Niles Sales and Service had just what I was looking for and Greg and Fernando were very responsive to my needs and requests. They made it very easy to do business as much of what needed to be done was handled on-line or by email. I received a very fair amount for my trade in. I was never rushed into a decision. Tony in financing was very accommodating and gave me some great advice. Jack Niles even swung by to see if everything was going well during my vehicle technology demonstration. Fernando was excellent in showing me all of my new vehicles features. He is a very knowledgeable salesman.
Gabby saved the day! Our 2021 Tahoe High Country stopped running (right in the middle of the Overseas Highway) while on a camping vacation to Bahia Honda last week. It was towed to the nearest dealer which was Niles. I called the following morning fearing the worst. Gabby handled my call with professional urgency and quickly diagnosed and fixed our Tahoe. I was very upset after leaving this place. Booking and service was all acceptable, up until I was about to leave. I opened my car door and there was oil on the red leather seat of my car. I went back in to speak with the service manager, and he wasn’t very helpful. He sent out a coworker, Gabby, to clean my seat. He was rude about the whole situation. I needed oil in my engine, not in my car. Thanks Niles! I won’t be coming back here.

When we moved from Chicago to the Keys I thought that I would have to take my 2019 GMC Sierra to the mainland for service. Thank goodness that Niles Sales and Service in Key West is a short drive from home. Their service department and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to go the extra mile for their customers. Niles will be my dealer of choice for my next GMC!
Worst experience of my life. I took our 2021 GMC Sierra in for what turned out to be a problem with the lifters in May of 2021. When I arrived I was told my appointment was rescheduled, they diagnosed our vehicle and said they didn’t have a tech to complete the job until July 2nd. I called on July 1st to confirm my appointment and was told I was now scheduled for July 12th but again no one was able to complete the job. I was then rescheduled for August 2nd, the truck was towed down the day prior only to receive a call that I was now scheduled again for September 4th. We now have a brand new truck that has been broken down for 3 months with no commitment from the service department to repair the vehicle. Terrible service.
My first experience at Niles was a good one. Wayne in the service dept took great care of my Yukon. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and respectful. I will be back.

Knowledgeable, Professional, Friendly Service department!! I was on vacation in key west and had some issues with my car and these guys took great care of me. The technician immediately figured out the issue! Tom the service manager took the time out of his very busy day and allowed me to explain exactly what my issue was and took care of it quickly! Had a vehicle that needed an alignment. Another place said I needed camber bolts; bill would have been $480. Niles checked it out; no extra parts need. It was a straight forward alignment.Sandy is a always a pleasure and makes sure you get only what you need. She is one of the few people on the island that still understands customer service.I know sometimes the dealership is sometimes more expensive than other shops. But consider this; you get what you pay for. You are paying for expertise and trustworthiness. That is worth the money every time. You can feel comfortable knowing you are not being hustled. I will only have my vehicle serviced at Niles from now on.

I had a cash offer for a vehicle on the lot. Was lower than the sticker price and would’ve been willing to negotiate however I was told he would not let me steal this truck. First off if we are negotiating I would hold off calling someone a thief if I were you.👌🏼 To your response: I don’t have issue with refusing my cash offer. I have issue with the stealing comment. It was uncalled for.
My Uncle passed away on the 15th of November and I called GM Financial to pick up the leased vehicle and they just couldnt get the job done after almost 3 weeks of it sitting on the side of the road. I called Greg at Niles Sales and Service/Key West who stepped in and took care of everything. He went over and above with some extra help from Jose and Cass. Dealing with a death is hard enough and Greg totally understood exactly what I was going through and made arrangement to have the Truck picked up within 1 hours time. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I was greeted nicely and I didnt have to wait to be waited on.I explained what needed to be complete on my car and Gabby understood everything I mentioned. I did ask for a ride back home however that day they didnt have one. I was able to get a hold of my friend and he was able to pick me up and bring me back. Normally this never happened but this happen.Overall great care was given to my car and the service was great!!
I stopped here while on vacation with a camaro rental car that the top was jammed and the trunk wouldnt open and my bag was stuck inside. Gabby the service advisor said there was no way he could get a look at it any time soon. After several suggestions where I could get some tools, he offered to assist me with a couple tools and we retrieved my bag. Thanks Gabby for saving my wedding anniversary!
I would never buy or consider buying a vehicle from this dealer. They do not stand behind what they say and I was so mistreated by the sales manager. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my lifetime!! Not only did the sales manager yell at me when I did not agree with him and when I asked where my car was that I special ordered. He also forgot that I was they paying customer.UPDATE/CONTINUED...They misled me on the vehicle I special ordered. It did not have the options that I specifically asked for. I specifically requested ambient lighting/heads up display/I paid $900 for navigation and it was not even navigation. When we built the vehicle, they said it was on the 2LT model and they said they ordered those for me when we built it together online. None of those options even come on the 2LT model. They are on the 3LT model! The salesman had no idea what he was even ordering! I went to another dealer to get the exact and right vehicle! AMAZING HOW ANOTHER DEALER CAN GET IT EXACTLY RIGHT!! By the way, owners response is inaccurate...the GM family discount was approximately $3200 savings for me. They were trying to pad my discount for almost $1000. Its my discount and I was not even getting the full benefit. Talk about trying to sham a customer! The most horrible customer service and buying experience I have ever had!

