I always stop by here for drinks and snacks located right on the beach. The lady who runs it is great.

Convenient to the beach with an adequate selection of food, beverages and non-food items. A nice little shop!

Poor customer service to a long time resident who asked your employees to properly wear their mask and cover their nose and they threw my friend out. My friend is a caregiver to an elderly and is just practicing safe protection. The cash register person yelled at my friend. We are a small community and word travels fast. Step up your customer service or many of us will not shop in your store.

The pastries are from Costco and everything is higher priced than most convenient stores. They keep cups and straws for soda fountain behind counter which is inconvenience when clerk busy. Rotini pasta salad is just noodles and Italian dressing. I give a 5 star rating for beef stew made for them by 5 Palms restaurant next door.

Very convenient and great location. Being located right next to such a spectacular beach, within the Mana Kai Maui complex, is perfect. The store is full of anything you could expect to need or want while on the beach or relaxing in your condo.

Very rude employee.Chased out of the store because I came in with their own coffee cup I purchased last month. I come here every day and buy coffee. One lady is always rude. The other lady is very nice and last month told me to keep my cup, refills are cheaper. (Why didnt the rude lady tell me that 2 years ago?) Today the rude lady noticed I had the old styrofoam cup and started yelling at me: styrofoam cups are banned in Maui county, dispose of that immediately! Very convenient. Prices are super high, but you can get just about anything without leaving the beach. Totally worth it.

The Asian lady working was super rude idk if shes the owner or what but thats not how to run a business. I liked the shop that was before zacks opened cause they knew how to be nice and treat people right nit nickle and dime everyone. She wouldnt even let use put ice in our water bottles after buying multiple items at that store. She said she pays for the ice but she doesnt because my dad owns a shop too and Coca-Cola gives you the ice machine with the soda machine attached to it as long as you buy the products. How cheap can you get. Theres always an over way to say something but she was straight rude when we asked her politely. Its alright shes probably just a jealous miserable old Asian lady with no life!! Oh yeah plus they r very unsanitary!! The set up where ketchup and condiments for the hotdogs they dont even have them under ice so its just sitting there all hot attracting bacteria. If I was the health inspector that you marked down for sure !
