We live here on coconut row. Such an amazing place to live. We have a large area in front of our slip that we can set up with some outdoor furniture. Love it.

This will make it out third stay at Stock Island Marina Village. There are several reasons that we chose this marina. Its close to shopping so its easy to rent a car and get provisions for the boat at Publixs, Winn Dixie, Ross, etc. Its away from the hustle and bustle of Mallory Square so theres a lot less boat traffic. Its a floating dock thats had many renovations. We continue to return because there are two beautiful pools, theres a free shuttle Publixs, Old Town Key West and the beach. There are great restaurants and I love that drinks can be delivered to the pool. Most of all, we love that its quiet. I really enjoy peacefully waking around the marina and taking in the sights or shopping at the cute stores in the Village. There are also many amenities like renting scooters, bikes, etc. The marina is beautiful and sturdy. The staff is very, very friendly and extremely accomodating. We even receive a glass of Champaign upon check-in.

The pools are nice and clean. Great music at the restaurant place and friendly employee.

This place is GORGEOUS. Good food, drinks, great pools, amazing boats to look at, friendly staff. We have been to the keys three times and stayed at the marina the last two times, we love it. Clean, well taken care of beautiful property.

This is a very beautiful place, it has many boats of all sizes and brands. It also has several bathrooms, some have showers. There is also a hotel where I can see that many people visit. lately a lot of change has been made to improve the appearance of the place. The parking looks better. and they also built cages for the chickens. also the area around the bathroom placed very beautiful hammocks where the people can relax. This is also the place where the chartes boats that we take to go fishing to the Dry Tortugas, they are the best. Good ships, comfortable, the captains are up on the line. whenever we fish with these boats and these captains we return happily. I recommend it with all my heart.

Fantastic location with great staff, always willing to offer assistance where needed, fantastic shower facilities and restrooms are always kept in amazing condition, nice atmosphere and fantastic marina. As well as very quiet at night and staff making sure there’s no one wondering around, would highly recommend

Our company has operated out of Stock Island Marina Village now for over three years. This marina is complemented by the Perry Hotel and wonderful amenities it offers to our customers. The Marina staff go above and beyond for our customers and boat owners. Stock Island Marina Village has the cleanest and nicest facilities of any marina out there. Their docks are the most storm proof docks that any marina can offer. There is no movement on our boats at this marina as it is the most protected marina in Key West. Marina is great and I previously left a good review, but unfortunately it is managed by the hotel front desk, which means sometimes long waits to check in with all the hotel tourists. Tonight I tried calling ahead of my arrival in my Uber after going out to eat, for the gate code since it was raining, but no one answers the phone after 6:00. Then we go into the lobby bar only to find 2 of the 6 bar stools occupied by pre-schoolers while their parents sit oblivious to subjecting bar patrons to their children’s screaming and crying. The management should have prohibited this.

Well designed, well managed and well staffed. Really gorgeous facility. Excellent amenities - pools, restaurants, beautifully maintained public spaces.

3 years of personal experience. Two faced Mismanagement is an understatement. Highly questionable morality. Regular wifi outages and abysmal speeds, frequent water pipe bursts, GFCI pedestales at J dock trip constantly. Regular breakdowns of pump out equipment. Marina caught overcharging guests(illegally up-charging). What could and should be a World Class marina riddled with ineptitude and mismanagement. I challenge SIMV to contest any of these facts.

We rented a boat from airbnb, it was such a great expierence! The people all around are AWESOME and very nice. Good security, as well.

First time on a marina. We stayed at an air bnb here and it was awesome. I lost my purse and the staff member who cleans returned it to lost and found. Food was overpriced. Nice amenities.

Stayed in a houseboat. Very tranquil setting away from the traffic and tourist but short drive to everything. Complimentary shuttle and use of hotel amenities.

Dianna was very helpful and worked with our users usual circumstances. I would definitely recommend this place!

Friendly atmosphere, bath house to use always available,within walking of food and adult beverages, pool use a plus and not crowded. A ton of beautiful sail boats and yachts to look at.

My personal opinion: Its a nice - looking marina, and Ive been here a few days and really havent needed to ask for anything until today. Weve asked several times and have been assured we would get the pump out we need but theyve let us down. Very disappointing service.2020-12-08 update: We were in touch and asked for and were assured of a pump out several times over several days. This service was NOT delivered as promised by the marina.

