This is the best place to buy a mattress on Maui!!! Dino and Sean go above beyond to ensure you buy the right bed and the delivery was smooth and quick. We dont live on the island and needed to replace a mattress for our condo rental. Dino was very attentive and knowledgeable in guiding us purchase the right mattress based on our needs and preferences. Besides the best price, scheduling the delivery was so easy and they showed up as expected. Sean and his assistant were very quick without cutting any corners, clean and courteous. As we all know looking for a mattress usually ends in a 6-8 week wait. We made an appointment and picked out a new mattress and had it in our home days later ( could have had the next day but that was because i was unavailable) Boi and Marcelllo delivered my bed with professionalism and politeness. The delivery took minutes and they had to bring the mattress to the second floor. They were very cautious of the surroundings to make sure nothing was disturbed and after setting up the mattress, they even brought our old mattress downstairs for me. New to the island and scrambling to furnish our new happy home, we stopped by the Maui Bed Store on a whim without realizing we should have made an appointment. As luck would have it, a wonderful woman was at the store and happy to accommodate us at that time. She was brilliant. After a few questions she led us to our perfect mattress. We couldnt believe how spot on she was with the first recommendation right out of the gate! We tried out a couple more beds for comparison, but her first pick could not have been better. Until it got better. This excellent, top-quality mattress was half the cost we had allotted in our budget. Half! We scheduled the delivery and were on our way, thrilled to have hours of our day saved by such an fortunate happenstance.Delivery was fantastic as well. Two, very professional and efficient, gentlemen arrived early in the delivery window. They were kind, courteous, and had our new bed set up in a blink. I would like to share my story, because it was SUPERB!! First of all, the buying experience was unique. TheY suggest appointments, which meant that I got very personal attention. The sales associate, Chris, knew EVERYTHING about every single mattress in the store, he answered all my questions and helped me come to a decision. Not only that, but he was so polite and friendly while I laid down and asked questions about every single mattress in the entire showroom. Then, the delivery was great, they arrived right when they said they would, and gave me a heads up call. When they got there I realized that the mattress was the wrong size WHICH WAS TOTALLY MY FAULT for not measuring, and they were so kind, they didnt make me feel bad AT ALL. Dino called me the very next morning to arrange shipment of the correct mattress and assured me that it was not a problem at all.I work in customer service myself, and I have to say, they went above and beyond during every step of the entire buying and delivery process. I was a little thrown off by having to schedule an appointment to shop for a bed, but after the experience, it makes sense. The store was nice, with all the beds laid out so you can try them out. We told them what we were looking for and they narrowed it down to a few choices for us. We actually got a nicer bed for a lot less money than we planned to spend. We needed a mattress quick for our rental property but only had one open day that would work for delivery. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size king mattress and called Dino panicking since we had guests coming the next day. He not only exchanged the mattress out the next morning but did not charge me any extra. Not sure if the Maui bed store is the cheapest but they do an amazing job with service!!

Good service from Dino. He gave me very nice quality twin mattresses (2) for a great price. Had them delivered the next day. His delivery guys, Boi and Saia, took apart the old frames and assembled the new ones. They were very professional. I then realized I should have also purchased two new box frames as mine were broken (kids jumping on the beds). Dino is sending those out tomorrow!! Good prices and great service.

These guys have a nice selection and the prices are very reasonable. We got a King platform bed, a dresser, and a few night stands and I was really impressed with the quality of the furniture and the knowledge of the staff. I never really understand Mattress shopping, everyone seems to have a low price guarantee but the models numbers never match up which makes the who process uncomfortable but I have to say that I really didnt have to worry about that at Maui Bed Store in Kihei. Samantha was awesome explaining all of the different types of mattresses, the prices, availability, delivery process, really everything. I am not one of those people who love shopping but the whole process took about 25 minutes and within 2 hours after that the mattress was delivered and set up in our guest bedroom, just in time for our guests who are arriving in two days. The prices were reasonable and Samantha was super nice so if we need to get more mattresses I know where to go. One tip: call ahead for an appointment, it isnt a big deal to do so and ours was within an hour from when we called, its worth it. Highly recommended.

Ive only been lucky enough to visit Hawaii, but the time I was there I slept on a mattress from Maui Bed Store. Ive never slept better. I usually have trouble sleeping in a bed thats not mine, but not on this trip. Ive found myself wishing that there were Maui Bed Stores here on the mainland! When I visited, my family members had just moved to Kihei, so I had the pleasure of the buying experience with them as well. It was an all around great experience. Finally convinced myself to purchase a new bed. I shopped around and got the run around. Either the mattress was too pricey or I could purchase it now but I wouldnt receive it for about a month. This is our second purchase from the Maui Bedstore in Kihei. Chris was our salesman for this purchase. Chris was very knowledgeable with what was available and what I was asking for in a mattress. He was wiling to re-arrange things so that I could try any mattress that was available to try out. He was very helpful in knowing that I was looking for a certain feel and allowed me to test out several different mattresses and explained the mattresses to me and explain what the differences were between them. They schedule you with a time to come in and that allows them to dedicate 100% of their time to you and not being interrupted by other people, thus allowing them to help everyone to to the same length. The mattress cover is superior giving it more of a quality feel to many other beds of its class. The bed arrived a day earlier than promised with a courtesy call from the drivers. That first buying experience was so easy we furnished the other bedrooms from Maui Bedstore after we arrived in Maui. Why?1. Accessibility. Dino almost always answers the phone personally, and when you do have to leave a message he returns your phone call promptly. He is just as responsive after you purchase as before you purchase. We like the appointment system: no staning around waiting for a sales associate to get to you. You agree with Dino when to meet him at the sore and he is there. You get undivided attention and it is based on your chosen appointment time.2. Reliability: When Dino says something will happen it does. No frustration here.3. Fastest delivery in Maui (maybe anywhere). When you buy from Maui Bed they ask when you want delivery. Tomorrow? No problem! Extra charge? Nope!!! Delivery is free!!! In Maui most furniture places charge for delivery, and some even refer you to a third party that you (the customer) have to call and coordinate delivery with. We have paid as much as $125 for delivery of a single piece of furniture from an upscale store within a few miles of our house and had to arrange it ourselves . Maui Bed had new, clean, clearly marked delivery trucks, and friendly personable delivery personnel. You buy, agree on a day and two hour window. The delivery professionals (they really know what they are doing) will call you when they are on their way. We have had four deliveries to our home, all seamless. No waiting no confusion.4. No wasted time. Tell Dino what you are looking for in a bed or bedroom furniture. He tells you the pros and cons of the different options he has. No sales pitch, no pressure. None.5. Quality. The bed we bought sight unseen over the phone was waiting for us when we walked into our new house. We chose the particular bed based on a phone onversation with Dino and his description of options. We slept on this bed the first week or so while other rooms were being painted, and when we were ready for the master bedroom to be furnished we made an appointment with Dino and chose our bed and furniture. Later, when we decided we would like our third bed to be a California King instead of a regular king (second bed was a king) we completed our third transaction with Maui bed. We are satisfied with all three beds and very happy with the bed frames and nightstands. The furniture is sturdy, welll-built, and has a clean design.6. Customer satisfaction. Maui bed goes out of its way to make the customer happpy with the transaction. There was a small miscommunication between us and Dino on the third transaction and it was as likely on our part as Dinos, but he followed up several times and made sure all was 100% correct the same day, giving us a free foundation to make everything perfect.You absolutely wont go wrong buying from Maui Bed and it will be a straightforward, easy transaction.
