They had my car for about 1 week and they did an outstanding job fixing my baby back up, looks like brand new. I just picked it back up this morning. They even cleaned it. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. They even took care of my rental car.

They did an amazing job on my exterior body work on my vehicle. But the interior of my vehicle was unacceptable, they left dirt, dust, an plastic all over my vehicle from the repairs they did. They did not put my headrests back in my vehicle they were left in the trunk, my car mats were shoved in backwards, and I have small scratches/scuffs on the interior driver side.

I took my car to Caliber collision and I received great service. Kevin was awesome.He called and texted me we’d.I was well informed the whole time. My car was repaired and he even found a problem I had before my car was hit and made sure the damage was repaired to make the car safe for me and my family. I feel like I have a new car now. I finally feel safe thanks to Caliber.

I took my car here after a car accident. My car was hit badly and Caliber Collision took care of my vehicle and made my vehicle look brand new can’t even tell the accident ever happened. I was involved in a collision on May 4th. I did not receive my vehicle back until the end of June. It was almost there for 2 months. The rep I was working with did no follow up during repairs. I kept having to call in just to find out that it was gonna be more time due to damages from a previous. I wasn’t even consulted if I wanted them repaired or not. Then once I got the vehicle back it still had issues. Worst experience ever.

I took my vehicle in because I was rear ended. My insurance gave me options to repair my bumper. I ended up choosing Caliber Collision and I’m glad I did. I worked with Garret and he was very attentive and professional. They also keep you updated with details on your vehicle. Well I had to start from 2019, my whole rim with tire came off in Gatesville in middle of highway and they did an exceptional job, even tho I couldn’t get same rim back because of extensive damage and discontinued of rim design....... but this time someone hit me from behind and they did an immaculate job on bumper area!!!! When I dropped off my car, they called the rental company to come and pick me up.Caliber notified me every step along the way. I was notified when repairs started, when my car was in for paint, and I received a call when my car was completed the day it was done.They walked me through the repairs that they made. My car looks almost new on the outside.

I hit a deer in my Beetle. Caliber Collision was amazing at brining my car back to looking brand new inside and out. The outside was the area damaged but they cleaned my inside prior to me getting my Beetle back. Carlos Perez, Jr. was amazing at keeping me updated on the status of my car. I am 100% plus satisfied with the repairs of my car!!

Really great work and they got it done early. The estimator kept me up to date constantly.

If you want a good quality service, I do not recommend this body shop. I am very disappointed when I picked up my vehicle. There were a lot of deficiencies and it was three weeks late. I am not a car expert but the deficiencies were very visible. Expectations were not met and communication is very bad. Carlos was our advisor.

I used this shop to get my vehicle repaired recently and initially the experience was pleasant. Dropping my truck off and getting it checked in was easy and quick. Overall the body shop side of this business does a phenomenal job on repairs. My truck looks great! My complaints would be towards the paper pushing side of the business. There seems to be a degree of complacency on this side of the business. I dont believe there is follow up from advisors in a timely manner which causes delays in over all timing of repairs. If both sides of the business functioned like the body shop side it would be a top notch service. Our service advisor Kevin had the capability to get our truck back in a timely manner, but follow through was lacking and delayed progress. We ended up telling him we were going to come get the truck completed or not due to childcare and work issues, we needed the truck. He offered no solutions to the issue at hand, but instead advised he would tell his manager and hung up the phone.When we showed up to speak with the manager amazingly the payment confirmation from the insurance company of the man who hit us had come through and we were good to go. I realize sometimes things get hectic, but transparency of the issues at hand would have been better than holding a completed vehicle due to an issue the vehicle owner has no control over. Overall the body shop side does a great job and would fix your vehicle in a manner you would appreciate. I would just hope you have a better experience on the office side.

