I love the Key West City Marina. The service they offer include are Secure showers, laundry room, public restrooms, slip rentals (by the foot), and dingy dock (12 foot max boat plus motor = 13 foot). The dingy dock rates are by the day, week or monthly.

Captain Dan does a great job. He came recommended, and will continue to be recommended. He is a creative captain that will find fish. I was impressed with the number of different types of fish, and methods. Not the type of charter that is going to do one thing for a set time and then another, then trip over regardless of action. I felt he was working to make it a great trip the whole time. We did great and had an awesome time!

Awesome guys! We had to park the boat trailer after hours, and they accommodated us the next morning.

A great day for some great soldiers! CPT Dan and his skipper Garret took myself and a few buddies out for a week of outstanding fishing. Dan is professional, knowledgeable and is a fun guy to spend the day with. We had a great time, slaughtered what we thought must have been every fish in the ocean and we were never bored. I would recommend CPT Dan to all of my friends and family. Excellent fishing!

Great location, but the Dock Master was in bad mood or something and was kind of unfriendly, to say the least.

My family and I had a great time fishing with Captain Dan at Key West Fishing Connections. We ranged in experience from growing up on the water to first fishing trip ever and everyone had a blast.

We had a great day fishing with captain dan and garret. very clean boat, professional crew and we couldnt have asked for a better day. we went tarpon fishing and hooked 8 and landed 6 in our 8 hour day. it was awesome! i could not recommend them more. phenominal day.

Hands down the best fishing Cpt. in Key West. If you go to Key West you should add Cpt. Dan and the Second Nature to your list of things to do.

Hands down, this is the best charter fishing captain / mate duo I have fished with. Over the years I have had the good fortune to experience different types of fishing charters in places like San Diego, Hawaii, Alaska, South Carolina, Maryland and Florida, and I can say without a doubt that Captain Dan and Garrett are the best I have seen. They are true professionals in every sense of the word...experienced, knowledgeable, customer focused, hard working and just plain fun to spend a day on the water with. They go the extra mile in virtually every aspect of the charter and the results were fantastic. We caught cero mackerel, black and gag grouper, amberjack, mahi mahi, mutton and yellowtail snapper and shark, and we had a great time doing it. I will definitely be back, and in the mean time will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking to fish in Key West.

My brothers and I had booked two days fishing with captain Dan based on the review on TripAdvisore. We have fished in a lot of places and I have to say Captain Dan worked harder than most both days to get us in the fish.On the first day of fishing Dan said that he had luck with Dorados out at the 700 foot mark the day before. My brothers and I decided to go with Dan’s suggestion. We trolled for some time until hitting a small grass line that Dan followed. We were able to pull 15 fish on the grass line. We started to troll back when Captain Dan spotted nice bull Dorado ahead of the boat. Dan gave chase and deck hand garret made some great casts to get bait in front of the fish, but we were unable to get him interested enough to take the bait. At the dock they flayed the fish and actually told us of a couple of restaurants that would cook the fish for us. We took the fish over to Dante’s and they cooked it up for us, nothing better than fresh fish.On the second day we decided that we wanted to do some tarpon fishing and Captain Dan’s obliged us. Unfortunately we didn’t make the boat look good that day. Dan and Garret put us on the fish and we hooked 6 Tarpon and my brothers and I couldn’t get them all the way to the boat. While we were there we also hooked a few Jacks that we didn’t keep. After a will Dan suggested that we move out to the reef and try a little Mutton snapper fishing. As we have never fished for mutton we decided to give it a try. We caught 7 large Muttons and a few other smaller ones not to mention about 6 sharks. Needless to say I think the captain and his crew did a great job for us.
