This place is awesome. The 2 gentlemen that were there this morning brightened my day!! I bought a car yesterday and the check engine light came on so I ran by there for them to give me a print out of whats wrong. Thank the Lord its nothing major. I wasnt very happy to say the least when I first got there but those guys had me laughing and changed my whole attitude before leaving. Thanks Auto Zone!!! Kudos to the employees. Great job!!!

I was having trouble with my car not starting, and my battery would not get a complete charge. I couldnt get the battery out of my Audi Q3, but was able to get it jumped off. Took car to Auto Zone in Kilgore, Tx and they installed a new battery for me within 30 minutes. The guys were extremely helpful and went way above just selling me a battery. Will definitely refer friends and family to them.Thank you guys!!Deb

Great people updated, after 3 months of dealing with AutoZone my opinions have changed slowly but surely the only great people have been few and far between they are not only rude and arrogant they have yet to get my deliveries right as a matter of fact today I was told that 4 items was a large shopping list and I shouldnt expect it all right wow just wow

Need more people hired that knows a bit more about car as well any vehicle, as well Parts or where they are located on a vehicle...

The greatest customer service ever, The manager Elena was so helpful, she went out in the rain and installed a battery for me!! And she still had a smile on her face when i left ☺️ And the best thing of all is that she was able to help me in my own language. Thank you Autozone.

The people at this AutoZone are actually very helpful Ive gone in on my own and Im Im a girl and you always think that somebodys going to try to take advantage of a girl but they didnt they they told me that I never actually needed to buy a cheaper product than I thought I had gone in there to buy so they were actually saving me money they helped me install my windshield wipers and when I got the wrong part on my own they corrected it and showed me which one was the right part which also ended up being cheaper than the one I was getting very helpful staff theyve read my codes when my check engine light would come on for free I just love having people around like this that can help when we dont know what were doing thanks so much highly recommend this place

So many parts of the autos.

They sell things that you can purchase with money.

Called earlier asking for Cr123A batteries as it was listed on the website. Got told they have them in stock in the store for 7.99. Drive up there and the manager tells me they dont stock them at all. I thought a woman had spoke to me on the phone (I never got a name of who I was talking to). I told him that but he mentioned they dont have female workers and I probably talked to someone else. I showed him the phone call 20 minutes prior and he didnt bother even asking his employees if someone had taken a phone call about Cr123A batteries 20 minutes prior. Poor management practice here, you just lost a customer.

Super friendly. Very attentive. Makes sure you get what you need and offers suggestions of they do not have exactly what you need.

Ok if you dont really need help from an expert. They wouldnt swap a battery out for my wife because they were afraid it would mess up the computer. They told her to go to a shop on the other side of town. I replaced the battery when I got home from work without any issues.

Courtesy And a very clean establishment also they are in the same building with Zippy Js they are a convenient store that sells Shell gasoline and Diesel.

Service could be better if they werent running a skeleton crew every hour they are open.
