I purchased a mattress for a new home in Kerrville not knowing the exact date I needed it delivered. They were very flexible and allowed me to schedule and then reschedule delivery dates many times. I highly recommend them.

My mom and I had a short amount of time to look for mattresses for their guest bedrooms. We walked into Mattress World in Kerrville and were met with a friendly woman who helped us select the mattresses. She gave us some helpful information and we purchased two mattresses and had them delivered the next day. The delivery guys were very careful when removing the old and replacing the new. The two men were punctual, polite and quick which is all you can ask of a person who delivers a mattress. Very pleased.

The sales personnel were friendly,knowledgeable,and very helpful all without being pushy or hard sell. Truly one of the finest shopping experiences I have had in a very long time. When it came to delivery date and time they were on the money for date and only five minutes late (most deliveries out here are considered timely if they are within five hours of the promised time.) I would recommend this store to any who are tired of SELL SELL SELL attitude and would like to speak with down to earth people and get a good deal.

Our frames had to be ordered specially but Melissa took the time to confer with the frame rep that it was the correct choice. We had the frames within a week. Frames, mattresses and box springs all delivered with a day of notification and the delivery team was personable, efficient and courteous. We will be doing business with them again!

Great experience. Wife and I are temporarily living in a travel trailer with a doggie bed for a mattress. Enough is enough, so we decided to go to Mattress World, based on reviews. They listened to us, then helped us select a real mattress. After paying for it, they loaded our new mattin their truck, and just about followed us home with it. Went to Kerrville to shop for a mattress. Mattress World had good ratings, so we went there. James waited on us. He knew his product and found what we were looking for. We bought it, and he and Brooks delivered it at the exact time he said he would, even though we live in the boondocks.

This is gonna be a little long but I feel like the owners deserve credit. They were nothing short of awesome to me. I had back surgery and needed a specific kind of bed. I spent 2K on a bed/frame at Mattress Firm that was supposed to be delivered the next day. That never happened because Mattress Firm SA is awful. After a week of sleeping on a couch (I got rid of my old bed ) I gave up. I went to Mattress World not knowing what to expect. Well long story short I was in and out in probably 30 mins. The owners were amazing and not pushy at all. After trying out several I decided on pretty much the same thing I had originally purchased at Mattress Firm. They loaded everything in my truck as I said that’s all I needed bc I had people to unload it. The funny thing is the cost for this was $500 less than at Mattress Firm in SA. I can not recommend this family owned establishment enough. They were nothing short of awesome to me and I sleep great in my new bed!!!

My husband & I checked several places prior to coming to Mattress World of Kerrville. The plan was to just look to replace an old Mattress/Box set. Ive been desperate in getting a good nights sleep for almost a year now. I didnt want to go to any discount warehouse store and deal with some salesperson that didnt have a clue, and I didnt want a massive selection to test and decide on. I just wanted to purchase a good mattress for a fair price, and have it set up and delivered asap, with these charges included in the price...and that I was able to do in less than an hour. I was greeted and assisted by Melissa, asking several basic questions: size, firmness and price. I was presented with 3 options based on my answers. I sampled/tested each and after several bounces, decided upon the mattress that was perfect for me...comfortable and a good price. She checked their inventory, wrote up the order, I paid and out the door I went. Mission satisfactorily accomplished. Around noon today (the day after my purchase), Brooks and Tommy arrived, hauled out my old bed with memory-foam topper, and set up my new boxspings and mattress. They were friendly and professional. I recently purchased a mattress from these guys and it was the most enjoyable experience Ive ever gone thru while trying to decide the rite mattress for my needs. The guys are very knowledgeable of all the products they carry and after 30 minutes i found exactly what i was looking for. Ive had trouble sleeping for years and now Ive never slept better and wake up with zero back pains. My only regret is not stopping by there store sooner!
