The customer service is great and quick but the parking and location of this particular ups store is absolutely inconvenient and a pain if you have packages to mail out. Its located in a shopping area next to a major grocery store and there are a couple parking spots right in front the rest you have to park and walk accross this large parking area to get to the entrance which has high vehicle traffic its just a complete hassle if carrying anything to mail out. Not to mention the inside area is so tiny that many times only 3 customers can be inside and there will be a line out the door.. and there is no area to set your packages while waiting in the line. Would also be nice if they had a small package drop box available for prepaid and printed labeled packages so u can drop and go and not have to stand in line. They need a bigger store for this location .

Extremely professional store with a great staff. Chad Bull goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and goes out of his way to help you. Would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Excellent customer service! I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, their use of face masks, their ability to notarize documents and fast service. They are often very busy, but they have 3-4 spots open and staffed at the counter, so wait times are never very long. It is my “go to” place to ship things! I am grateful that we have this store in Kerrville.

We needed a notary at 5:30 Friday evening so were happy to find the UPS store open and fully staffed. Also was able to print a document from my personal email account and send it via UPS next day.

I cant say enough good things about this place. I live in Houston and needed help overnighting some medical information. The owner recommended someone there in Kerrville that could pick up the records for me and deliver them to the UPS store. Once there, the owner bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect and that I got the best price. The UPS store where I live would never go that extra mile nor would they try to find the best price for me. I was so impressed and so very very grateful!

Blonde lady behind counter named Lakota very friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful for my needs. Would be great asset to any company for being professional and patient. I went in having a bad day and left with a smile. What a pleasure to have someone make my day by actually caring about my getting the right info and service. Thank you.

This UPS location is the best one. I exclusively ship my packages and returns from this Sidney baker location, even if it’s not the closest place to go in town at the time. Jordan is always very helpful and always has a great attitude. He remembers my name too and seems to know the answer to everything. Everyone else in the store is great as well. They always help me choose the least expensive option. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and I won’t go anywhere else.I have been coming here for printing, scanning, and faxing now too because I haven’t been to my office due to COVID. Just skip the post office and office max those places are terrible. #JordanForPresident2024

I use UPS for everything! They are so friendly, helpful, caring...I could go on and on. I know I bring in all my Christmas presents about the 16th of December for my family up in Wisconsin. Every year they say, come in here sweetie, let us help you. You will never know how much I appreciate everything you do.

Gone in a couple times trying to ship some horns. And Chad Bull has been extremely rude and not helpful in any way in doing so. He picks excessively large boxes to make the price outrageous so we take them home and box them instead. He was even rude to another employee who had tried helping me before he could get to me. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate.

I have had a mail box here for several years and cant say enough about the service Bill and Ginny provide. They are very customer oriented. When I am out of town Ginny has even alerted me to the receipt of critical correspondence and made sure they were forwarded to me.

I appreciate the fact that they try to keep their word to potential customers livimg out of state. Its rather frustrating when someone can call out of state to hold a mailbox but a customer standing in front of them are denied the opportunity to spend money in their store. Clearly ran by those who dont care for those customers standing in their store, who are longtime locals.
