This is far by the BEST store that we shopped in while visiting and we shopped in many stores. That had an excellent selection of merchandise, the quality of the tee shirts and sweatshirts was superb and the customer service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend thus store for your souvenir shopping.

DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE. The owner is super rude and won’t let you return anything. There are so many great shops with kind employees. Don’t pick this one. I wish I had read the reviews before walking into this store.

They mark most things with big huge $5 or $10 signs then other items have hidden pricing in small print or nothing even on it or near its location at all. When they ring you up they they enter in different prices, I caught an 8.99 so it prompted me to ask which item it was. I had some jewelry he said was 6.99 or 7.99 and switched the amounts multiple times, I told him no thank you I don’t want it, he got super angry and grabbed one of the bracelets and crumpled it and the cardboard it was attached to up and was upset he has to do work, whatever that meant. I also made him take everything out of the bag and recount it and magically my total of $66 after the items I didn’t want, went to $44. He continued to be rude and nasty, making remarks about the way I look.

Just got scammed - should have read the reviews first. I paid $103 for two cheap gildan t shirts and a key west sticker. They use counter chaos to their advantage. She told me it was $50.80 then amidst the chaos of another large purchase from someone else had me hurriedly sign a folded under receipt. Boom, they got you. When I called her on it she said the shirts were $45, but couldn’t show me where that was marked anywhere on any rack and said she could not give me a refund. They’re liars and thiefs. I’ll dispute the charge. These people need to be arrested.

Wish I had read this before my shopping experience. 5 shirts- prices marked 2/$40, $10, $30 & ‘unmarked price’- totaled to $200!!! Total scam. When we questioned the prices the owner replied - “Well my rent here is $30,000 a month”. Hope others read this before they purchase anything from this store.

Worst experience I have ever encountered in a store. There is a large section in this store with inexpensive kids plastic toys at ground level, and in baskets on the floor. My 2 children were playing with the toys for about 2 minutes, and were hoping to pick out a water gun. A man who worked at the store (I am assuming the owner...white male, at least 6 ft tall, a little on the heavy side, in his 60s, and a smoker) told me I should take my kids to Disney to play, and the store was closing for a lunch break and we had to leave. He even told his other customer to leave because he was closing for lunch. As I started walking away, I realized he was being condescending, so I turned around and asked if the toys were for display only. He said very rudely, they are for sale! Well how are my kids supposed to decide if they want something unless they play with them. I walked out and was waiting for my husband on the sidewalk when I noticed him standing in the store doorway staring at me on the sidewalk, while smiling and shaking his head. I had to tell him to stop staring at me. He LIED about closing the store. Maybe he should not have a big toy section in his store, let alone a store at all. My son was worried he did something wrong until I read him the other reviews left by customers.

This place is totally a scam... I bought 2 simple key chains & a bottle of water & they tried to charge me $40.00 when he ran my credit card, I caught it before I entered my PIN number & asked how is 2 key chains & a bottle of water $40.00, he tried to say “oh my mistake” and canceled the transaction & we ran it at the correct price, he tried to rip me off for $25.00 ... no one should shop here & this place needs to be investigated by the police 👮‍♀️... Be Warned...

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I wish I would have researched reviews before shopping at this location yesterday. I got home from Key West and was paying my credit card bills when I noticed that the amount they charged my card was not the amount they told me they were charging it when I handed the cashier my credit card. I have called them twice today already. Of course after I saw this I went back and read reviews on yelp and Google and apparently this is how they do business. It is fully illegal to tell someone youre charging their card one price and then up the amount by over $40! Total scam!!!

A scam in keywest.We bought 2 tshirts for $25 3 tshirts at $6.99 and another tshirt at regular price. The total? Just over $100. Since we were in a hurry to get back to our ship we didnt have the time to figure things out and just left with our way over priced souvenirs. They also made up a shirt for my wife that she didnt ask for. So now were stuck with a salty girl shirt that we didnt want.My wife also noticed they keep records of everyones sales, so the employees are most likely on commission and doing everything they can to scam you.If youre ever in Keywest either avoid this store or keep an eye on your price.

Buyer BEWARE BEWARE this shop is a RIP OFF an SCAM They tell you one price then charge ur card something else. I bough bought a simple sleeveless t-shirt was told would be $19.99 and pick any thing I wanted off the wall to put on the shirt FOR FREE got back to the condo an noticed they had charged my card $34.98. They then refused to refund the difference. TOTAL RIP OFF DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Pirates is true. I believe these were the only crooks I dealt with here in key west. They make an offer of a tee shirt free with you paying for cost the printing of your choice on shirt at a cost of $4.95 to $12.95. When I ask the cost of my choice the quote was 4.95 and my wifes was also 4.95 however we were charged $17.95 each. I will be disputing this charge with credit card company and watching my card very closely for theft of information. Real shady business people!!!!

Wish I could give negative stars. This place is dangerous. The guy tried to charge $190 for five T shirts. When we said no thanks, the guy tried to put his hands on my husband and tried to block us from leaving. He pushed my five year old daughter. I should have called the police and pressed charges.

Rip off. We were in a hurry and just realized later that they charged us 10USD more on our creditcard than the total price would have been.

If I could have done a minus a star I would have. They are thief’s in the fact that they will over charge and/ or put additional items on your receipt. If you bring it to their attention they will refund you a lesser amount and also not refund you the tax they charged. A rip off!!! Buyer beware and tell others!

Terrible Place. They are there to rip off cruise ship customers. The have sale prices listed but that is just the price to put a print on the shirt and then they charge you an outrageous price for the shirt. I was still not able to figure out how they came up with the high price they ripped me off of even when I added up the ridiculous cost. SCAM

Would not recommend you use this store! They go through a sales pitch that offers you free t-shirts with your purchase, then asks you about putting on a decal, and charges you for the decal at a high rate. What a sham!! Its unfortunate that people have to use these type of sales tactics to increase sales.

Extremely rude, they are scammers and prices are not what they advertise and will not refund your money. I watched 3 people in the short amount of time have the same issue.

STAY AWAY. Highly aggressive sales tactics as you enter the store. They tried to scam us for over $200 for two t shirts one shorts and a fridge magnet.If you notice it and confront them, they become extremely rude and hostile and try to intimidate their customers to save the sale.THEIR BUSINESS LICENSE SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY.

They rip you off in a heart beat. When you want to return something, they say they can only give you store credit like you would ever shop there again. The sellers are very rude. Stay away from this store

I was just shoping with a freind and the owner aproached me and my freind asking weird quistions like what we where looking at then asking how much money we had in out pockets. My parents went later to ask why he would do that and the man became hostal and yelled screaming cuss words and accusing us of lieing and pushing my dad. It is not a very good place to be and i would never recomend going there. Just stay away from there. Very overcharged also.