Gabby was at the service desk and was great to deal with. Our brakes were having an issue with a recall that caused the problem. While we were there gabby was able to have an oil change and tire rotation done at the same time even though it was very busy. Gabby got us in and out quickly and even offered to help us with transportation while we were without our tahoe. I highly recommend that if you need service make sure that you ask for gabby for excellent service.

Niles was given an opportunity to lease me a vehicle in 2017. After a test drive, a follow up by me included defining a specific set of options so Niles could proceed to offer a price. When the dealership never returned my calls and emails, I took my business to the mainland where the employees took an interest in leasing me a car. Just because Im a local and you are the local dealership, you do not automatically earn my business. You need to act like you care and respond when people are interested in doing business.Seeing Niles Nissan, a Nissan dealership, refuse to accept the return of a Nissan at the end of the lease, forcing me to contact Nissan direct to intervene, does nothing but support my previous decision that you do not deserve my business.
I was so grateful to the service team for getting me in same day I called as my service light came on unexpectedly. Our baby daughter is having major surgery in Miami in a few days and we will be up there for awhile. Thank you to Gaby, Marvin, Kelly, Lee and everyone for being extra kind and helpful. It really meant a lot to me.

We had our first service call and COVID is still going on so I was a bit nervous. Wayne was my service rep and was genuine and caring for everyones health. The car seat was covered and all was sanitized and clean when I picked it up. Wayne reviewed what occurred on this visit and all of this was outside in fresh air and tropical breezes. Exceeded my expectations. I needed a new car, my previous one broke down on me. They went above and beyond to find me an SUV that I liked and that would fit my budget. Even after I purchased the vehicle they touched base with me to make sure that everything was going great and if I was still enjoying the car.
I went in, and looked at a used car they had. The salesman was very nice, and helpful. And most importantly, he was very honest. After the test drive, he came with very decent numbers. I told him what I was willing to spend, and he came back with a handshake. It was literally that easy. I had to go home and get the title of my trade. By the time I came back, the car was washed, detailed, and the paperwork was already done. I would absolutely do business with these guys again, and would send them my friends and family. Great job.

Never in my life with dealing with Nissan which is my entire life have Ive been screwed over like these guys did. They were going to lose money on the friends and family and low balled me on my trade in so much it was disrespectful. (Also was paying by prepaid check already had money in hand) Went to Key Auto and got a nice Jeep Compass TrailHawk Edition in under 30 min for the same price I would gotten my altima with a friends and family discount. Also double for my trade in.
I needed a battery for my nissan rouge .Which was under warranty. I called ahead and spoke to Sandy . After I got a jump drove to Niles . Within 45 minutes I was driving home with a new battery. Great service.
Niles service director is one of the most loyal men I have met in the Florida Keys. I took my car in for a recall, than I found out my brakes were about to go out. I was so worried, but luckily I found a coupon online that saved me money. The staff was extremely professional and took their time on my vehicle. Appointments are suggested for service to your auto. We moved here from Tennessee and had one more Free oil change and service due to us from the Chevy Dealer back there . Since we were new customers, I didnt mention the Free Oil Change owed to us from the out-of-town Chevy Dealership. Well, low and behold, Niles Service Dept. saw on the computer that the other place had promised us a Free one, and he GAVE US THE OIL CHANGE, SERVICE AND ROTATED THE TIRES FOR NOTHING!!! I took in my daughters 2007 Malibu to get the radio and the passenger windshield wiper fixed. Gabby called to tell me that both parts were discountinued. Since they were not able to provide a service I was not charged for the diagnostics and gave me other recommendations. I will say when I picked the car up the radio worked for a second and went back out. I appreciate the honest assessment and I think it was fair.

The oil change appointment was made for Saturday at 9:15 am. I pulled into their driveway at 9:15. My ticket clocked me in at 9:19. This was because the service lady was on the phone and I had to wait for her to check me in. Please note that she didnt bother telling me that the car which I brought in on behalf of my boyfriend who leased the car from Niles wouldnt be worked on until approximately 10:30. The service counter lady finally told me that it was going to be awhile because one of their service technicians is out due to a surgery and there was someone else a head of me. Id like to know why my boyfriend wasnt called and advised of the situation? My time is just as valuable as yours. Very poor customer service. We wont be back!!!!

Sales and test drive were what I expected, but the actual sale paperwork time took much longer than it should have for a cash sale. I can buy a house and spend half as much time on the actual purchase.Went back for an oil change and waited almost an hour past my appointment time to get in. Apparently customer time is a low priority here.
