Called twice about a week apart, trying to get a quote for a new impact front door. They took my info both times and said they would send a quote. They never got back to me. They must not need the business.

Moved into a renovated home and whoever installed the glass panel and door for the shower did a poor job. The bottom corner of the door would grind against the corner of the glass panel every time you’d open or close the door - making it unusable, less we wanted shattered glass.Monroe Glass to the rescue!! They were in and out in a jiffy and did it RIGHT. Cleaning up someone else’s mess is tough, and they did a phenomenal job. They shored up the glass panel, basically reinstalling everything, upgraded the hinges to what they should have been and used much better quality parts. The door doesn’t hit, everything is level and even. Very very pleased and would highly recommend.I wish I had more jobs for them. 😊

A glass shop filled with tradesmenI have used them in commercial and residential applications.In the keys finding a tradesmen that will do what they say when they say it is unheard of. So when you find a company that does that you stick with them.They are not the lowest priced however thay are the best i have found in 40 years.

I set up an appointment to have someone come out to look a broken glass window. No show. I called a second time and again no show. The excuse the second time was there was no parking (what business uses this excuse). I set up a third appointment and employees showed. We were quoted $400 for the job. I got a bill for $651.47. Never again will we use or recommend this company. Beware!

We were repairing our hatch cover on our boat. Mike completely understood exactly what we needed for the type of seal I needed to replace the old one. Not only did he have exactly what I needed he helped me install it on the hatch and gave me some ideas on other repairs that I could make to it period thank you so very much and a very big thank you to your kind and courteous staff! We know exactly where to come to when we are in need of anything glass related in Key West!

Monroe Glass did an awesome job on a difficult install.Another glass installer tried this install and used a seam that was not necessary (among other errors). Monroe Glass came in and fixed the other guys shoddy work.

Probably the worst company in Key West.I have worked with them on many of my construction jobs. You can never count on them if they show up for the job. I had to call them many times before they came.

Absolutely the best service ever! I had an emergency at the Tropic Cinema and they came over, measured, cut and replaced the glass in my popcorn machine in less than 30 minutes. I was ready to open my business right on time!