Lived there aboard our boat during the first 4 months of Covid. We will definitely be returning there anytime we are in the area on our boat

Currently on week 3 of a 4 week stay w/ 2 slips and 3 hotel rooms.The good: very nice/new facilities. The docks are first class. The rooms are nice. The people who work the docks have been polite.The bad: very disorganized. We’ve had to change slip assignments five times during our stay. It’s a lot of unnecessary work to move 100’ of boats around because of scheduling errors. No gas for sale at fuel dock, and often times there has been no ice.The ugly: we were not issued parking passes/nor explained the parking situation. Had our vehicle get towed. Front office was not very sympathetic. Furthermore, as I write this review; we have been waiting over 24 hours for a pump out of our holding tank. It sure would be nice to flush the toilets on the boat!Knowing what I know now, I would of made different arrangements for a vacation in the lower keys. I hope they are able to troubleshoot said problems, as the potential for a good vacation is limitless with their new facilities. Props to the staff on the dock for remaining positive and helpful amidst the chaos created from the front office.

Dog park is a favorite from our pups! Grass has been high a couple of times and the gate latches were broken. Nice area for the dogs to run around nonetheless.

We have been extremely happy with our stay at SIMV. The slips are awesome. Great, sturdy, concrete floating docks makes coming and going a breeze. Dock hands are helpful if you need any help getting in or out of the slip.Weekly, scheduled pumpouts are nice. You can also call if you need an additional pump out. I appreciate not having to move to a fuel dock to pump and it keeps people from dumping in the marina. One day, we couldnt get pumped because the machine broke BUT they brought a separate machine and got everyone pumped, working well into the evening to make sure the job was done. Machine was fixed the next day, too. Thanks for that!The amenities are awesome. The pools are fantastic. Clean. The restaurants are great and have fantastic happy hour specials, good food. The bathrooms are cleaned often. The laundry is roughly $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry, but they hold a lot of clothes. Laundry room is clean and has a small lending library. The shuttle is super convenient to go to Publix, downtown, the beaches, etc. As a marina guest you can use the gym in the hotel. Due to covid, we arent using it (it looks nice though!), but theres an awesome park a block away that has a nice walking/running path and outdoor workout equipment.A lot of people mentioned the internet. My husband works remotely and personally, we havent had many issues. Theres been a couple times where the internet cuts out for a min or two, but it is working pretty consistently. Weve run several speed tests and at times, it tests better than our home internet.The water in the marina is usually very clear and clean. Theres a nice variety of fish, a few lobster, manatees, and we even saw an 8 shark. The staff do a great job of picking up any trash that might float in. Everyone here takes a lot of pride in keeping things tidy and clean. Its noticeable and appreciated.A lot of people here have dogs. Theres two dog parks on site, one for little dogs and one for big dogs.What I really enjoy is the marina community. We have great and friendly dock neighbors. The staff are super friendly. It makes it a really enjoyable place to stay.

Dont count on having wifi at your slip. My husband has gone to the front desk and asked a couple of times about whats going on with it. Each time theyve been surprised theres a problem or get the response yes theyve had issues for a while. Their best suggestion was to take our things and go to the Captains Lounge and use the wifi there. Ill carry the Roku and my husband can carry the TV. Please dont mind me in being in my PJs. My husband said Im to harsh. The other facilities are nice and the staff is great.All is well that ends well. Stock Island Marina relocated us to another slip nearer the modem and lent us a booster. It worked a lot better. (The staff really tries hard. The marina is also working un upgrading their internet)

Very clean......not the best price in Key West................ but very clean and safe, great people here as well, Everyone is on the same page here !! Excellent dock hands, never had any problems, they tied us off and helped out as much as they ever could have, another great experience and visit to Key West.......living that life !!! Love it ! If you need a ride....... to and from anywhere...... call Uber.......they are the quickest and most efficient, they rule the island, without a doubt, simply the best !!! This was probably the best time I have ever had in Key West !!!!! Bar none !!! BIG .....Rob

Best docks ever. Friendly people. Very clean place.

This looks like a nice place to stay but if you are working, they are basically petty and rude. They have rules but don’t bend them. Instead of harassing us about the size of our delivery vehicle, they could’ve helped us as we were working as quickly as we could to deliver kayaks to THEIR customers. We understand that it is a confined space but we were very considerate about not blocking the way. Next time I guess we will leave them outside the gate and they can carry them to the boat!⛵️😎😜🤣

This is the best marina in the Keys! The owners care that you have a great experience here and are super-knowledgeable about the area. The marina is clean and safe and The Perry Hotel and restaurants are just top-notch. I highly recommend!

Its a great place with friendly and helpful staff. Great shuttle to downtown. Only downside could be air traffic depending on wind direction.

Nice place to have brunch on Sunday as a guest. Beautiful view! But- This is stock island. 25minutes from key west. And . This is not the company Key West Sailing Adventures inc we are in downtown Key West! 201 William St Historic Seaport.

