The store was brightly lit and the items I needed were easy to find. The sales associate seemed to know the right product for my task as well as the correct amount needed.

Sherwin-Williams is top shelf for both paint/stain selection and knowledge. I would rather talk to an associate face to face inside the store rather than doing curb side. Although this is a new experience for all of us I hope it is a temporary one.

Got pathetic service from them. Wanted to buy paint that I have bought from them in the past. Spoke with a female, maybe Amy. I asked her I can give her numbers to match the paint color. Advised sorry cannot help. I was going to buy brushes and other paint supplies too. Well Sherwin Williams has lost my business for good. Went to Lowes got everything I needed without the attitude.

I thought I could do a simple paint job myself. My bathroom ceiling had mold and flaked paint. I was going to use ceiling paint and know that the job was done. The SW guide knew that I needed to prep the surface, sand it, prime it, then paint it. Doing ceilings is about the hardest job to do. Its a good thing someone knew better than me. You cant beat the experts at Sherwin-Williams.

The customer service was excellent! I couldn’t be more pleased with the exterior shutter paint the man helped me pick out! The color was true to what I selected and the quality of paint at Sherwin Williams is unsurpassable.

I asked for Eggshell because its already on the walls, Sherwin Williams insisted that Satin was the same. I now have viable patches where the touch up paint was applied where its slightly shinier. I asked for exterior semi-gloss for my front door, I came home with interior semi-gloss. I think the salesman was trying so hard to upsell (which just confused me because he wasnt being outright about my options) that he just completely messed my entire order up. And paint is nonrefundable. So the only thing in my order that I could return, the primer, is the only thing they got right.

Well stocked store. Staff changed and now not as friendly and helpful as before. They seem to be catering to contractors than homeowners.Beware of the sharp pothole in their parking lot near the street. It has been repaired numerous times but seems to always return and is quite deep.
