents removed. I still kept it under $1,000 so was quite impressed when I got my Matrix back looking what I thought was perfection♡

I had some paint on my car along with a small dent, they literally walked outside with a rag and paint thinner and got all the paint off now all thats left is a small dent! By far the worst in customer service. My wife picked up her car- Toyota Corolla(which we purchased and were preparing to DONATE to a family in need on this day and had to hear about the five years of experience that the Manager had when it came to her expertise. Weve had multiple cars painted in the past and probably have a bit more than five years experience.Extremely Rude. Terrible service. Awful output of work.Ive dealt with Maaco in the past and this particular branch/ franchise or whatever, has been a Huge disappointment.Total lack of proffesionalism on All fronts.... WOW!!! Shame on them for not respecting other peoples grind, meaning money. I will not beg and plead with others not to go. I only say play with them at your own risk...They did not realize that they were dealing with another business owner and therefore mis treated and under-estimated this particular customer whom just happened to be my wife and someone who was way more qualified than the Rude manager at this location.As far as we are concerned, never again. I took my car to this place to get a bumper replacement but is was not what I was expecting They customer service was great, but the job was not professionally done and the job they did does not worth the price they charged at all.

Spoke the a guy over the phone, was told could have the vehicle in and out within 3 days. I was quoted ballpark $800.I then brought the vehicle into maaco to get a estimate, was quoted 1600, 1400 after discounts. Time frame no more than a week. The lady at front desk asked if I wanted updates and I said sure that would be great.A week passed and I called on that Monday with no updates, the lady from front desk said would be ready on that Wednesday. I go in Wednesday and it’s still not painted and the lady at front desk states her painter was gone for the day and this was around 11 that day. I then left and called corporate to try and get to the bottom. Surprisingly the next day after calling corporate the vehicle is ready. No they didn’t call me as stated I went up there and saw it parked out front.Overall the vehicle looked good, minus the fingerprints in the paint, the dents they didn’t pop out after paying for that service and these were small dents not major ones, and the bumpers was not painted after confirming on that Monday they would be covered, which is sad cause I called to pay for that service if they weren’t covered but I was assured that was covered in my estimate. There was also a left unpainted piece under the taillight and they left painters tape and paper material in the gas tank from when they had painted it.I would not recommend having this location paint your vehicle. They are unprofessional from painting to flat out Lieing to customers. Take your business elsewhere.

Stay away!!!!! I had my car painted there. Not a good experience My car had some scratches on the door and some fading on the trunk. I went in with the plan to just touch up the spots. After talking to lady at the desk she told me about a special they had going on. After weighing the cost for touch up I decided to go with the special and have the car painted. When I went to pick it up the car still had some drippings that needed to be cleaned off ( like on the tires). I had to ask them to remove the extra paint. Once I got home I saw the hood had spots on it. When I took it back they said it was because of the color I had my car painted and it sprayed out that way. (Tan / gold?). They said they would do it over but could not promise it would come out better. When I picked it up I could still see it some but not as much. Sad because there was nothing wrong with the hood. So I take my car home I followed the instructions to a T. I wanted to make sure I didnt do anything to ruin the paint job. About two years later there are spots on my car., where the window meets the door,top of the car, and trunk. I take the car back and they tell me this happened to my car because I didnt add some extra sanding option The receptionist told me that most people dont get it because of the cost. If that is the case she should have told me that in the beginning. I would have stuck with the touch up So I guess I paid for my car to look ok for two years . They offered to paint it again For almost the same price. What a joke. I couldnt believe it. . My car looks horrible I wish I had left my car like it was. Again I say STAY AWAY From MAACO

I called Maaco to tell them something had come up, so I had to cancel because I needed my car. When I went to go get my car, I noticed beneath the passenger side door NEW damage... A part beneath the door looked like it had been pulled on. To be more specific, hocks removed so it is out of position. It now looks like a part of the body frame will slowly fall off if nothing is done. Unfortunately what proof can I hold against them. I would suggest not going to those sour people. :(

Had estimates done here, reasonable for the work they do. Not great as they tend to have a lot of overspray, but you shouldnt expect much from a couple hundred bucks for a paint job.

