The employees are fantastic,, until they lost my paperwork for delivery. The store itself is pretty awesome,, but for big truck deliveries it would be nice if they had signs for entry and which end to exit

Whatever holiday or craft you may be working on, Hobby Lobby has the best selection. Their staff is extremely helpful with us when we were trying to locate items in this new store.

The framing department did a wonderful job of stretching my specialty canvas. I would highly recommend it if you remember it will take 2 weeks to complete.

Just awesome!!! I thought it was a craft and sewimg store boy was I surprised when I went in. I can get everything from my model ricket engines, to painting supplies here. They literally have something for everyone. If youve never been, just go, youll find something you love.

Its Hobby Lobby whats not to love? This is a new store, opened in January 2020. I bought a piece of furniture and the guy who worked there was very helpful and friendly.

First visit, found what we were looking for...clean well set up store!

This store is right off the highway. Its easy and convenient to get to and from. Friendly staff; greeted when my son and I first walked in. I asked this lady that greeted me (Im pretty sure she was the front manager aka head cashier) I needed some paint and she asked me what kind or what Im going to be using the paint on (so she could better direct me where to go) that right then said a lot about this newer store. After getting my Paints and proceeded to the checkout line (which had 4 cashier lines open and a employee stocking shelves at the front also jumped on a register so there was never anyone standing in any lines for more then a minute give or take. The cashier was very nice she was new and learning and the same lady that greeted me also was the one that was training my cashier. Next time I go back I will get her name and post both her and the cashiers names on here because they deserve to be recognized.Needless to say I will be going to this Hobby Lobby from now on.

If youre a crafty kinda person, youre in the right place here. Lots to do and see.

An arts and crafts supply store that Kerrville really needed. Its the same as all the other jillion lobbys but youll probably find what youre looking for. I didnt verify this but the prices are probably are a little bit higher than they would be in the large metropolis down the road but they can get away with that cuz thats what all retailers do to us in Kerrville.

Very awesome people, THE LADY AT THE FABRIC DEPARTMENT WONDERFUL LADY GOT MY ORDER MIXED UP AND I BELIEVE BECAUSE OF ME AND MY YAPPING,ANY WHO, WE CALLED THE MANAGER AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAD HAPPENED,IT WAS ALL THE FABRIC THE order, THE MANAGER DID NOT GET ANGRY AT LADY, @$36 a yd, HE GAVE IT TO ME FOR $9.00 A YARD !!!!!!!

When I walked into hobby lobby my mind was suddenly awakened with thoughts of beading and hot glue. Theres giant flower decor and so many things that you can purchase to occupy your mind and be productive in a fun way. I now want one of every thing. Hmm.

Hobby lobby has a great selection of home decor and crafting items, everything is always a little overpriced, but they have sales every week, so if you see something you like, and its too much, just come back next week. Its also slightly unnerving buying from a religious fanatic owned company, but as long as they keep putting out deals ill keep coming back. Ps. Please return the artifacts you stole, not cool guys, those dont belong to you.

Really like this new Hobby Lobby! Staff are for the most part friendly and courteous. Store is well maintained and clean. Plus they always have some good sales!

I totally understand why there should be “senior hours” in the morning during these modern events, however, I wish it was consistently enforced. My wife and I were stopped at the door was notified that the morning hours were for seniors. No problem. But as we wait in our cars, we witnessed other folks who didn’t appear to be seniors leaving the store.

I love this store. It has anything and everything I could possibly need for my hobbies and craft projects.

Staff could have been more helpful, so much there its hard to find what you need with out a guide.

Extremely disappointing. I expected to at least find large spool thread. The only thing I found after asking 3 people was a tiny spool for $10! I can buy a huge 16oz spool of better quality for $16. I thought Id been in one of these stores in North Texas, but it was way better than this shabby chic store. Everything looks poorly made, and is overpriced! Ill stick to my Hometown Crafts for sewing supplies. They try to be competitive with the online market, and are knowledgeable about what they have to offer.

Missed having one of these here. Had a favorite one back home in Tomball texas. The staff is nice and things are pretty well organized. If I had any honest things to say it would be. Your employees often take off their mask to speak to customers much of which are elderly and its just silly to do so. I could understand pulling it down when your alone on an isle but when you are speaking to someone with lower immunity you should prob keep it on. Also some of the frames that are made in house are extremely overpriced and not well put together. Other than that....not bad.

Well took my mom there today. Want as much enjoyment as I hoped. To start off, my mom is independant.... They have no ridable carts. One wheel chair, but she didnt like someone pushing her around. So she didnt buy anything and was very upset. She said she will order from Amazon, cause she can take her time and browse.

No longer email coupons and very limited on certain crafting materials.

Purchased 2 picture frames this morning. Stood in line for 17 minutes with only 1 cashier. Asked the other employee standing in front if we could get another person and she told me there was only 1 cashier in today. 5 other customers waited behind me and finally we finished our transaction and on our way out, the employee who told us only one cashier was available decided to open up another lane. Unacceptable!

Finally, a huge craft store in Kerrville! Theres everything you need here, and then some!

So nice to have Hobby Lobby in town, the only thing I dont like is the entrace/exit which faces a busy road...but hey, starbucks is right outside, it shares the parking lot.

I mean what is not to like about it. It has alot of everything. It must have every hobby that I can think of. My daughter is an artist so she is pretty much set now, she doesnt have to go to SA for her supplies. I love crosses and anything in the shape of a heart so when I went in the store I got lost in time. I had to be somewhere shortly after we arrived so my visit was cut short. I didnt want to leave and my eyes wouldnt stop looking at everything so I was blindfolded by Heather out the door!

This is the closest store to me that has scrapbooking supplies. I had some problems finding some items and an employee was very helpful. I am disappointed that they dont carry much in brand names anymore. The people are always pleasant.

Its so BIG! I literally COULD get lost in this store. Get your craft on. Kerrville now has a proper place to find gifts for just about anyone...and plenty of treasures for yourself.

It takes forever at the cash register. I spent more time in line than in the store looking around. The cross stitch section could be better too.

So many things, Soo many possibilities for creativity. Fun store.
