Probably a one-off, but, walked into this store with my kids with intentions of buying some rashies and other apparel. The gal working was behind the counter unpacking some stock and looked up right at us (only people in the store), and didnt say a word -no greeting at all. We still continued, had an item or two, so asked to try them on and she let me know the changer rooms werent open. Gladly put the items back and went to another store where the staff were super friendly and helpful and bought all we were looking for and then some.

Always find something at this shop... Not sure if thats good or bad!

Bad customer service and different employees gave different price information and didn’t stand by it, won’t go here again.

THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!! I’M SOOOOO MAD RIGHT NOW....My brothers flipflop broke after two days (we just went to the beach, nothing more)We asked for a new pair, but the staff responded VERY rude and told us that they won’t do anything for us and that it isn’t their problem...The reason I’m writing this bad rating isn’t because of the flipflop, it is because of the employees!!Never going to BillaBong again...Goodbye forever🥰And to the employee that was so rude:have a beautiful day with my brothers broken flipflop😘
