Wanted to purchase box spring online but at checkout they automatically added $99 forthe Gold Service Delivery which I didnt want.Consequently, I had to call to do the order.The gentleman was very pleasant & completed my order very efficiently.I cannot comment on the delivery as it hasnt been delivered yet.

I highly suggest using Mattress Firm if you are located in the lower keys and need a bed. Royal Furniture is a total waste of time. More expensive and they do not inspect their product prior to shipping -this happened on “two” deliveries.

No more tossing and turning all night for me. I was so satisfied I even got a therapeutic pillow to go with the mattress. 10/10 experience and thats not even including the great deals Mattress firm are running right now. Free adjustable base, free delivery and most beds cost a size lower than they are. You just cant top that. You spend 1/3 of your life on your bed so its a worthwhile investment. Friendly, Covid safe and extremely informative when spending $$ on a bed (investment). Our Mattress Firm rep Chris, at the Key West site, was great. If your going to spend time searching for a quality mattress (and frame-if needed) with a variety of price points, you may benefit to spend 20 minutes or so with Chris. He’ll focus on your needs and educate to the level you’re interested in or add to what you “may” already know. No pressure sales.

We went into the Key West Mattress Firm just to look for mattresses for a condo we are having renovated in Key West, and met with Christopher Fernandez .