Do not go there for collision and repair work. I took my 12 Nissan altima there to get my roof moldings replaced and it was an awful experience. The first day I dropped it off they called me back to pick it up because they said I needed to get roof molding clips for it before they could finish it. So I had to pay double the original price and take my unfinished vehicle home (it looked bad). They were supposed to call me when the clips came in but they didnt, I had to keep calling them. The second time I dropped my car off they cracked my windshield trying to take off the old clips, once again I had to go back up there and pick up my car with a cracked windshield and drive it home. They paid for the new windshield but it took forever to get it put in. The third day I dropped my car off they finished the work to my car but my roof molding work looked horrible. The lady didnt even wanna discount my bill for all the hassle. I wasted a lot of time, money, and gas dealing with maaco. I traded my vehicle in a week later, I will never go back there, dont let the 4 stars fool you like I did....

Very bad customer service. Had my car for over a week and they didnt even look at it. When I called to find out what was happening, the guy at the front desk said he will give me back a call which he didnt. When I finally went in person, they guy at the front desk said the guy that does the body work was out for a couple of days, which he could have told me over the phone but he decided not to and just wasted my time. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Ok paint job. I had damage from the sun and they took care of it as the warranty had not expired yet. As it was prorated, I had to pay the difference which was somewhat reasonable.

I would like to advise you not to go to this place. Their customer service was terrible and their work is not acceptable. I brought my car in to get painted. They told me it would be ready in 3-7 days and did not get it untill 2 weeks later after being told it will be ready the next day numorus times. After going to pick up my car, i noticed handprints and fingerprints all over becuase they put the parts back on wet so i had them redo it. They do not remove your headlights nor tailights. They unhooked them and never put them back in. They took off all my decals and never put them back on. They painted areas that were supposed to be removed and put back on after paint is done, instead they painted right over them. They did not give back the hood grill. They left trash in my trunk and left scratches and dents on my car. They also did not paint the rear bumber. They left clear coat all scuft up and is already pealing. Please do not take your car here. Save yourself money. You can probaly do a better job using spary paint than these poeple at maaco.

Do NOT ever use use Maaco. I had them repair My 2014 Mustang. The frame was never fixed. The body work was laughable with Major aliment problems even my young kids found quickly. My car can not drive straight. There is no wards to how bad and unprofessional Maaco is. I will Never let them near a car.

Brought my car in for a paint job, agreed to what the service advisor thought would be enough to have a great looking car again. Was told the car was going to be ready in 2 weeks by a wednesday so I returned the car I rented just to find out it took them an extra week to finish the car. Car was full of white wax by the fender windshield rear, they broke my SI badge and didnt even apologize or replace it, had paint in my side mirrors and exhaust. Plus it had fish eyes on the left side of the vehicle and near the windshield. Had to wait about 2 weeks to bring it back to them and they said they could fix everything on a Saturday just by having it all day. They call me 10 min before closing telling me the owner saw the car and wasnt satisfied with the work that they would do a 2500$ paint job for me and that I would be ready by Monday by the end of the day, the car ended up being ready on Thursday just to find out they DIDNT repaint the car. The buffed all of my clear coat on both sides of the car to the point where if the sunlight reflects on the car you can see swirls all around it. They will play with your time, your car and will not even do a decent job . I found myself without being able to go to work cause of how irresponsable they were waiting this long for the car to be WORSE than how I got it. A small paint job turned into a nightmare that HASNT been solved. Your car will leave the place in worse condition or missing/broken parts. Tried contacting the owner of the location and there hasnt been an answer in 4 weeks they only care about the money, awful place.

