Had a few problems when I picked up my motorhome. Sandy was very nice said no problem bring it back when convenient. Called later to set up appointment, talked with her husband to fix some of the problems. When I brought it in Sandy was horrible just as nasty as she could be, didnt want to fix anything. Her son came out and did fix the problem and apologized for his mom. Would never take anything back there again.