Took my vehicle in for an inspection after being hit back in early May. After sending an estimate to the insurer I receive a call from this location asking if I was bringing in my car which I told them no, I havent heard back yet. They called again a day or two later, same answer to them.Apparently Calibre and the insurer had to go back and forth without my knowledge and agreed upon using after market and refurbished parts for a lesser amount. When I found out I talked to Carlos my advisor who said he knew nothing about this. Going back and forth on this for weeks while STILL getting calls as to when I would bring in my car and telling them no. End of May I receive a check from the insurer to do the work, I talk to Carlos who told me hed order the parts and get me in to have the car done in a day or two, I agreed and notified him that week was the only time I had available as I needed me car to get to work the following week. Thursday that week, 4 days after I was there I get ANOTHER call from them asking if Im going to schedule it in which I replied, I dont know, ask Carlos, he was suppose to order the parts and call me when they arrived. They put me on hold and come back saying Carlos was sick all week and nothing had been ordered and would get in touch with me when he returned. That was June 4th! The calls have stopped, I havent heard anything back, and Im sure as hell not going to call them.I went to another body shop, got my car taken care of for a third of the price and the way I wanted it done.I would NEVER recommend this body shop, or any of its locations to anyone who needs body work done.

The best customer service My husband and I have experienced! Shane made everything crystal clear on what the process will be to fix our truck, he kept us up to date with where in the process our truck was in and shared pictures with us. Our truck had to have multiple components fixed and Shane helped speed the process up and our truck came out like new The ladies in the front desk were also very kind to include the enterprise employees. I took my Mini Cooper to Caliber Collision after someone hit my cars bumper, now the only reason I am even giving Caliber Collision one star is due to the work done on my bumper. But, when it comes to keeping the customer informed... forget about it! I had to make all the calls to ask about my car to see the progress. Now, after the accident when I pulled over I was at a steep hill for a while. This caused my car to overheat, when I brought this up to Caliber they told me that there was no problem with my car, to me it sounded like they didnt even care to check. So, all they did was slap a new bumper on my car and call it a day. Also, before I brought my car to them I had a chrome railing on my hood, and when i came to pick up my car it was gone! When I spoke to someone about it they tried to blame the towing company and said they would speak to their manager about replacing it.... that never happened. Once I got my car back from them within the first week my car started to overheat again! I brought my car straight back to them and left it there for a few days for them to tell me nothing was wrong with it. So now I have to pay out of my own pocket to get my car checked at the MINI dealership in Austin! Im so done with Caliber Collision, dont take your car to them! Especially if you have a foreign car, because it seems to me that they do not know how to work on them.

The had to remove my spoiler to fix the damage and between them and Progressive refused to fix it to pre accident condition. Was forced to accept with dissatisfaction because they turned off the rental. This is a accident that someone backed into my car while parked. Not my fault but I am paying the price.

We have been to this location a few times and want to thank Shane for doing such a great job keeping us in the loop. We had a few concerns with our repairs and he was able to fix those concerns in a timely fashion and ensure us that if we have any other issues to let him know and he will help us any way he can. He goes above and beyond to ensure that we leave happy. Thank you Shane! We will be coming back in the future if we need things done.

Caliber collision was the fastest and easiest repair I have ever done. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the process. They told me my repair could take up to five days and had it done in three! Would recommend their services to anyone in the area!

From my experience, I receive text messages that include updates throughout the entire process. You cant beat that. USAA arranged for a rental car at the same location here in the same office area. Absolutely no stress. This is a very good place to bring a car for repair after an accident. Front desk staff are very polite.

I had 2 separate vehicles serviced here, both were finished before the estimated date. Both vehicles were fixed as of they were never in an accident. Both vehicles were detailed and vacuumed out. It was almost as if I just purchased them. Great work. I dont know why those other reviews are bad but I had 2 different wonderful experiences with this shop

Ive taken my Vehicle to this location on 4 separate occasions to have it repaired due to a repair shop in GA horrible service. Each time my vehicle is done in a timely manner with no issues. Their customer service is great, Terry (boogie) Hather was the consultant that helped me out, He also went to bat for me when insurance company was giving me a hard time. Couldnt be more satisfied. When I took my mother in laws car in for work they were friendly and able to assist in getting the cars repairs. When there was a delay on parts they contacted us as soon as they could. Also the relationship between them and the insurance company was direct and without a hitch.

Beware this shop, they are trying to tell me that nothing is wrong with the vehicle and that my RPMs randomly jumping are normal when it NEVER happened before the accident. Now im stuck with a car that isnt safe for my family to be in because they think an OBD2 read is enough to troubleshoot engine compression and timing when it hasnt thrown out a code yet. Do NOT bring your car here if it has any issues but cosmetic.

We worked with Kevin there and he was great, he stayed on top of everything and didn’t get annoyed when I had a dozen questions and comments, he answered everything perfectly and was amazing to work with.