Youre better off going to Caliber Collision!During the initial phase of my interaction with MAACO, I thought to myself that I was going to write a glowing review on Yelp about how outstanding the customer service at Store # M2256 was. However, after the customer service that I have been rendered, I will not be writing a positive review nor recommending MAACO to any of my other co-workers.During the estimation process and when I dropped my car off at MAACO to receive a simple paint job (NO maintenance whatsoever), I was told by Rhiannan (or whatever her name is) that it will take seven (7) days for the service to be completed. I dropped off my car on June 13th, 2017 and my car was not finished until June 23rd, 2017. I was without transportation because I had to turn my rental car from Enterprise back in after the seventh day I dropped my car off. On top of being inconvenienced, Rhiannan called me yesterday on June 21st at 08:21am stating that on top of the initial balance that I was charged AND had already paid in FULL, that it would be an additional $280. She said that its because its a new car (2017 Honda Civic Sedan) and the molding is unfamiliar and the tape wont stick and many other things that I did not understand but what I did understand was that it will be an additional $280 to paint the doors of my car. Rhiannan said that she was going to call me at/around lunchtime to update me on the status of my car; no call was ever made. When I called yesterday in the afternoon, MAACO stated that my car was done being masked and was next to go into the baking room and that it should be done today or tomorrow. It is now tomorrow and when I called earlier today, I spoke to the manager to express my displeasure and she said that the car should be done by 4 or 5 and she volunteered to give me a call. No call was made AGAIN! She finally called me on Friday to tell me its ready. When I arrived, I had to wait ANOTHER hour 1 1/2 hours for the team to put all my decals and accessories. Trash service from a trash company.Oh! Did I forget to mention that when I called MAACO to notify them of the trash service, they promised me that someone would call me the next day? NO ONE CALLED.MAACO, I am astonished that this is how you treat your customers. I cannot in good conscience, recommend MAACO to any of my battle buddies; I would have to let them know that after my experience, go anywhere else but steer clear of MAACO. Wish I could give it a big fat 0 stars!Go to Caliber Collision instead!

At Maaco I spoke with a women about my mustang to get painted just in the front. Later when I went back for my appointment, it was like she was struck stupid and didnt remember when I showed her the car prior. She didnt remember when I spoke to her on the phone afterwards. Including on top of all of that they did not have my paper work on file. They had to restart everything. It went from a three day job to a WEEK AND HALF! The price went up sixty dollars for the SAME THING!!

Got my car repainted almost three years ago... just needed it sanded a little and repainted with a nice clear coat... they just touched it up and clear coated it on top of the original clear coat so now its chipping away. I paid $1500 for a crappy job that is chipping away along with white overspray on all the black trim that they swore would come off with washing it.

Im a new dealer in town and I used Maaco before. This Maaco in Killeen is by far the best in paint price and customer service.

Ms Shantell (idk if thats how you spell it) but she was really nice . My paint job looks pretty good to me although, some of the plasitc pieces were halfway done and when i went back to ask them about it the painter guy toild me that it was going to come off eventually anyway because its on the plastic part so not to worry about (i later found out that it was true but that it is going to chip off and be ugly) they should have taken the car apart, which he told me would have costed more money (they didnt give me the option of even knowing it was going to be halfway done tho. The inside of my mirror pieces on the inside (not noticable really) were not glossed like i paid the extra money for and he told me its because his gun couldnt reach.. which i fail to see how that is my problem when thats what i paid for but hey what do you expect for the price i paid.... There was a sale going on 50$ off when i went in but at the time of the estimate i didnt have the coupon, non of them mentioned it when i was getting my estimate which i think was kinda messed up ya know, people spending they money with yal and yal didnt even mention the sale ya got going on.. but yeah, i would recomend it for something quick and reasonable but if you looking for A1 top of the line type job, i wouldnt just I wanna see what my car would like this color, because i might change it later

Worst paint job in the in whole world never go here they dont care how the paint job looks paint left on the modeling and my tire the staff are rude especially the black female manger if you go here your stupid they let people with little to no experience paint your car and if you are stupid enough to go here dont paid for it until its how u want it because if I would of know this would of happen they would never see that money the good reviews are all fake
