This store has absolutely every souvenir you could want! From personalized jewelry and stickers to shot glasses and magnets to a wide array of attire you will find something special for that someone special. This store is much larger inside than it looks! I found the employee that was working to be incredibly nice and will probably be back before end of vacation to make another purchase from Market Place.

I hate a late need for a new shirt (probably not unheard of in Key West) and this shop was open. They had a good selection of beach / resort wear and I was able to find something I liked. Though the experience was made great by Rushane, who was friendly, helpful, and funny.

Love this shop. I always check it out when I’m visiting Key West. They have the cutest things and I always find something every time I visit.

It was after 10:30 PM when I called to say I would be coming in to shop, as my luggage was still “missing” after 2days (boo United!!). The young gal was very helpful and kind, reminding me that I needed something to sleep in, and a swimsuit cover up, etc!I was SO thankful they were open. I did not want to wear the same clothes 3 days in a row on my vacation!!

6-star customer service- my wife and I had left a crew neck that we had bought here in the keys, and they were kind enough to ship one to us (we covered cost of crewneck and shipping) without batting an eye! Thanks so much for helping us keep our Key West memories!If you’re looking for amazing quality, reasonable prices and great customer service, definitely stop by this store to at least come in and check it out. Charged me 3 times for one purchase because the credit card machine had an error, and they will not void the other 2 transactions. Not answering my calls and have been no help on the phone.

Lots to do and see. This is the really touristy end of Duval since the cruise ships dock on this end. But it is still fun. And every evening at sunset they celebrate Sunset!

Friendly staff,but expensive clothes

Nice store. I bought a t-shirt there on sale....which I think is typical for most stores like this to attract customers. Staff was nice. There was plenty of selection. They sell all sorts of clothes along with swim suits.

Beware of unmarked prices and the stores return policy. Only exchanges. The woman is a savvy sales person, with lots of smiles and going out of her way attitude to complete the sale. When I wanted to return 2 items that I thought were a different price not a minute after the sale was complete, she smirked and said, exchanges only as she rudely blew cigarette smoke in my face and walked away. She runs a very unethical business.

Key West. Whats not to love!

I know the owners and they fired that lady a while back. Update your post. Its a great store.