5-star, top-notch, yippe-skippee marina. Great assistance with absolutely everything and first class service all around. Stayed two weeks and will absolutely come back.

Perrys Hotel, Matts stock island bar & grill (great vittles), salty oyster bar, nice vessels at the marina. For being off the beaten path it is surly the place to be. Extremely clean restrooms...

This is a great location Marina, under construction in sections now but I love to see updating and expansion so we were ok. We rented a sailboat to stay here, fun and the showers were big and clean with A/C and no smell.

This marina is second to none as far as personal and facilities. Everyone is very helpful and the place is spotless. We are enjoying our stay and will be back next time we come down to the Key West area.

I have had the luxury of spending some time here, it has outdone my expectations 10 fold! Strongly recommend that you stop, enjoy, visit the Perry hotel, and both bars. These guys have it figured out!!

Clean marina with very good services, friendly staff and a nice hotel pool. Easy access to fuel and pump out included in overnight rates. Shuttle services make getting into Key West and to grocery store easy. We will be back.

This Marina has nothing to offer in comparison to the marina up north. This Marina wants to charge me $30 of foot for a 35 footer (but my boats 19 foot long) And they want to charge me $5 a day for electric. I think thats illegal. But I dont know how Florida flickering flash laws operate. However here in Rhode Island just minutes away from the greatest fishing on Earth! I paid $1,300 a season (6 months) an the electricity is included. This Marina wants to charge me nearly $1,600 just to put my boat there. For only one month. That is ridiculously outrageous!

Hurricane occurred and treated people and boat owners of Coconut Row, the folks who are the personality of the Marina like 2nd rate Citizens. Not a cool thing to do. I lived there for almost a year. Was a registered guest my first week. Just moved on land 6 days before the Hurricane. Was told that I wasnt. Even though I have received mail and packages there. Not being vindictive. But after this experience. Even if I won the Lottery. My money would go elsewhere.

What a great complex. The beginnings of gentrification for this area, but thoughtfully done. Beautiful community garden and I really like Shrimp Road Bar and Grill...good food!

Rooms were great, bars and restaurants good. The staff never showed up to clean my room though, even though I was out all day. Also, I didnt have any hot water. I alerted the front desk, but it never got resolved.

Good infrastructure and bathroom facilities are available at the marina. The place is ideal for a quiet weekend. There are 2-3 restaurants close to that area. There is an hourly shuttle service that connects the marina to the downtown area of Key West.

Security gate at entrance, a couple of good bars, a good mix of live-aboards (a nice funky village community) and monthly slip renters

This was a great new marina with very friendly staff. They had a free shuttle bus to clear customs at the airport and the shuttle also makes daily runs to supermarkets and into town.We plan on going back to spend more time with this marina this winter.

My husband and I stayed in the marina with an airBnB and I just wanted to mention how beautiful this marina was. It has clean facilities, handicap access, and on site parking.

Nice place BUT $4.50 A foot per day is stupid. They wanted 258.00 per day for my boat and where they had me parking was a joke. I didnt even get a slip!

Downgraded to 4 stars, only because the internet is awful. In this day and age, this shouldnt be an issue. It costs quite a bit to reside here. Would love to see some increased speed and capacity for all residents.

Old Key West vibe. Great marina and artist too

My goodness, what a great spot. We rented the yellow tail boatel for 4 nights. We are 55 years old and one of the best vacations we have ever had. The unit had everything we needed. We parked right outside. The marina has everything. Food, beer and great staff.We are definitely coming back! No need to ever go see downtown Key West. Crowds, parking, crazy. Gonna relax on our Boatel.

We had an awesome time on the Conch Pearl as part of our Florida Sea Base trip and our two night dives here were great.

As a sail & reef adventure charter on SIMV Charter-boat Row, we find that the marinas staff continue to exceed expectations and contribute to our thriving business.

We went we went to the dog park out here there werent any dogs but the dog park was very cute the whole place is beautiful. And clean.

Great cozy marina that is mainly for live aboard cruisers. Great lil cantina at the end of the dock. Its 15 min by car to the tourist end if Duval St.

My wife and I just spent 3days there. We found the marina to be very clean and well kept, the boatel we stayed on was clean and had everything you needed. All of the employes where very nice. The Grill had very good food a little pricey but good, Problem was it had no ramp to launch your boat makes for big inconvenience. The right hand does entry know what the left hand is doing as far the office goes making reservation was a joke. Needless to say we will not be returning, shame cause if you have a live on boat its a great place.

Clean and plentiful bathroom with showers, staff was excellent at the fuel dock and fanatic floating docks are awesome. I highly recommend this marina.
