I needed the Libbys canned Pumpkin. The shelf was empty. I went to one of the workers that was was replenishing the shelves. I asked him for help. He took me to the next aisle. He found one can. Price was 2 for $4.00. I was in need of 3 more. He stated their were no more. I thanked him. I went up to Customer service, got in line & after a few minutes, Chrissy asked me ( she was waiting on another customer) if I had a ?. I said yes. I asked if I may have a rain ✔️? She advised me no longer available since Covid. She asked what I needed. I advised Libbys canned Pumpkin, (3) cans. She then asked me if the worker had scanned to see if any were available. I said No. Now, the whole time she was also assisting the other customer. She then scanned, & found 73 cans of Libbys Pumpkin. She asked Jaime (a lady) that I needed help. Jaime, was helping another customer & advised us that as soon as she returned from taking his order outside; she would be happy to help me. I thanked both Chrissy & Jamie. I advised them, I had plenty of time to wait. After a few minutes, Jamie returned, greeted me with a smile & advised me it would be a Pleasure to help me. Chrissy, the advised reference the 73 Pumpkin cans available. Jamie, asked how many did I needed; I stated 3. She smiled & went to bring me what I needed. I thanked, both Jamie & Chrissy. I left a very, very happy, content, customer. It is a great Pleasure, to shop & spend my money at your store. Others that are also FANTASTIC,are: Chantel, Da, Marie, the cashier, Antonio at bakery, Ken, at the seafood department, Elijah, Lisa in flowers, Marcia, your entire staff at Pharmacy, so many others I will advise you about next time I shop at your store. Have most of what you need if you dont feel like spending hundreds on resturants dinner. I am just a little disappointed with the bakery section some of the cooked stuff is cold and hard. They also got other prepared meal.

It makes my life easier! They have everything in good quantity and quality & prices and customer service even their prescription medication at the pharmacy is higher quality than the ather pharmacies.

Everyone is always so helpful and nice but if you go earlier in the morning, the shelves arent always stocked which makes it harder to shop.

The manager that was from the dollar store is Awesome.She now wirks there.Shes the best one love public needs her why? She full of love an she shows it too.

A good place to stop by for supplies because the hotels charge a lot for even small items. Chips, water, sodas all at.way more reasonable prices. This place is usually pretty busy.

This Publix was only a short ride by bus from Boyds camping. Its a very nice clean store. I was able to find some fresh things to eat on a budget.

Worst place to shop people taking cart loads through self check out that should be a limit only to 11 items which is express and express should be open and not be close when when you get there just lost a customer. And when I went to customer service to check out lady wants to paint make a car payment with one dollar bills that should not be allowed you are not a bank I guess Publix doesn’t care about customer service anymore.

This wasnt a full blown grocery shopping experience.Being in Key West, we knew dehydration was a danger.We stopped for whatever.They had a good selection of both Spring & Sparkling water, although their inventory was somewhat depleted.

Wonderful Store, I do most of my shopping here. However, they have another store in Key Plaza which is larger, less crowded, and has more of a selection.

The best place to shop on the island but still really limited. If u need food there is a subway

Instacart pickup was excellent. The designated parking spaces did not have empty cars parked in them like in Key West and my instacart shopper was there with my order when I pulled in.

This is THE grocery store for its deli (chicken strip sandwich, anyone?) and their selection of special items like their organic baked crackers. Overall a great selection of grocery items across the board.

Was in @ 7:30am, bakery not stocked. No hot items. Cashier was not happy to be there, no warm greeting. No interaction at all actually. Maybe she wasnt a morning person. Lots of people working and only the manager said good morning.

Always kind and helpful people. I am recovering from knee replacement, and employees are right there to help me. Fred that works getting carts ALWAYS offers to get a riding cart for me. Im always offered help out with my groceries but I wait for Fred! Got my covid shot yesterday. Brett gave me the shot and I didnt even feel it! Am today tho. Jesse is also GREAT in the pharmacy. Chantel is awesome too!

I almost got thrown out of the store here for using the ladies room. As a trans female I am used to some looks every now and then.... but this was over the top. I will never shop at another publix again, ever... Its not worth the risk.

Publix is always great!

Publix is essential when needing groceries. They have the best products though not always at the lowest prices they are fair. The meat and produce quality cannot be beat. Though at times you cannot get all your favorite products at one store and it is necessary to visit their other location quarter mile East. This can be slightly annoying as each store seems to carry different products.

What can we say its Publix we are not from here but when we are in fla we are always at one. Nice grocery store.

Ive been shopping there since they opened have found all the people save one to be always friendly and helpful i do wish you would put Lumpia wrappers in your stores they are a very thin product and crisp up much nicer than the generic eggrole wrappers I do alot of fundraisers donate my time and they can be filled with veggies or ground meat and veggies or shrimp lobster ive asked 3 or 4 time to no avail
